The light show was great but the wash was less than mediocre. These drive throughs have a notoriously difficult time with dirty Jeeps. The tires and wheels look like they were not touched at all.

Very affordable prices. Hand dry is nice, but they don't replace towels after every car so if there was any debris on the towel from the car before it may scratch/swirl your clear coat. Besides from that A+.

Decent wash and I appreciate the free vacuums. The people drying need to use separate rags for the body and the glass. My windshield always has dirt smears on it after they dry.

I came to this location and purchased the Manger's Special wash (about $8). After going through the wash, I saw a towel station, but was surprised to not see any workers there. I didn't think it was a huge deal, but when I turned the corner to leave, I saw all three workers sitting on the curb. One was smoking a e-cigarette vaporizer. Which is fine, but not the best representation of a business. When I got home, I noticed there was a decent amount of dirt still on my car. I called the next day and left a voicemail stating that I wasn't satisfied with the service rendered and inquired if I would be able to get it rewashed at no expense. After 24 hours receiving no response, I decided to call again and left another voicemail. This has not been resolved yet.

I visited 2 weeks ago when the weather had cleared up a bit. Wait wasn't long even with the super long line, wash was nice. I'm not sure if it's because it was still so cold but the guys drying outside had left a dirt mark on my passenger window and their towels seemed damp so my car had some water spots on the windows (only noticed after I had driven away). Not a big deal just not exactly ideal for the price I paid +tip. Despite my complaint here, I feel like it was more the weather's fault and the amount of cars than their own and the mark was just an accident (maybe from a jacket?). Plus to be stuck out there freezing cold like that I felt so bad for them! I will be back again when the weather is nicer and I'll update my review then.

Awesome staff! They take the extra time to actually scrub your car before it goes through the wash instead of just doing a single pass across my windshield and doors like most others do. Car wash club is super simple and the sticker in the door jam is so smart and convenient. Love this place we'll definitely be using those unlimited washes here!

SCS location=dissatisfied. $8wash $3tip and vehicle looked horrible. Dirt still visible everywhere except on the hood. Guys drying barely touched the vehicle, if at all. Not worth the $ that's for sure!

I've been going there since I moved to the area 2 years ago. About 6 months or so ago, they started just drying the windows and hood, not the whole car. 3 times now by the time I get home the water has dried and the dirt is still on my car. They use to do a really good job but not so much lately.

Went through 4 times still bugs on my car. I had a lot from a long road trip I went on. Tipped up front the first two times and told them about it. Did not even put the bug spray on the front of the car and hood.

If you make the choice to use an automatic soft cloth car wash, this one does a good job. I made the mistake of asking for a car wash gift card for Christmas. My wife got me one from Superior Shine, which is how I started going here. I don't recommend their gift cards, because they are a poor value. Gift cards can only be used toward full-price services - you can't use them toward a monthly membership. I wound up getting my vehicle washed far less frequently than I usually do, because of this. I used the balance of the gift card today, so when I'm ready for my next wash, I'll get the Extreme monthly package for 1 month. The package includes a spray-on ceramic coating that is noticeably more hydrophobic than a spray-on wax. With multiple applications in late November and early December, my vehicle should be reasonably well-prepared for winter. I don’t wash my car when the temperature is below 32 degrees, because I am concerned that ice crystals may form on the brushes and damage the vehicle finish. Superior Shine has excellent self-serve vacuums that customers can use at no additional charge. Unfortunately, I have only been able to use them once, because they were just installed near the end of summer 2022. Even though the gift card turned out to be a very poor value, I am giving the facility 4 stars, because I think that the Extreme monthly package will be very good value. I hope that I will be able to revise my rating to 5 stars in the future.

Paid for a wash, nobody in line when I got there, and it looks like hardly anything was done. Towel dry person was too busy playing on their phone to even acknowledge me. Waste of money, and disappointing.

Went to Superior Shine in Harper branch. It’s snowing today and I want my car washed. I’m very disappointed when I got to the location. I WAS CLOSED. I paid $34 for the unlimited deal. Please cancel my membership and I want my money back. I became a member last December 9, 2024. Thank you!

Just paid for a wash and it says hand dry, and I watched eight cars in my rearview mirror as they got dried and never dried a single car door or rear end of the car. When I pulled up I asked the man taking my money why are we paying for hand dry if you're only drying the top part of the car. He said my boss said to drive from the door handles up to safe time. I've been working here eight years and that's all we've ever done! I will not be going back the sign is a lie! I asked for the owners name and phone number. He said he didn't know it and he's worked at eight years.
