I’ve come to this location a few times before and it has usually been a quick, smooth experience; in and out in a reasonable amount of time. That’s why I felt comfortable swinging by again today after the park with my dog in the backseat. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story. I pulled up to one of the service lines and waited behind two other cars for 40 minutes before the first one moved. After 65 minutes, it was my turn for service. But being stuck in the car so long, my dog had an accident in the backseat right before they could work on my oil change. At that point, I left without any service being started on my vehicle to clean my car asap. The employees were polite, offered free water, and gave status updates every 20 minutes or so, which I appreciated. I understand that delays happen, and I have no complaints about how the staff treated me. But this was just way too long of a wait for a service that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, especially at a place advertising 10-minute oil changes. Couple that with the higher price of this location compared to other shops, and I think I'm just going to explore other oil change options moving forward.

This specific location was slow the first time and thought it was just because I came at rush hour since there was a line. I’ve gone to other locations and the oil change itself is quick. Second time they told me they are closed 45 minutes earlier than 8pm closing.

The pricing was a bit misleading, I was told one price over the phone and when I was on-site I was charged another. However the overall experience there was great. The technicians were quick and professional.

Don't go here unless you want scammed. Go to a dealership . Much cheaper. Not saying it out of malice. Saying it truthfully. Yes the dealer costs more overall in general BUT, you get full service and actual OEM parts from the dealer. Take 5 doesn't use OEM parts. We use Eco guard/wix fram and terrible quality oil. Eg. Castrol, Duramax , etc. If you want quality you need OEM oil. Eg. Toyota, Subaru, etc. Oil. As it's specifically formulated for their vehicles.

My experience with Take 5 was overwhelmingly positive. I say that meaning I'm a new divorcee and I almost convinced myself that I couldn't do this on my own. Well, I loved my convenience from home to to service station and Take 5.i was very nervous and I over came my anxiety. They were professional and knowledgeable every though a doubted all interactions

The actual shop was GREAT. The employees efficient, professional & friendly. The customer service number that I called screwed me over & gave me incorrect pricing, though. If the employees at this location weren’t so professional and friendly… I would have left and went to Walmart. Won’t happen again, though.

take 5 oil change in little rock is about as good as it gets! Efficient, friendly, and hard working bunch amd keep you informed thoughout the process....and that is hard to find in most places. its 30 miles from home but they have my business without any doubt-highly recommend....!!

My 10 minute oil change took nearly an hour in the bay. They wouldn’t tell me why it was taking so long. They didn’t have enough change. They recommended the oil for 75000 miles and they clearly knew mine had over 200,000 miles. I would not recommend them at all and should go somewhere you can feel like qualified people are helping you.

These guys tried to charge my wife $600 for a coolant exchange. I’ve gotten the same thing done in conway for $140 maybe even less than that. I don’t know if the guy was trying to pocket the extra or what but that’s ridiculous. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

I had drive ten minutes away from house to Take 5 on Colonel Glen due to Rodney Parham refusing me services at 4:18 pm. I pulled at 4:39pm Justin refused me as well. And he also refused to give me the managers name of the store. Then he turns around to say he is the manger. Nobody who works for this company wants to work. I will also be reporting this store to the BBB. There is not way I should have be turned away from two store in one day before 5 pm.

Went to see if it was time to change oil, and it was over due. If the sticker prunt was a littlr bigger it might help for those that drive every day. They checked for air filter and it was time to go ahead and change air filter as will.over all they where good and nice getting with in getting what is needed.
