I am consistently impressed with the quality of services provided at Cliffs car wash. The team there takes great care in ensuring that my vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, and I have never experienced any issues with paint swirls (Since it's touchless) nor damage to my car's trim due to the use of their chemicals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend Cliffs car wash to anyone looking for a quick top-notch clean for their vehicle. Definitely buy the monthly pass you'll be impressed!

I've been going to this place for several years and it's always been a good experience. I prefer the car washes that you can do yourself so this works. The vacuums always work and the area is big enough to have room.

After going through the automatic carwash, my windshield had a footlong crack through it that wasn’t there before.

Self service car wash was out of soap so I was only able to use water to wash our car. At the end the meter showed a little under $6.00 but we were charged $20.00 on our card. I’ll be contacting the owner to see what they are willing to do but overall it was a pretty disappointing experience.

I love this car wash mostly for the employees who pre wash your car with the happiest of attitudes. I get that things break BUT my problem is you go through the auto Carwash and there is still soap on your car when you are done! PLEASE do one more rinse!!!

Cliff’s Car Wash is a pretty decent spot if you’re looking for a quick touchless car wash. It’s convenient and gets the job done for the most part, especially if you’re in a hurry or prefer not to have brushes potentially scratching your car. The touchless system is great for gently removing dirt without the worry of abrasive contact, which is definitely a plus. That said, the car wash has its quirks. It does a decent job cleaning, but the drying process isn’t the greatest. After a wash, you’ll likely notice some water spots or leftover moisture, so it’s probably best to bring a towel if you want to avoid that. The system also seems to break down occasionally, which can be frustrating if you’ve planned to stop by and find it out of order. Despite these hiccups, it’s a good option for basic, gentle washes when the equipment is working smoothly. The pricing is reasonable for a touchless system, and the location is convenient. Just don’t go in expecting a fully detailed finish without a little extra effort on your part, especially when it comes to drying. Overall, Cliff’s Car Wash is a solid option if you’re looking for a simple, touchless wash, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences. It’s worth it for a quick clean, but if you’re aiming for a perfectly dry and polished car, you might need to do a bit of follow-up work yourself.

Unfortunately, had to update the review. When you spend the first $3 of your carwash trying to trouble shoot their equipment, that's irritating. It would not supply the prewash, it would just spit and sputter a bunch of air. Then I switched to high pressure wash, and soap came out for about a 1/4 of my way around my car, and then the soap stopped so it was just high pressure water. I ended up just basically pressure washing my car with no soap, and being charged over $6 for it.

Definitely go here instead of Magic Wash. Magic over charged us by over a hundred dollars and it took months of harassing them to get reimbursed. Read the reviews there on all the damage and billing issues. But Cliff's? These guys are awesome. The friendly staff pre-scrubs your wheels and windows before the automatic wash and it is touchless so you don't end up with those micro scratches all over your paint like with Magic Wash. Also, Cliff's has regular spray stalls. My washes in the self serve stalls vary from a $4-5 for a quick wash up to a long spray down with all the waxes and rinses available. I think my most expensive wash was $6 when I did just about everything available.

Great prices and help. They offer an unlimited package for the car wash or self serve. Vacuums come free with a car wash.

I have to be honest the main reason for 1 star is due to their CC machines. I have a fleet of vehicles, my drivers are required to wash their trucks 2-3 times a week as our brand is our image and these truck are a major advertising tool. Each driver gets a card with an allowance added to the card each week. This car wash puts a hold of $20 on the card, this had become typical for these type of car washes but this particular location leaves this hold on the card for days to a solid week. A $3 wash has $20 tied up for almost 4 days now. The wash itself is a decent setup with free vacuums with a wash but due to this hold I can not allow my drivers to use this wash. 40+ vehicles with $20 hold adds up, 40 vehicles being washed 2-3 times a week is a decent amount of money that we will unfortunately be spending elsewhere. Again I understand a hold is typical but usually by the end of the day the correct amount has been deducted and the hold released. Customers be warned your money will be tied up for bo reason what so ever. If you wash here pay cash or go somewhere else

I am really disappointed because this has been a favorite wash, I pulled up to middle bay and I put a 5$ and 1$ tried turning it on nothing, no refund button. So I call manager on Duty who actually isn’t on Duty they just post it. He responds and can’t help me til tomorrow, well I don’t live in Ogden area so it really won’t help, there was trash all over parking lot, not happy at all. The bills went right into machine and machine kept it. Thank you for taking my money! Now I have to purchase another wash elsewhere.

Cliff’s is top notch. From the personal attention of scrubbing each car, the rescrubbing if you’ve been waiting for the automatic wash too long, and the constant smiles of the two gentlemen that work there, it is a personalized service hard to come by. I have observed them electively going the extra mile for patrons several times, for example hand drying a car and hand scrubbing rims. This place is amazing!

Cliffs used to be our favorite, for the last 7 years or so. But about 6 months ago things went downhill. Water doesn’t get as hot, soap not very soap, and car just not as clean. Something happened here…

I like going on Tuesday as there's a $2 discount on the automatic washes. The only problem is they aren't very good... I did an economic wash yesterday, and my car came out just a dirty (see photos.) The windshield still had the streak marks from cleaning my windows with the squeegee at the local gas station a few minutes previous. There was some powder like residue on the window that I easily wiped off with a finger. And the blowers at the end didn't get off all the water dispite using almost the full 60 seconds to drive through the blowers I did enjoy the free vacuuming that is offered to customers (part of the reason I chose this location.) Maybe I should not have done the low cost option for my wash, or maybe I should just try somewhere else.

The sprayer for the soap and rinse were not working very well. Left with soap and dirt still on my truck. I would not recommend using the auto wash bay.

I recently visited Cliff's Carwash and had a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I often rely on touchless car washes to keep my vehicle looking its best without the worry of abrasive brushes damaging the paint. Cliff's Carwash truly delivered on this front.Upon arrival, the attendant did an exceptional job with the pre-wash. He used a power hose, scrubber, and soap to ensure that the initial layer of dirt and grime was thoroughly removed. This extra step is crucial for a touchless wash, as it helps the automatic system work more effectively. The attendant's attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service was evident, and it set the stage for a top-notch wash. The touchless car wash itself was smooth and efficient. I love the fact that it avoids the use of traditional flapper brushes, which can often be abrasive and potentially harmful to the car's finish. Plus, you never really know when those brushes were last cleaned. The system at Cliff's Carwash uses high-pressure jets and quality cleaning solutions to get the job done without any physical contact, providing peace of mind and excellent results. The process was straightforward and user-friendly, with clear instructions and signals to guide you through each step. The attached photos showcase the various stages of the wash, from the pre-wash to the soap application and final rinse. The car came out sparkling clean, free of any residue or streaks.Overall, I highly recommend Cliff's Carwash to anyone looking for a reliable and effective touchless car wash. The service is top-notch, the attendants are friendly and thorough, and the results speak for themselves. Five stars all the way!

I’ve been to several car washes in the Salt Lake-Ogden area, but this place is by far the best. Not only do they offer free vacuuming, but their prices are also much cheaper compared to other car washes in the area. The quality of service is top-notch, and I always leave with a spotless car. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and thorough car wash experience
