Car wash facilities are decent. The people here are not. Sat in line for 20 minutes behind 2 cars while employees worked on some truck. Mats washed, etc. attendant said the truck had lots of mud and they were just helping out. Asked if I could get my mats done and he said no. Not recommended.

I don’t think people know how amazing this car wash is! It does a great job with the wash and then they supply the window cleaner and the leather protector as well as the towels in addition to the dryers. Literally so easy to keep your car looking amazing. They always give my dog a treat as well. :-)

This car wash has improved immensely over the past 3 years! They replaced the track that moved the cars through because it was having issues, and I’m sure that was a huge expense. We appreciate the monthly membership option since we live close by. It is affordable and efficient. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. I’m happy o recommend this car wash as one that my husband and I frequent weekly.

Don’t usually write reviews, but I had to here. Would’ve given 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible. Took my car through and it sustained heavy damage to the body and paint(dents, chips, etc) . When I addressed the manager about this, he denied the claims before he even saw the vehicle, promising that it “couldn’t have been there.” He continued denying the claims even after seeing my vehicle. My car has 2 huge dents in the shape of the roller they use in the car wash. Don’t know how else that could have happened. Elias was the managers name and he didn’t even file a damage report like the company requires them too. Don’t ever take a car here

Convenient car wash. Good pricing for a package deal with monthly payments - affordable. Take five has been replacing equipment regularly to keep up with wear and tear - much appreciated. I like the towels and cleaning bottles available at no charge. The tire clean and armor all is now working.

After receiving an offer from Take 5 corporate for a complimentary car wash on Veteran's Day, this location refused to make good on the offer. I would think the cost of a complimentary car wash would be less than the loss of community goodwill.

Tire shine did not work, got less than half of my front tires and didn't get my back tires at all. In general the car wash does worse than other similar costing car washes. I do like the mat cleaner and vacuums though.

Have had a premium membership for years, got my truck washed today, very little soap or water came out. Talked to the employees, they did not care at all. Asked to talk to the manager, they said no, he is off today, asked for a refund, they said no, asked to cancel my membership, they said we can’t do that. Very disappointed, worse service ever. Do not go here!

This has to be the worst car wash in the state of UT. Took my Ford Raptor thru and came out w my entire hood covered in deep scratches. Filed a damage report that went into the abyss. Tried to get a response locally on 3 different locations and got a bunch of lies about switching “systems” and “they will reach out”. I’m now over 1.5 mos w nothing. I have 3 cars that have all been damaged at least twice between this location, Farmington, and Cottonwood Heights. Cancelled all my memberships. If you care about your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE bc this one is by far the worst of all of them. Side note: they also have 30+ vacuums here, and for a year, you’d be lucky to find 2-3 that actually work.

They are the best! I been gone out of town couple months and where I was there was no Take5 Car Wash so I had to drop it temporarily. But in couple weeks I’ll be starting membership back up! Love the vacuums. Prices are reasonable. No complaints about this place. People are friendly. Try it, you won’t be committed no contracts.

Wash is awesome, new vacuums really “suck!” And the towels with window cleaner and inside cleaner really make this place easy to not only clean, but deep clean your vehicle.

It does an ok job getting the main areas, but misses the mark entirely on my wheels. I have to use a microfiber rag to get the brake dust off, even after the wheel cleaners. They don't do diddly squat.

Do NOT waste your money here. I would give zero stars if possible. Does not get the car a consistent wash, there is always soap left over, trash overflowing in bins, workers do not pay attention to spacing between cars. I have email confirmation that my membership has been canceled for a week and I just got charged again. Now I have to dispute charges on my card.

I paid $11 for a car wash and still came out with a dirty car. When I expressed frustration, they told me that’s what I could expect for not paying for the more expensive “member package”. There’s no such thing as customer service at this place. I had to move to three different vacuums to find one that was in somewhat working order. Don’t waste your money here like I did.

Update: 6/18/25 $17 for this?!?! Really? Such a rip off. Again the rinse game and pressure washer is awful. I tried again and I was humbly reminded why I canceled my unlimited membership. Just came back so I could use the vacuums. This is honestly the weakest and lamest car wash I’ve ever gotten. There are still bugs stuck to my fender and the rinse cycle is so lame. I am canceling my membership, because I always have to go through twice and rinse the soap off my rear windshield after. I used a random car wash at a gas station recently and it did a way better job than this. Don’t waste your money. Don’t come here until they fix their crappy equipment. The staff is pleasant but they don’t know how to use a pressure washer.

Update: After posting this review, someone connected to this business began leaving false reviews mentioning me personally and my former employer. I’ve documented everything and reported it to Google. My comments here remain an honest reflection of my experience as a customer. I signed up for unlimited washes at the Murray location for $20/mo a few months ago. The credit card I used to sign up expired, so I used the automated online system to update to a different card. On 8/30/25, I visited this location to get a wash. I was informed that my card needed to be updated, so I gave them the same card that I used on the online system. They didn’t say anything about price changes, but I was charged $22 instead of $20. I informed the attendant who seemed disinterested, so I walked into the office to let the manager know about the wrong charge. He insisted that I should not have been charged $20 and refused to adjust it. He also refused to cancel and refund the $22 charge, so unfortunately I have no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company. The manager was also condescending about which door I used to get to the office. I do not recommend this location, as they overcharge customers and are generally rude.

The machine damaged my vehicle and they have taken no accountability nor responsibility to pay for the damage or at least process a refund. I have never had a problem with this car wash but the way that the claim damage team has handled this is ridiculous. The scratches and dents not only damaged my cars actual paint job but even damaged my rear window. It is very disappointing considering that I have not only been using this company for over 2 years now and have even became friends with the workers but I have even referred family and friends.

I have been loyal to this company for over 5 years and today, even though they still have the same logo and i still paid this company my monthly full membership dues they decided to take there loyal customers and push them out. Why are they charging me if they won’t let me go through the car wash? Loyalty to customers is everything and they have lost my trust. Do not trust this company!

On 30 Oct. I went through the wash in S. Ogden. Everything was normal as I have the monthly membership. As the vehicle was beginning to pass the second set of vertical rotating brushes I heard a very loud bang. I thought at 1st it was the passenger side mirror being folded in, but it was still out. I didn't think much of it until I started through the dryers when I noticed the antenna was pointing 45° to the right. I accelerated out of the tunnel and parked to see what happened. After I parked, still on property, I found the right-hand fender/corner panel had been pulled away from its normal place slightly dislodging the mirror mount as well. I went to the office to report the damage and met with Ryan. He came out to take pictures and a statement from me regarding the process of events. We both had a lighthearted conversation as I was understanding that sometimes things go wrong with machinery. We discussed the timeframe in where I should be hearing back from someone as the wash was changing ownership that day as well. I asked him if I don't hear anything by the 6th of Nov if I should reach out. He agreed and I waited. On Sat. the 8th I returned to the wash to meet with Ryan, however he was off, so I waited until the next Mon and returned. Ryan at that point admitted that he'd forgotten to file his report and would do it at that time. It is my opinion that I have done what is necessary and I shouldn't need to continuely attempt to chase down a resolution. It is now Dec. 3rd and I have still yet to hear a response from the Take-5 organization. I have also at this time lost another $22 in membership dues wherein I could not use the wash in fear of additional damage to the vehicle. At this time I am looking for a social media response to help accelerate a resolve. Lastly, I reviewed my dashcam footage, and the point of the accident i described the cam audio picked up the moment the damage occurred.
