5 stars for Tray, he was very cool. When I came with my 1st car. I Came back with a second car kept telling the dude I did not want a monthly subscription or any special. Just wanted a straight up wash and be on my way. Him and another dude kept Trying to get me to get a plan. Listen to the people when they come don’t be overbearing and remember the customer is always right.I will never come back.

Update: I wanted to share an update since the "owner" publicly asked me to reach out to customer service. Unfortunately, the situation has only gotten worse and I still have no resolution. As instructed, I went to the location as soon as I noticed the damage. The on-site “manager” dismissed my concern, told me to prove their wash caused the damage, and made it clear that submitting a claim would go nowhere. I then took my car to a professional detailer, who confirmed the scratches were caused by dirty or poorly maintained brushes at the car wash. I contacted customer service as directed. When they finally returned my call, the representative immediately repeated that I “have to go to the location” — despite my explaining that I already had. When I pointed out that I was following the owner’s own instructions and that no one was taking responsibility, she hung up on me. I have now spoken with the location, left a review, followed up with the owner, and called customer service — and instead of helping, they have passed the buck at every turn. No one has offered to take any accountability. At this point, I am left with a damaged vehicle, a detailer’s statement confirming the cause, and zero support from this company. I have filed complaints with the BBB. After years of being a paying member, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. ______________________________________________________ I have been a Whitewater Carwash member for several years without incident, until a visit yesterday. After going through the carwash, I returned home and found my entire car covered in swirl-pattern scratches that were not present before. I submitted an online complaint the same evening and was contacted by customer service the next day. I was told that damage claims must be filed in person at the location where the damage occurred, and that customer service could not provide any further information or assistance. I went to the Presidio location after work and spoke with the manager. Due to poor lighting, the damage was harder to see but still visible. She explained they would take photos and review camera footage, but given the nature of the damage (covering most of the car with surface scratches), it was unlikely to be visible on video. I expressed that concern, and she essentially told me that was the process and there was nothing more she could do. While I understand the need for process, this response was dismissive and unhelpful. This was not a minor incident — nearly the entire car was affected — and it is unreasonable to expect customers to “prove” damage that is clearly consistent with carwash brushes. I did not submit the claim form because it was clear it would not be taken seriously. This level of damage and the lack of accountability from Whitewater Carwash are unacceptable. I am canceling my membership and believe others should be aware of the risk and the company’s unwillingness to take responsibility when problems occur.

4:40pm - couldn’t get assistance with my membership. Pressed Help button and they just opened the gate. No towels either...put behind a locked door where everyone is hanging out. Guess they are going home early? 3 employees standing by the door doing nothing but watching the clock count down to 5. Is there a manager even here??

This place is great! Kat helped me out today and was SO sweet! I got through the car wash super fast with no line and am very pleased with how clean my car came out too for just a basic wash. It’s also nice they have plenty of vacuums to use after the wash and even have towels for you to use. I’ll be back for sure!

This car wash is amazing! They provide an air pressure gun and vacuum, which most other car washes don’t offer. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Greg did a great job with assisting me today! He made sure to make me through the car was as quickly as possible. Clayton also was super helpful with pointing me in the direction of all of the cleaning supplies and bringing me towels since. I was away from the cart. However, this location is always stocked with towels and the vacuums are nice. Really great car wash!

This location is always clean, stocked with everything you may need to self clean your vehicle if you choose so, everything works properly and they have a great flow with no wait time. I have been coming to this location at Presido town crossing since they opened and they never disappoint. Staff are kind and always ready to help.
