Don't bother going. They over charge you while not having enough pressure to do anything. I left with soap on my car because there pressure wash failed. This place is a scam, avoid at all cost.

They have been replying to reviews saying their equipment would be replaced in May/June but it is August and the bays look the exact same. Spot free rinse, high pressure wash, wax, and soap brush didn’t work and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced things just not working. It’s not worth my time and money to come here anymore.

None of foam brushes work, spot free almost no water, coin exchange doesn’t accept bills while vacuums’s credit card readers don’t work🤡🤡🤡 Tri foam is the absolute worst quality and leaves residue on the car. Avoid this place

Complete joke! I spent $15 in the self wash bay. The Bug Off you guys have does nothing for bugs! After getting home and seeing my car in the light. It doesn't even look like I washed it! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE!

Not even sure why I went to this car wash. I’ve had problems in the past with the vending machine and washer but maybe thought this time might be different since they “updated” their systems. Went to pay for a $10 car wash with cash since the card machines weren’t working. It took my $10 and didn’t start the wash. Sat there waiting for 10 minutes to see if something would change on the screen. It reset and asked for more money. No one was there to help at all, there was a number to text/call and no one has answered. Total rip off and from reading other reviews it looks like the owners don’t take accountability for how horrible their services are. Would highly recommend just going further past Bangerter Highway to the next car wash since it’s the same prices and MUCH better service.

Been there several times and always thought to myself, “I bet my motorhome will fit”. I have a 30 foot Class C that had a summers worth of bugs on the front, shame on me, I know. Used their bug cleaner, foam crush and rinse. Worked very well. Just need to be careful pulling out and don’t turn too quickly.

BE CAREFUL GOING HERE! There are no working foam brushes, and there are no signs saying this. The past reviews are right, they have been "working" on it for months, but I watched three cars go into the bays and took 1-2 minutes trying to figure out the foam brush, while their money was being CHARGED!!!!!! Just BE HONEST Vortex! Put signs up in the bays!!!!!

It’s astounding how this place went from being good to meh and now under the new ownership there’s less water pressure on high than we get off the city water at our house and it’s also infinitely more expensive. I give up. Time to go somewhere else

Since new owners have taken over this place has gone down hill bad! I wash my truck here almost weekly, I’ll be finding a new car wash now. Often stuff isn’t working correctly, much dirtier than before. New system only allows you to pay for 4 minutes at a time max! So if using a card be ready to swipe your card many times.

The auto car wash works good however, one of the washers rubbed so close it bent my license plate in half, also the air dryer shuts off if you back up. I called the number and they explained why. I asked them if they have a membership, he responds back "we generate enough revenue not to scam people". Didn't seem like he even cared about my concerns. Will find another place to wash my car.

Came here to get the bugs off truck drom a long drive. I am pretty sure when selecting to bug off spray the soap wasn't working. I hate that I could pick how much time I wanted with the credit card processor. I had to run it multiple times. The float brush didn't work at all.

I used to love this car wash. I would go at least once a week. However after today I will be looking for a new one. The water pressure was less than my hose at home. The new card reader does not allow to add time so I had to buy two car washes in order to finish rinsing the soap off my car. Super bummed the new owner made changes.

Well let's start off with the good then the bad. The touch less car wash is pretty good no complaints at all some of the most state of the art touch less I've seen. The rest though is the worst service I've used at any car wash. The self wash station water pressure is poor, they dilute their soaps so much that it hardly cleans, and then it takes a minimum of 3 purchases to finish your car you cannot add time just gotta keep starting the service over again which 5-6 minutes isn't enough time at all. The vacuum is so bad (at least vac 1) that It couldn't even suction my hand let alone any dirt. I had to go home and bring my car mats inside and finish them that way because it couldn't pick up nearly anything.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The garage doors close and it soaks the bottom in dirty water. Then when you pull out and the garage opens it blows dirty water over your just washed car. I thought this would be a great car wash because it was touchless. 36 dollars for 30 washes seemed like a great deal. I could wash 2 cars for that price throughout a month and still have left over washes. But, no. You have to pay that per car. I didn’t realize it saved your license plate number when you first pulled in after signing up because it didn’t say anything about that when I signed up. I washed 2 different cars and got a warning for it. Said I would have to pay another 30 dollars to add a second car without adding any more washes. I figured it recognized car size but it’s license number. When I had signed up I had just bought my car and was using a temp tag for the first 2-3 weeks. When I got the new plate I installed it and washed the car. Now they are trying to charge me another 30 dollars to add another car when it’s the original car I signed up with. Customer service is non existent and this is no better than going to one of the drive through ones. With them you at least get unlimited vacuum uses, instead of 30 4 minute sessions, and other things like all purpose cleaners, window cleaners and drying rags to use after washing your car. Don’t waste your money because it’s cheaper to go to a different wash. Go to a shiny shell or a quick quack and just ask them for the touchless option.

I have been washing my car here since it's been Aloha Auto Spa and historically it's been a great place to wash a car. However, it seems they have a new system for the automatic wash. I went here the other day and it ate my $20. It has a phone number here to contact with questions and I texted the number asking for help about my $20, but nobody responded. All I want is my $18 back or a wash that is equivalent to that $18 but until then I cannot recommend this car wash

I appreciate that Vortex has touch free options for washing my vehicles with the option to wash manually for a more thorough cleaning. It’s nice to have an option that’s superior to the drive through style washes that leave swirl marks on your paint. The membership makes it convenient to wash my vehicles and keep them looking new.

I think I deserve a refund! I got a self assist car wash. I went through all the cycles including brush soap, high pressure wash, and high pressure rinse, protectant and wax and a looked good when it was wet, but I drove off and went to the store. When I came out, I did not recognize my car because it looked so dirty still and didn’t look like anything even happened. not sure what is going on.
