Nice people and free vaccums and wiping cloths but my SUV gets cleaner at other washes. Could see the streaks in the dirt where the rollers cleaned. Looked online first and the wash was $12 to but a ticket but in person it was $15.

Soap was left over the windows and side mirrors. Will not be back. I tried before the remodel and didnt have a gooe experience either After parking when i get home i had noticed multiple spots that the new brushes had scratched my car. It had also bent my front license plate. I dont understand how something like this happens. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I will be contacting a manager asap as i had already called and left a message Edit: Crazy that they were closed down for awhile with many reviews saying the same thing that happened to my vehicle. They are now open with the regular blue soft scrub machines. They ruined vehicles and knew about it. What an untrustworthy place

Arrived at Elephant car wash and like always was greeted by the friendly attendants and made sure I had needs met. Going into car wash Laveal was quite pleasant as he directed me in for wash cycle. This place is not it. I paid $20 for literally 2/3rds of a car wash! They COMPLETELY missed my entire hood! I ended up looking at the whole car after my initial post. This car wash was literally the WORST I have ever had. So much of the car was missed. I want my money back. This is beyond unacceptable.
