Used the automatic wash and paid for the "deluxe". Thing barely even used any soap, half of the sprayers were clogged, so it barely even sprayed my car and my car was barely even cleaner than when I went in. I'll never use this place again and I suggest others don't even give them the chance from my experience.

Not only did it break our antenna, the car is still dirty.. the sign that says not responsible for damage to car is not a joke. Go somewhere else and save your money, while getting your car clean.

I went through the automatic car wash (which I don’t usually do, mainly because it’s never in service when I go there) and it didn’t dispense any soap during my wash. Just sloshed around water and then dried it. The vacuum lasted for significantly less time than other car washes. I’m not much of a stickler but I was pretty irked at the whole thing.

I paid for a $7 dollar wash and the machine didnt give back correct change. The phone number listed for assistance was useless. No answer or reply to address this mistake. I will not waste money here again.There was a wanted poster for a person breaking into the car wash. He was probably trying to get his damn change back!

Worst car wash ever. I was charged 2.85 but then my bank charged me 4.95. Not sure what's going on there. the only options that worked was spray with soap which was questionable and foam brush. Wouldn't recommend. Do not use as car wash.

Horrible car wash I’m watching the hard water fry on it right now overpriced could do a better job with my garden hose at home looks almost as dirty as before I used this car wash avoid at all costs just throwing your money away

I’ve tried this place multiple times. Some of the times my card just won’t read today. It did read did the undercarriage spray as I pulled forward with the blinking green light and then just shut off. I tried calling the phone number that is there for assistance. It went straight to this guy‘s voicemail message saying don’t leave a message because I won’t call you back. I’ll see your missed call and call you back. So I’ll see if that happens later? Guess I’ll just have to call my bank.

I used the self-wash service. The cycles worked fine but the card swipe machine is confusing and invites patron overcharging. First, the machine charges a standard $5.00 charge for 10 minutes. When the dial is turned to STOP the sprayer keeps going and only shuts off when the minutes expire. How wasteful. Most carwash card readers only charge for time used and shut off when you want it to. Don't push the green button. A sign says it adds an additional 2 minutes for $1.00 but I was charged an extra $5.00. Judging from all the other reviews this establishment instead of making money honestly has to resort to unfair business practices.

The automatic wash here used to rock, but now it sucks. The deluxe wash is $10 and it used to come with everything it said on the sign. Now it gets pre sprayed with I'm guessing just water because I saw absolutely zero bubbles, which means all the dirt that the brushes manage to get is staying in them because there isn't any soap to carry it away. There was no rocker wash, no bug wash, no hot wax either. I'm highly skeptical of the claim of spot free rinse as well. Whoever owns this place needs to do better because it used to do a fantastic job once upon a time. I ran a detail shop for years and used to absolutely despise automatic washes, but this one impressed me a few years ago with it's quality. Now you're better off just driving thru a puddle or something.

Don’t use Jet Stream. Had to leave with my truck half washed because the rinse option didn’t work. I had already loaded up funds to wash my truck too. How do I get my money back. I wished I had read the reviews before swiping my card.

I just paid $7 for my car to be sprayed with water. The wash I purchased says it includes a shampoo and tri-color conditioner. I’ve been disappointed in this place before and I hate to leave negative comments but don’t waste your money here. I tried to call the number and there was no answer

Broke my driver side mirror, the truck it was still dirty. Tires didn't even got wet I wasn't even sure if the wash was done, not recommended.

Put my card in machine started up, and no water came out gave a benefit of the doubt and went to a different bay and had the same problem when I called the number given it tells you not to leave a voicemail and that they will notice the call and call you back they never did Had to go through my bank to get my money back. I suggest if something isn’t working, you take video proof of it to make the process easier. Horrible Car Wash and horrible customer service do not recommend.

The absolute WORST carwash i have ever been too. How can this rip off business even be legal? Put my money in and soap came out fine then switched to rinse and zero water pressure then had to put more money in cuz it took forever to run the soap out of the line so i could rinse with zero water pressure. Still didn’t get it all off. Then i go to vacuum and i have to pay to use the vacuum which was also terrible and pointless. My home vacuum would have worked better than this garbage. Will NEVER go there again!!

Came here as the normal place I go was closed today for some reason. This place is frustrating to say the least.. the rinse feature still sprays soap and is not clear water to thoroughly rinse your car. When you move the dial to “stop” the clock keeps counting down until the time runs out. I stopped it at almost 8 minutes so I’m not getting charged for time I didn’t spend using it where most places will stop the clock and charge when you hit stop. So the I had to wait in my car until the clock ran out because someone could just drive in and press the button to increase the time which would the charge me if I were to just leave it unattended. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. ZERO STARS AND SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY WITH THE STOP FEATURE NOT WORKING.

If I could give this place, no stars I would! Don’t waste your money or your time going here! I wish I had read the other contributors reviews! I put my money in to do a quick spray off and after doing the foaming brush the rinse cycle would not work at all. So there I am stuck with my car covered in bubbles with no way to rinse off the dirt and the bubbles. Incredibly frustrating! So I decided not to put more coins in, but went to the automatic bay to make sure that I could get the bubbles off and doing that didn’t make my car look a whole lot better and it was definitely not worth even five dollars. . I also think it’s super frustrating that when you call the number for help or customer service that there’s no one on the line and you can’t leave a message and you’re only hope is that this person will call you back and I doubt there’s any way to get my money back because I paid cash. I will never go to this place again.

Same problem 3 months later. The rinse function is not working. The functions on the controls do not match what happens at the wands. 3 out of 4 bays do not work. Soap brush works, rinsing does not work. AVOID THIS CAR WASH! We are traveling to a different car wash to rinse. Will be disputing this credit card charge.
