Car wash was thorough and quick! I have no complaints. AMAZING and prompt customer service, I was greeted with a smiling face and helpful service! Mike was working and made the experience very memorable. Will definitely be back at this location in the future despite it being a bit of a drive from my house.

The manager Cory is amazing he always helps out and has a very promise positive attitude I prefer driving a little bit farther for this specific location one of the employees Brandon was very helpful I work at a take 5 oil change as an assistant shop manager so I can tell that they do whatever they can to keep customers coming and happy. They’re always coming up and checking on us and making sure we are getting the best experience while here.

I love this car wash so much. I’ve been to a few other car washes from different companies in this area, but this one is my favorite. I appreciate that they provide interior and glass cleaner, and the workers I’ve interacted with here have all been kind.

Competitive pricing for best unlimited package. Good job cleaning and nice clean up area for interior and glass cleaning. Make sure to fold up your side mirrors if you can, if not they will be hit by the brushes.

Decided to take a chance here on Friday and I’m definitely going back! The associate who was working at the entrance asked if it was my first time and when I told them yes, they explained to me the differences in their washes. (which I appreciated) They didn’t push me to get a more expensive wash and understood my hesitation to spend more for a first time. Now on to the main part, the wash itself. I don’t want to admit but the amount of dirt and grime was bad on my car 💀 So I went in expecting to see my car still have some marks on it. So color me surprised when I saw how clean it came looking out! 😭 I only needed to clean off my windows but they even have towels and sprays for the interior and glass so I didn’t need to bring stuff from home! Overall, I would definitely go back and pay 10 if it means I get complimentary cleaning products, 2 vacuum nozzles and an air spray.

Was charged twice in a month for unlimited service but no one solved the issue had to pay twice..my front is still not clean after going through 3xs already in the same day ask BB, but BB is a doll just do not attempt to come here to get your car clean... make sure it's already clean when approaching (which defeats the purpose) I feel like I got played today so just know you was ⚠️.

Honestly will not be going back here I paid $20 for a car wash and it didn’t even clean my car I still had dirt all over my car and there was more dirt other places but didn’t wanna post all those pictures.. I usually don’t complain but I could have gotten the cheap was if it was gonna clean my car like this…

Corey is Amazing he runs this place top notch!! He really cares about giving his customers quality service and making you feel welcome. I am now a member and feel this is an extremely valuable investment. I chose the best car wash option and am not disappointed. My car was cleaned very well with no damage. They offer clean rags and cleaning supplies to do your interior and wipe your vehicle. This place is Awesome!! Dont forget to vaccum!! I was very excited about the air sprayer nozzle to spray all the gunk from the crevices of your car that you can't reach. I discovered this after I vacuum 😂. I still used it and vacuumed again. You have two different vacuum head options which was very nice. My car looked almost new. Thank you for a great experience Corey!!

I've been to alot of car washes, but love this one. The facility AND staff are very nice. They have different options for how you want your car washed. Plus, they provide towels and cleaners for your windows and interior. They have good vacums and I get to vacuum at my pace! Will always come here.

Mike was awesome! I love Take 5 Car Wash. This is my favorite location because they always have the best customer service and they make sure the cleaning supplies for the inside of the car are stocked and available. I'll drive all the way to this side of town just for this car wash!

Not good for SUVs or vans. Doesn’t get the back of the vehicle clean. Never had car-fresheners in stock. Vacuum is not bad if no one is near you.

I am writing this review because I purchased a yearly car wash and wanted to cancel my monthly while still being charged for the monthly pass which I had canceled. They were still charging me monthly for a membership that I canceled. Its been Hell trying to get a refund of 260 that I paid for my yearly pass. I just called customer service and tge lady hung up on me. I wasn't rude I just explained what happened and to see if I could talk to someone else higher than customer service as I've sent emails it takes months for a reply. I will never use this car wash ever again. The guys at this location are very good people and its nothing towards them. They helped as much as they could. It's about to be a year again in March and they are still giving me the run around about my refund. UPDATE: 2/12/2026 AS OF TODAY I CALLED THIS NUMBER PROVIDED UNDER REVIEW NO ONE ANSWERED. I MAY HAVE LOST OUT ON 260.00 WHICH WASN'T MY FAULT AT ALL. I TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THE RIGHT WAY AND I WAS WRONGED. ONE THING I WILL SAY WHO EVER THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WISH THAT YOU HAD A HEART TO SEE MY FRUSTRATION AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

We purchased one six month pass on 10/09/25 for $120. The worker mistakenly ran my husbands card twice. After we notice the extra charge on our bank statement we went back to the Take 5 located at 7248 Blue Mound 76131. We have spoken to the manager on several occasions and unfortunately for us they have not received any response/help from their corporate office concerning our refund. The manager and worker have apologized multiple times. We don't blame them. Mistakes happen but it shouldn't be this hard to get back our money. We have also called the customer service number given to us. No one has ever picked up at this number. This has been so frustrating. What do we have to do to get our money refunded.

A worker mistakenly charged us twice for a six month car wash back in October. When we noticed it on the bank statement we went back to speak to the manager to get it taken care of. But the manager has been trying to contact corporate and they don’t respond to him. We don’t blame the workers. Every time we go there they apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have also tried to contact customer service but no one answers. It shouldn’t be this hard to get our refund of $120. It has been so frustrating 😡
