My mom has a subscription here and when cleaning her truck, I really liked the service and extra things they provided. I came jere for myself to see the difference since I am not a member yet and Stephen provided me with great customer service. Some of the perks of this car wash is they offer clean towels and sprays. Even have detailing air to get into those hard to reach places with the vacuum. Thank y’all!!! :)

Alex was a great help. This was 5 star 6 months ago but today I came back and got the $25 wash and it was probably the same as a $6 gas station car wash. Will not be coming back.

Unfortunately I will not be back to this location because of the workers. I come over here every now and then to get car the wash and use their vacuum. I've been noticing that the last few times I come they keep hounding me about signing up for their membership. I'm pretty sure they recognize me and my car by now but again I don't come over here very often but I think my car is pretty recognizable, so I politely decline every time only for them to ask me again after I've already said "no thank you" once. Today was my last time going. When I went, one guy was getting ready to come out to take my payment but he went back inside when I pulled up and two other guys came out. I figured something was fishy about that because I've never seen two guys to come out and help. Not that there was anything wrong with that but I had a strange feeling they were up to something. I always get the classic wash which has been $10 and all of a sudden they tell me it's $12, that the price went up. I always pay cash and they said we're only taking card, also strange but I let it go. My gut was right, I see why two guys were out there, they both double teamed me trying to pressure me about getting the membership again and I once again said no thank you and repeated that I don't come here often. Sure enough they asked again, I said no thank you. I've had bad experiences in the past with getting memberships with places, so I try to steer clear of that as much as possible as well. Both of the guys looked at one another and gave each other a weird look after I said no. They made me feel uncomfortable after that. I don't like being harassed into getting memberships and I need to feel comfortable about where I'm going when I'm a paying customer, membership or not. It's a shame because this is a nice car wash but it's always people who ruin the experience. I'll be going elsewhere

Have been trying to call to cancel a subscription they promised I wouldn't be signed up for, nobody answers. Yet the monthly payment keeps being taken out of my account and I haven't been there ever again besides the one time.

As a single woman with a new all black SUV I love this idea of being able to get my car wash as much as I like especially with this Texas heat and weather. The staff is always nice and friendly! Definitely 💯 customer service and Adam is amazing!

This location is one of the worst. Usually they wipe windows hood and trunk with their wand before you go in but this one only wipes windshield and rear lights. If they don’t get any better I’m going to cancel my monthly wash and find somewhere else.

Best car wash I've used. Staff is always attentive & helpful. I used to have a membership at another place but was only allowed 1 wash per day. Caliber costs less & allows unlimited washes. Their hrs are also longer. Highly recommend!

I have to say I really don't like mechanical car washes.. I also don't like the fact they advertise, No Touch Car Wash. But, what I do like is The Caliber Located 3236 Alta Mere Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76116 The shine it gives is insurpassable, and even though it does use mechanical flaps and spinning brushes there are no Micro Scratches that you would typically see. The assistant manager was a great help. I'll give it a 100.. Thanks Caliber..

Well let me tell you first off the customer service at this car wash is nothing short of extraordinary the moment I pulled up until the moment I rolled away the customer service was excellent I met this awesome dude name Geno and he went above and beyond my expectations of doing great services to the public he helped me pick out a membership plan and explained every detail to its final line. After seeing how sparkling and shiny and clean my car was I will for sure and definitely recommend all of my friends and family members to come to this location the whole staff and crew is Wonderful and especially Geno is awesome and a great guy. Thanks caliber carwash it was truly life changing.

The staff is extremely helpful…especially Alex! I love their cleaning solution…it removes grime that nothing else will. What is awful are the vacuums (at least the 4 that I tried today). As you use it, the nozzle frequently comes apart from the hose, making me have to either hold it the entire time or constantly replace it. Other than that, they’re great!

Would NOT recommend. Their machines ripped the antenna housing off of my car..($1500 to repair). Their employee went and retrieved the broken housing and gave it to me yet, they refused to even negotiate any type of settlement. Will be canceling 3 accounts here.

Avoid Caliber Car Wash @ 3180 Basswood Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76137. My wife and I turned in our car wash tag $43/month) to them on 8/30/25 in person and they told us we would not be charged anymore. They kept charging us for September, October, and November. We confronted them about the issue last week in person twice, and they declined to refund more than the November charge. We have also had other problems with them. They lost our business permanently. The only thing business owners like this understand is lost revenue. If you give this company your business, please reconsider. From Chester McCain on Nextdoor 3 days ago with others agreeing. Stating new mgmt may be an issue. It seems ling standing clients do not like new mgmt and practices. 1 said still ok. Other said $12 for 1 basic wash is too hi.

Watch out you are not being doble charged the owner won’t give you your money back because according to him you should pay better attention to your finances. Please don’t act like your on top of things I left you a call back number bank account statement and I asked for you many times. You employed even texted you . If you gave a crap you would have resolved my issue then. At this point keep the money I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for nothing.

It takes three people to repaint the lines going into the car wash, three people to help one person on one kiosk, people are always out here playing loud music as if it’s a club, there are never any towels or cleanser but tons of window cleaner…I truly don’t feel like I have to ask these workers to come out to do their checks especially when they are busy!! Common sense would say ensure everything is good since there are so many folks visiting. I have the most expensive membership and every single time I come here it’s extremely overwhelming and overstimulating for me and my autistic son. I thought this location was better than the other one (that location put water in their cleaner bottles). I won’t be renewing my membership!!

I come out of my way to drive to this car wash. It’s the cleanest car wash with the best vacuums. They always are stocked with rags for drying and chemicals to clean your car. Christian is the most helpful and friendly staff member. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best service.

Shady business practices and unprofessional customer service— would NOT recommend. After being a loyal customer for years, I decided to upgrade my car wash membership from single car to their multi-car membership (3 cars). However, their system never cancelled my original single-car membership and double-charged my family for several months. Once my family realized we were paying for an additional membership for no discernible reason, we contacted management expecting some remediation for the erroneous charges. Simple fix, right? WRONG. After going to their Basswood location, I was told to expect a call from management in the coming days. After a week, I received a call from somebody named Sterling, who reassured me that not only was he unable to refund/credit my account, but that it was MY FAULT for not noticing the fraudulent charges in my bank account in the first place (???). Disappointed, I ended the call without any solution to a problem that could have easily been avoided if my new, upgraded membership had been processed correctly in the first place. After confirming certain details with my family and my bank, I tried calling Sterling back, only to find out my number was BLOCKED. I tried calling back the Basswood location as well, only to find my number was blocked from there as well. I promptly cancelled my membership and will be filing a complaint with the BBB soon as a result of how Caliber handled this situation. There are plenty of other car washes in the area and strongly encourage other customers to take their business elsewhere.

Everytime I come here there is an issue. We pay monthly to enjoy this disaster. Last time I had to back out of the car wash due to someone not being able to get their window up. For months they have used a brush & bucket of water to wash the windscreen & back window .. waiting for a wiper blade to be damaged or ripped off the car. Today the joy of having no members aisle open & waiting in a line of 8 cars going nowhere … backed out & left !! Won’t be wasting anymore money at this place & if I had a water outlet & a hose I would wash my own car. Don’t waste your time or money
