Paid for the $16 wash Customer service 👎 Lady asked if we wanted the two washes for $20 and when we said no, her smile went away and looked upset. Not one word after that. She just took our card, charged us, gave it back and closed the sliding door without saying anything else. The wash 👎 Just as a reminder this is a $16 wash and it was no good. While it was being washed it sounded like it was being scratched and then after wards my car was still dirty the whole back looked the same and my front windshield was still dirty.

The employees here are fantastic!… I know it’s not their fault that equipment does not work. We have a membership for the most expensive wash. Every single time that we drive through the wash, the blowers start drying off the car before the soap is even rinsed off completely.… The blowers need to be spaced further away so that the rinse water has time to rinse off or there needs to be more pressure with the rinse water. Also over 50% of the time most of the vacuums do not work, or if they do work, there is very little suction. I expect better for a monthly membership of $22 a month! We are getting ready to cancel.! Do better!
