Park Place Ltd and David B. are great when buying a car from out of state. Whole process was easy and car was represented accurately. Even used their shipping recommendation and car arrived safely. Would definitely buy another car from them without hesitation.

I went here because they had a car that I really wanted it was beautiful. I took a shot in the dark and tried to get financed but the numbers were to far away. I just want to say thank you to Andrew for the great service I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and I would go back for the friendly/great service alone.

As a transport company, we take pride in working with reliable dealerships, and our experience with Park Place was exceptional. The vehicles were transported on time, and communication was clear and consistent throughout. The dealership's professionalism and efficiency made our job much easier, and we were able to deliver the vehicle without any issues. Highly recommend working with this dealership for anyone in the transport business!Wanted to give heads up also to Blake 👌🏼

Had an excellent experience at Park Place Boise with my Porsche purchase. Cody (my salesperson) was helpful from the start with no pressure. They made it easy to test drive and get the car to my local shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The overall experience was great. Also I had them do some paint protection film on the car before I picked it up and I can say the workmanship was first class.

I found my dream car, a 2024 Porsche Macan GTS, at Park Place, and my salesman, Michael Refvem, went above and beyond to make sure all the t's and i's are crossed and dotted. The entire transaction went smoothly, from seeing the car the first time, the test drive, to the tours to the showrooms, the experience was absolutely top notch, especially when buying a car sight unseen. Michael is not an ordinary car salesman. As a young-appearing woman, I am used to being manipulated and spoken down to in car buying situations and Michael was exceptionally respectful of my questions and knowledge throughout the process. He was patient and knowledgeable — quite in line with the dealership's posted values. He made the process easy and fun. I will be recommending Michael to all of my friends and family.

It was a fantastic experience working with David Khazai to purchase my Lotus Emira, starting from the test drive, to handling the trade in and making sure I make the best decision on which specific one to buy. He was extremely patient while I made a decision, and overall this was one of my best experiences buying a car. Highly recommended - they have a fantastic collection of high performance and unique cars in their inventory

I found a few vehicles meeting my needs at several dealerships. Jacob Pellum and Park Place Ltd. in Bellevue, WA was by FAR the most responsive. Jacob was VERY knowledgeable about the Corvette I was looking for and went the extra mile to help me decide on the vehicle remotely. I found the folks at Park Place to be sincere and helpful. Not much more to ask for.

I can't thank Jacob Pellum and Park Place enough for helping me fulfill my dream. Jacob went above and beyond during the whole process of application for financing my 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. The car arrived in immaculate condition, fully covered seats, undersets, and the steering wheel. He was courteous and professional during our whole correspondence, and I knew I could rely on his guidance whenever I had questions. He provided the Carfax report and the maintenance history of the vehicle in a timely manner. He also recommended a shipping company which transported the car from Washington state to California earlier than the expected time, in the best condition. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for purchasing and/or financing an exotic car.

I still can’t believe how smooth my experience at Park Place Ltd was. I came in with two cars to trade, thinking there was no way I could pull off the deal for my dream car. But Michael and Jacob made it happen. What really impressed me was how they worked together — standing in and standing up for one another to make sure the deal came through. There was never any pressure, just two people who genuinely wanted to help me get into the car I’ve always wanted. Thanks to them, I drove out in a car I didn’t think was possible. If you’re even thinking about making a big move like I did, go see Michael and Jacob. They’ll fight for you and make the process feel easy.

Background info: Recently sold my 2023 Hyundai IONIQ 6 (Ultimate Red) and after test driving Hyundai IONIQ 5 N, Genesis GV60 Performance, and the Kia EV6 GT I've decided to go with the Kia which was tough to find especially a used one with low miles. I've dealth with many dealers both local and remote (mostly remote) and by far this is one of my BEST (remote) experience. I've purchased used vehicles (sight unseen), it's always risky and definitely not for the faint of heart. The vehicle: It's a 2023 Kia EV6 GT (in Runaway Red), one owner, very low miles (under 9500), clean CarFax, no accidents, not branded, this is the one! 0 photos on the website other than it's coming soon. I wasn't going to let this one get away. Only oustanding thing is an open recall which I can take care of via a local Kia dealership. Sales process: Cody C. is the Sales Consultant I've worked with. I first reached out via the usual process (online form) but this was before xmas eve so I wasn't expecting any traction till after the holidays. Day after xmas I was on a mission, called him up and we were on a roll. After helping me get some photos and videos going along with a shipping quote, I was ready to see those numbers. Price: Since this is a used vehicle, I always use kbb to figure out what the vehicle is worth if I'm buying from a private party. Usually dealer pricing is a bit more but in this case, they've listed it very close to the range what I normally would pay if I went with private (if I could find one that is) The other items I normally look for is doc fee (only $200 in this case very low IMO as others usually much higher) title fee ($19) and.. that's it! Wait... wait.. wait.. What?!?!? nothing else? Are you kidding? What's the catch? I just can't believe there's no crazy dealer add-ons, it's unheard of! The only thing I need to take care of are the sales taxes (which I will pay when I register the vehicle in NV) Buying process: As mentioned earlier, I wasn't going to let this one get away, I put in a deposit (10%) luckily I was able to do this via my credit card. Seeing how I'm doing this remotely, other items needed were Driver's license, 2nd form of ID (utility bill), current insurance. Other than that, I just need to wire the dough (that's always the toughest part) Shipping: Now that everything is in order, it's time to get someone to pickup and transport the vehicle. Normally I usually find my own shipper (because it's cheaper) but then you have to deal with the logistics and coordination with the dealer. Once I got a more accurate shipping quote from Cody, turns out it was actually slightly cheaper (fully enclosed) so I had Cody set this up using part of my deposit money. My guess is the dealer gets a volume discount. The only catch was I did not have direct access to the shipper till he contacted me the day before drop off (which was OK) Delivery took a week (seems longer than usual) so if you want it faster, use your own shipper. Arrival: The day is finally here! After a week of waiting driver arrived right on time. I still can't believe it's in perfect condition, inside and out. Only thing I forgot to check was it only had one key. It's all good, not a big deal. The bonus was to find out it came with the exact dash cam I was planning to purchase. Final Thoughtss / Wrap UP: After driving the vehicle for over a week and had the local Kia dealer performed the recall, the vehicle always puts a smile on my face.. especially when I push that GT button. :) The title came in (via FedEx) about 1 business day after vehicle arrived. Everything is in perfect order, highly recommend Park Place (this is the ONLY dealer I've kept their plate on) while waiting for new plates. Thank you!!!

