I've been going here for years, and they used to do an outstanding job. The last few times the quality of their work has gone way down. Both times I still had fingerprints on my windows, the dash was still dusty, and my cupholders were untouched. I noticed cars were not getting rinsed and the bed of my truck was soapy, o ly 2 people were drying, and it looked worse than before the wash job. When I drove up the street I had wiper streaks where it was us smudged with my wipers and not wiped at all. I don't think I'll return.

Asked the dry finish to wipe off wheels. Short African American Male...said” we don’t dry tires” I ask Him to dry wheels not tires. He said the same thing again. I pointed and slowly said dry the wheels not the tire. He proceeded to yell cuss and got in me my face. Ask for the manager and the the employee got aggressive and continued to cuss. God help them! Great place to get accosted! Manager kept saying I have made this place so much better. He is one of many.

When this business was Magic Mist, the quality of car wash was top shelf. Employees were diligent and the owners cared. I just had my car washed today to the cost of $26. First of all much higher then it used to be and my car was still dirty. The inside windshield is streaked, the outside drivers side of windshield is still dirty. How did that happen!!! Very disappointed

The quality of car wash from this place has consistently diminished in the last few times I went there This time I paid for the top package plus extra to have my trunk cleaned out and left over a five dollar tip on my card. The outside the car had dirt smudges everywhere they told me they didn't do the trunk they couldn't figure out how to open it The dash and cup holders were not wiped down and the in side of the car smells like the used mildewed rags

This used to be the best car wash around, went down the drain. I went there after a trip out of state. There was bugs all over my car, sand inside as well. I asked afor the hatch to be vacuum, which I paid extra for. The car came out of the bay, still full of bugs, I asked for just the windhild to be cleaned off. I opened the back hatch, it was never vacuumed out. The lady had to take it to the back and do it. There is still sand all over my seats. Not just little pieces because that is to be expected. It was never vacuumed. Very disappointed!

Easy to use and very little wait time for the drive through car wash. If you need to get your car just rinsed off or if you want to go with a deeper clean, they have an option for you. In addition, there are self service bays for those who want to get out of your car and use your own elbow grease 🚘💪

Horrible car wash every time. They do an overall “clean” look, but when you start looking closely there are many spots missed. I keep giving them another chance and today was the last time. I paid extra for the supreme car wash ($21) which includes inside and outside. When I got in my car there were many spots they missed and to make it worse I have pollen on the outside of my car that got melted on by the sun and they didn’t even get that. I thought with it being a car wash they would have the tools to get it off. Also I have makeup on my steering wheel and they didn’t get that either, once again I thought they would have the tools to get it off. They never will clean the screen in my car either where my radio is, it always gets fingerprints. I will never go to this car wash again it’s expensive and not even a good job.

After carrying a membership religiously for 4 years and busting 2/3 times a week…my Truck came out of the tunnel scratched on every panel. Manager pretty much said “tough luck”…do not give them your money. They do not stand behind their work

This place is always amazing they offer monthly unlimited wash rates at a reasonable price!!! They do a great job and make adjustments to request you have for your car and they don't always charge you for it either depending on the request they're very kind. They gave me a free wash one time as well just to be nice they're actual a people friendly company and not a corporation just trying to nickel and dime you for everything!

Very rarely am I so delighted by an experience that I feel inclined to leave a review, but this place is incredible. The staff is so easy to work with and understand the process. Not to mention your car looks AMAZING once it is finished. Highly recommend. Safe to say I will be a long term customer.

Got a $21 wash yesterday after waiting in line 40 minutes. They didn't vacuum out the back seat, they didn't wipe the steering column, and they used a dirty gritty rag to wipe the console, because it had sandy wet grit all over it. The rear window was streaked. All the employees were very polite, but it definitely isn't up to the old Magic Mist standards. I will find another place for my next wash. And I drove all the way from Portage County to go to Magic Mist!

Very nice staff but I must say I will not be returning. My car mats were soaking wet to the point I had to get a towel and dry them. Nothing in the middle of my car was touched or wiped down. My rims were filthy but they did shine the tires after I reminded them I paid extra for the service.

My husband and I used to go here all the time, however they have switched owners about three time in the last few years. I has gone down hill every since the original owners had it. Cars use to be lined up out in the street to get in, now you never have to wait. Their quality has gone way down, their help doesn't take pride in their work when drying off the vehicles. Do yourself a favor go to the Zoom great car wash and cheaper.

I have a monthly multi car membership here. Several times in a row now I’ve shown up during advertised business hours to clean one of my vehicles and they are closed. Don’t waste your money on a membership here. Not even a sign in the window or anything. Cancelling my membership ASAP

Went there today and purchased the Supreme $30 car wash. The inside was not swept, and they didn't even wash or remove the floor mats because there was all kind debris under them that should have been swept. The seats look like someone got in that had been rolling around on the ground because the inside of the truck was dirtier than before I brought it in. You can tell these people just don't care and are just going through the motions. Never going back!!

It's been about six weeks since I came in for a car wash, mainly because I don't work in that area as often as I used to, but I was always happy to come in to get my car washed but today That really changed I got the supreme wash and it was anything but supreme !!! I know I should have looked my car over before I pulled away but I did not, the windows are streaked, The dash is dusty as heck they did not even go over to Dash. You open up the car doors two of the four areas were not even touched. The outside of the car looked pretty good, but if we're going to compete with all these other car washes popping up, they really need to start paying more attention on the detail of the workers... total disappointment. Will I come back again ?? YES because I'm not going to judge one bad experience when most of the other ones were good
