★☆☆☆☆ Take 5 Car Wash DESTROYED my passenger side mirror and then hid behind a pathetic excuse. They never once reached out. I had to chase them through their online service, only to be told by their back office team that my claim was denied because my car is “over 10 years old” and they consider the damage “wear and tear.” That is nothing but a lazy, unethical cop out. The age of a car has ZERO to do with your faulty brushes ripping parts off a vehicle. I even have video proof of the damage happening, and they still refused to take responsibility. Apparently, this is a very common business practice for them. They routinely deny claims for damages they are clearly liable for and hide behind excuses instead of standing on business. They damage cars, deny claims, and treat customers like garbage. If you care about your vehicle or your money, stay far away from Take 5 Car Wash. They will happily take your payment, but when their machines wreck your car, they will shrug it off and hide behind corporate nonsense. Avoid them like the plague.

★☆☆☆☆ Stay away from this car wash, Yesterday sep 15,2024 I went to this car wash and one of the machines damaged my 2018 ford explorer, the radio antenna was total lost plus wiring damage . When I told the manager that was there about my situation, she stop the car wash machine and I was able to see pieces of my antenna on the floor, and not only my cars antenna but many others antenna from different vehicles