I was considering on purchasing an exotic from Alan at Park Place LTD and he had great communication, very forthcoming on the car and did not seek to blow smoke etc like most car dealers. Transparent and in our interaction was very honest. That saved us a lot of time from having to go back and forth too much. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Very poor experience. I took my Benz to Mercedes Garage. I was charged $3000.Still had the same problem. Then they said it will cost over $8000 to fix it. I will not do business with Park Place LTD. or Mercedes Garage anymore. A few years back, they used to be good. They no longer have the knowledge or expertise, and it will cost you. Take your car to a dealership. Yes, you might pay more, but they will stand behind their work. Don't make my mistake. The General Manager didn't assist, though he acknowledged the Service adviser made mistakes. My opinion is that they are dishonest. Financially not sound, so they squeeze every penny they can. Think of it like a wholesale used car dealer. They sell high-end and exotic cars, but their attitude does not reflect that. Charged me $3000 and didn't fix my car. They returned the car with a problem that was actually dangerous to drive. Let this sink in, they don't care. Don't fall for the facade. If the actual owner cares, he can call me. Ryan Vanderwel, the so-called general manager, is a waste of time.

Simply put, Park Place LTD was transparent, honest, and negotiated in good faith. I walked out with a beautiful 2018 Jaguar at a great price. David and Sam were fantastic to work with.

It was a pleasure servicing my AM Vanquish at Park Place. They performed annual maintenance and were extremely sensible recommending additional service based on the vehicle’s age. Derek, my service advisor, kept me informed and easily got me out the same day. Pricing was excellent. I had two fit/finish issues that I forgot to mention when I dropped it off, and I was very pleasantly surprised when they were corrected when I picked it up. It showed me they do a very thorough inspection when they receive a car to the shop. Nice job! I’m glad to have a high qualifying service department for my Aston!

From the moment David at Park Place LTD picked up the phone, I knew I wasn’t talking to a salesman — I was talking to someone who genuinely wanted to help. His approach from the start was service-driven, direct, and professional. I had been searching for a very specific Dodge Viper for a long time and came with strict criteria. David didn’t waste a second with the typical dealership nonsense. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my budget was, and he gave me plain facts and straight answers. He was best-in-class in both professionalism and service. To my surprise, after walking me through every inch of the car on video, inside and out, and verifying every specification with his tech team, I bought the car sight unseen — and I did it with confidence. When I arrived to pick it up, the Viper was in even better condition than described. It exceeded every expectation I had. The truth is, I think David wanted me to have that car even more than I did. He recognized what it meant to me — a lifelong dream coming true — and treated it with that level of importance. Side note: David encouraged me to enter a competition immediately after I purchased the car. I did. And I took first place. I did that to honor his commitment to excellence. My experience with Park Place LTD was absolutely best-in-class. Zero disappointment!

I'd been around Park Place for quite some time. Full honesty, some of the interactions with previous sales folks had been variable (some pretty off putting), but I'm talking about a decade or more ago. I did consign a car with them around 6 years ago and that experience was generally fine but their communication could have been better. A recent Lotus Emira purchase was pretty close to the ideal dealership experience. Minimal upselling, relatively easy from exploring, to my decision, to taking the car home, and the sales price and trade offer were pretty fair with minimal negotiating needed.

Six months ago I purchased a 2023 Aston Martin Vantage w/ about 7k miles. I purchased it prior to seeing the car as I spent quite a bit of time with Jacob the salesman. We did a couple FaceTime videos, one in which I asked him on a scale of 1 to 10 his opinion about road rash, etc.etc. He said 9.5 and I asked him to specifically show me any flaws chips, detail issues in the vehicles interior and exterior and he presumably did so except now that I know where the damaged area is you can clearly see where he lifted the camera when he got to that fender location. The day after I drove the car home here to Lake Oswego, Oregon the vehicle would not start and the airbag fault and the convertible top fault light came on. The vehicle immediately went back to Park Place and spent 31 days before he was returned to me repaired. Soon after I discovered a gap in discrepancy between the hood and the right front fender, and after close review, it was obvious that this vehicle had been damaged. I took it to three body shops and those estimates were between 16,000 and $22,000 for repair. The vehicle had a clean Carfax report, but we all know how often that doesn’t work! Fortunately, The promotion picture (in their showroom) that actually caught my attention was clear that after zooming in could clearly identify the gap discrepancy and the terrible paint work covering it. At that point, the car had approximately 190 miles on it, which was the miles it took to get it to my home from Park Place. I requested a full refund immediately and they denied my request. I hired legal council to submit a demand letter and they did not respond. My attorney submitted an additional final demand letter before taking them to trial and they had their attorney respond with zero result. Speaking with many car dealers and friends in the business, my understanding is that is not unusual for them, and I would highly recommend reading this carefully before the purchase of any vehicle from them!
