The worst auto salon experience. They could not get their act together to even get a detailing quote. After multiple follow ups and over a week of taking the car there for them to inspect, they still can't get their act together..it's always an excuse of their manager not available or their paint job guy not available. These incapable auto folks are just taking advantage of being in pro club but lack any professionalism.

The Auto Salon at PRO is hands down the best place to take your car to get the best clean you can find. I recently moved away and cannot find a place to do even half as good of a job as these guys. Don't even bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best. I miss them already.

The best place about this salon is that they are transparent about their pricing and DO NOT require looking at the car to provide a cost estimate. They have a very detailed price catalog and you can choose what type of service you want. The prices are also quite reasonable and actually cheaper compared to the quotes I received from local detailing stores. My car was ready at the exact time quoted by them and they did a great job with the interior detailing of my car.

I spoke with the manager JD, he helped me choose the best service for my Lexus NX300. It was an easy drop off the night before with a key drop off, I picked up my car the next day and it looked as good as the day I purchased my car. I will continue going here for as long as I have my vehicle!

Never got a chance to use their service because the salon canceled on me twice. First time they notified me via email few hours ago and the executive on phone call was polite and apologetic. Second time i dropped off my car at 5.30 PM. There was absolutely no one at their desk so i just left my car at drop off point. 3 hours later got a phone call that i needs to be canceled again. So I’m disappointed that they asked me to put my credit card number just to book an appointment and would’ve charged me full price for a no-show. But on their part canceled on me twice and second time wasted my 3 hours and cab money. This is not customer friendly.

I got premium interior detailing service. This place doesnt feel like a professional auto detailing service. The work they did was very amateur with vacuuming and some carpet cleaning. The stains from the seats/carpet werent removed. This is part of a gym/rec club. The service is not worth your money.

I have been coming to Pro club for a car wash for years. I have always liked the staff, especially the front desk guys who are friendly and kind. Unfortunately, however, I won’t be coming back. I brought my car in for a wash, wax, wipe, and vacuum towards the end of December. The attendant who serviced my car broke the trunk latch while working on my car. As a result, I could not open my trunk and the key fob would not open it either. The latch is also where the backup camera is, so I had no operating backup camera the whole time it was broken. It turned out, this was a repair that cost me $1,200 after paying $200 for my car wash. 🤯 also, getting it repaired left me without a car for a whole week… all because The Auto Salon at PRO club broke it! I don’t plan on holding the auto salon liable for the damage or inconvenience, but I’m really appalled that even after emailing them twice, I’ve gotten zero response. A sorry would have gone a long way. This is the real reason for this disappointing review. Take your money and business elsewhere. For the love of all things holy, don’t bring your car here, especially if you love your car.

Really disappointed with the service I got for a 4hr $169+ premium interior cleaning. My car wasn’t super dirty to begin with (all the mats were recently washed at home). However when I went to pick up the car, there were many obvious spots that were not cleaned at all - stains in center console/car seat/doors, wash marks left on window shield, and parts of the carpet were not even vacuumed! I was told to call the manager JD about my complaint, which I did, but never got a response back :(( super disappointed. Leaving two stars only because the after-hour staff was nice enough to help fix some of the issues for me.

This review is not about the gym, which is excellent. It's about the Auto Salon car detailing service hosted by Pro Club – a side business that has no business operating the way it does. I purchased a $450 gift card as a birthday present for a loved one. I got email confirmation, the money left my account – everything seemed fine. But when it came time to use the gift card, the Auto Salon staff claimed the card was empty. No explanation, no accountability. I had to pay again, out of a different bank account, just to avoid ruining the day entirely. And sadly, the day was already ruined. What should’ve been a thoughtful gift turned into a stressful, embarrassing mess. I was double charged, lied to by the person handling the payment (Kyle Ballard), and left to chase down a resolution that never came. Dishonest, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. The service itself? Mediocre at best and shockingly overpriced. Not worth half what they charge. This was supposed to be a special birthday experience. Instead, it became a source of anxiety and frustration. I wouldn’t trust them with a keychain, let alone my car or money.

I got an interior and exterior detail and they left distinct marks all over my convertible top (I would guess from a steaming tool or a cleaning solution). I let it go for a while thinking it would fade. I felt uncomfortable complaining about a service but these marks never went away so I called 3 times and left 2 messages. They never returned my calls. I’ve waited quite a while to write this review because they did an ok job the previous time, but my car is ruined and I’m still upset every time I look at it. I am also deeply disappointed in their failure to acknowledge my calls and take accountability. Feel disrespected.

Extremely Disappointing – Overpriced and Poor Quality I booked an exterior and interior wash at the Pro Club Bellevue Auto Salon expecting a high-end service, especially at the price 40% higher than other Auto Salon. The whole process took over three hours, and when I finally got my car back, I immediately noticed how many areas were still dirty. When I brought it up, I was only then told that they “don’t clean” the door interiors, door steps, or the trunk. None of this was mentioned beforehand. These are basic areas included in most standard detailing services, so hearing this after the fact felt dismissive and unprofessional. For the price and the time, the result was incredibly underwhelming. The interior looked barely improved, and it had nothing close to the level of detail I expected from a premium service. It genuinely left me wondering what was done during those 3 hours. Overall, this was not worth the money or the wait. I used their service for several years and it was never like that before. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution anyone expecting thorough or transparent service.

My appointment was at 10:30am ,I was about to leave the house then I received a “message” - not a phone call - from the detailer at 9:50am stating that he cannot make it and If it’s possible to leave my car overnight! You want people to respect your time and since you have very strict rules about cancelling or changing the appointment within 24 hours, I expect that you respect my time as well and find someone else to have it done “within” my appointment time.

Brought car in for an interior detail because i’m sensitive to odors. They did not do great work. For some reason one of the back seats is sticky now, and it’s fabric so I’m sure that will be fun to fix. They clearly didn’t even touch a lot of obvious areas. For example, not even spending a couple of seconds with a vacuum on the glovebox. Worst part of this is that the chemicals they used have a very foul odor, so I think the car came out smelling worse than it went in.
