I don’t think I could rave about this car wash ENOUGH. I moved to Texas in 2021. I could never find a car wash I liked. Especially not enough to pay a membership for. I ended up trying to just find those “do it yourself” wash bays. I also even bought the foam cannon, soaps, and waxes to do it at home. Unless I washed my car myself, I was never happy enough with the wash. That was until I went to captain car wash. I went a few weeks after they opened just for a single wash. I drive an all black car and can’t stand seeing my car dusty. (But this is Texas. It’s always dusty) I was also worried about it missing spots since the car is all black and shows every speck of dirt and is an oddly shaped hatchback. After that single wash though I was throughly impressed. It cleaned the car extremely well the first go. Also the tire shine was actually incredibly even. Once I finished with the wash I went into a bay to finish the drying and vacuum. They provided clean microfiber towels & glass clear AT EACH BAY. The vacuums are also super strong no matter how many people are there. (I noticed at other chain washes if there were a lot of people the vacuums would weaken) I was pleasantly surprised. Now I pay a monthly membership and wash my car at least once a week. Every time I go it’s a great experience. I also love that it registers the car without the use of a sticker. The staff is also super friendly every time I come. Again, I couldn’t rave about any car wash enough. Captain car wash takes the cake over any other car wash.

We pay the $39 subscription and our truck used to get really clean. However, the last few times we have went, the back of our truck and the rims are missing the mark. "What's going on!?" (4 non blondes voice)

I really love this car wash compared to other car washes in the area. Their vacuums have really great suction and I love the fact that it has a shaded area near the vacuum, especially in the summertime! They make everything so convenient and simple! And I really enjoy the fact that they replenished their towels throughout the day! Even the employees are so polite and helpful, especially Brett, had amazing customer service.

I have been going to this car wash ever since it opened and I have never been disappointed! Always friendly work staff, great wash every time, vacuums powerful & gets all my pup's fur (German Shepherd owners know how much fur...ha ha); plenty of clean micro fiber towels & window cleaner. It's a tad bit out of my way, but it's way better than the car wash closer to me & I will continue to go here. :)

Hands down the BEST car wash in the DFW. My car has never been cleaner. It’s close to my house and conveniently located next to a Starbucks, RaceTrac, and O’Reillys. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the service is superior. They provide towels, air hoses and free vacuums. The equipment doesn’t scratch your car either. I wish I could give more stars. 10/10

Outstanding car wash and staff. Probably one of the best in Fort Worth. Especially because all the equipment is in great working condition and cleans my SUV. Clean cotton hand towels are also available for the customer for drying and wipe down interior. When done with towels toss in the dirty holder at each station.

This is the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Even the basic was for $10 makes my car spotless. They have free microfiber cleaning towels, spray bottles, air blowers, and really good vacuums. The employees are also very helpful & nice!

My new Camry got a dent on the side fender. I didnt notice it as soon as i came out from the was but later. I came back and complained. There was no scratch no paint peel. Its obvious ny touching a big roller. The manager refuses to as dmitt that it happened during the wash he ask me to watch video but I know by looking at video it cant be figured out. What i want to say these guys are so disrespectful whem this kind of thing happens. So wired of their behaviour. Specially this short glass worn MANAGER. Go to this place if u wanna get more SCRATCHES amd DENTS.. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Mr. Kevin has an amazing Car Wash and the “Captain” word definitely fits the name of this business. Every time I wash my 3 cars here they all leave “Spotless" and “impeccable" results. It always remove the difficult dirt or bug residue off my cars every single time. I love this car wash! Not to mention they have a friendly, helpful, and attentive professional staff (Thalan) is very professional, sweet and outgoing. Love his customer service skills. Mike the manager who goes above and beyond to make sure things are stocked up with Spray bottles and clean towels and walks around to make sure we’re ok as customers. They definitely have a consistent customer for sure.
