Their service has gone way down hill since opening. Started with giving all customers a disposable detailing cloth... nixed that about 8 months ago... used to have 4 vacuums to use... now they're down to one. Rarely are they adequately staffed. Go somewhere else.

It's always different people and they're getting better I have a white truck and I asked them all the time to make sure the back lip is cleaned I always have to do my tires myself

Could dry off the car a little better I know there's a lot of cars but you got to figure out a way to better dry off your car Need to concentrate more on the windows Other dinette its a great car wash would recommend to anyone

I was very impress with the service, the machines work excellent the soap and the pressure of the water and especially the dryer was great that's makes the whole experience go much faster. And towel guys did a great job,,will be back.

Very rude, the sign clearly says towel dry no came out to dry. Only half my truck was brushed. I used to go there all time, but every sense it was sold it's gone down hill.

Excellent service, low prices. Basic car wash: $4. With underbody: $6. Plus all the fancy waxes: $8 or $9. Two workers spray prewash. One hand towels after exit. Free self vacuum. Best car wash value ever!

I only come here because I don't like driving around trying to find a drive thru car wash. My car doesn't get clean and some of the brushes don't work. The unlimited package is a good price but not if my car sill has things (possibly from the carwash itself) stuck to it.

This place is really nice! They take their time drying your car (you can tell the staff cares) and there are free vacuums! What's not to love? Pricing is super fair. We shall be back!!

This place needs 0 stars. DO NOT COME HERE. There is only 1 of the 3 vacuums working. The employee who takes the money has zero customer service and a bad attitude. We got the $15 wash and the under carriage didn’t come on, the wax didn’t come out, the tires didn’t get washed and their dryers for the cars and for the towels are all broken. We went back through when the wax didn’t come out and the idiot tried to argue with us about it working saying it comes out on every car. He sent us through and pointed to the sprayer clearly marked “final rinse” saying it was wax. The wax was next to it and not spraying or lighting up. After going through twice and having water wiped around with wet towels by the hand dryers, THE CAR WAS STILL DIRTY. The bottom looked untouched, the windows were dirty and the tires had zero shine.

Been patronizing this Car Wash for almost a year and today just made me angry. The person who took my card charged me $16 on my card and failed to give me a receipt when I only requested a $10 wash with a tire shine. The car wash dryer has been broken for quite some time causing my car to be super wet when I got out of the station. I didn’t even get my car vacuumed for that amount of money . And they don’t even do the best towel dry so they have lost me as a customer due to conning me out of my money . The worst kind of business is when you can’t trust the staff with your debit card. RUN AWAY FROM MARCOS AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

This is my second time here and first time disappointed. I know I only paid 6 dollars, but damn does that means the job shouldn't been done correctly! This from today, this day and age is need my money be spent for the right job not a poor one.

So pissed. I paid $15.00 for nothing. Only one vac is worth using. My tires are dull. I got it that took some wipes I had in my car and wiped the black stuff off my car. I am not sure what the guys we tipped well did at all.

My car hasn't been washed for a while. When I got it fixed, I took it to the car wash the next day Moe at good year ask me did I get another car, I told him no I just got it washed. It was nice and clean. Yay Good Year & Marco's 👍

Dropped by for a quick car wash. Service was great considering it was an hour before closing however the free vacuum was turned off. That was a bummer because I needed to get that done before leaving out of town.
