I have recently called this Shell and asked how much is the price for a lighter to light up my candle and I was on the phone with some guy that I barely understood, he had a hard time understanding what I was asking so he was saying nonsense to me, and I of course got pretty mad so I just went to the gas station across the road.

Don't use the car wash. Can't even get a basic refund when it bends your foglight bracket. It is worth it to go to the chevron across the street.

The attendance was aggressive and did not want to help me. He did not want to upset the boss because I’m asking him to do something he has never done before. I tried to tell him I used the company credit card here all the time with other attendances and he wouldn’t listen. He kicked me out and threatened to call the police on me. He got aggressive for no reason. Terrible customer service.

The location is great as it is listed in a prime location near downtown Bellevue that is across from Uwajimaya and down the street from Best Buy, Home Depot and Whole Foods Market. This Shell has a Jacksons convenience store and a car wash. There is a discount given on gas if you get a car wash at the same time. Gas prices are moderately priced for the area. I like the easy street access to enter and exit this gas station. This makes it easier to head where you want to go without having to turn around.

Current late night cashier is scamming. The person that was rung up in front of me asked if they charged extra, and the cashier said no. He then took my order and scanned up a lighter that I did not ask for and charged me for it. I asked what that was about and he said it was for himself. Not okay. 10:59pm 05/08/2025

The clerk lied about the air machine only taking cash. It has a reader, and it works. Got scammed into paying the ATM fee to withdraw twenty bucks to get quarters I didn't need.

I was there 4 days ago. I’ve never stopped at this location before. I was traveling through the area. Put my card in at the pump and it authorized my purchase, per usual. Gas wouldn’t pump. I canceled the transaction on the screen and started over. Same thing. I went inside and asked for $20 on the pump I was parked at. He said my card was declined. I look at my card app, and I have a $270 charge pending! This is a secondary account that I was just using for my trip. It froze my account and the money is unavailable. The cashiers were laughing because I was so upset. It was humiliating, really. The payment is still pending. I’ve called the gas station 11 times now. The first few times I called, I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and no one ever came back. The rest of the times, no one has ever answered. My secondary card company can’t do anything until the charge is completed.(I’m cancelling this secondary card company as well.) Most likely the charge should be reversed, but I’ve been out of the funds on that card which were specifically for this trip. I suggest choosing another location to buy your gas. It’s a financial risk at this location.

I went to this location this morning and the advertisement stated 2 for 6 for two big Monster energy drinks. I decided to get one for me and my boss. After I left I realized the cashier did not give me the discount as my total was 11.57. The cashier also did not give me a receipt. Getting my change back would be a nice solution.

Tow truck driver here. This Jacksons is a complete joke now. It used to be a reliable stop, but clearly someone changed management and ruined it. I pulled in for coffee and a couple of snacks and was treated like I was committing a crime just for parking. The staff was rude, aggressive, and openly hostile, repeatedly barking, “My manager will be mad, you can’t park here,” instead of doing their jobs. They rushed me through checkout and charged me while the coffee was still boiling, just to get me out the door. Zero professionalism, zero respect, and absolutely no customer service. This happened at 1:00 a.m., when you’d expect some basic common sense and courtesy. If this is how working drivers are treated now, don’t bother stopping here. Plenty of better places that actually want your business.
