Machine charged my card alot more then the wash. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Have tried every phone number listed for them. Dont do business here youll get ripped of

If i could not give a rating i would . My car was not even clean enough . Still has dirt on it . Your spot free rinse i always use on my car , has spotted my windows . Next all the traffic you have during the winter & you have the slidding doors shut & locked . People can't back out with someone sitting behind them that want move . I got stuck in the stall 2x's before your worker came to open the door . I will take my business else where & not recommend you to anyone !!

I was washing my car here on 12/04/2019 at 9:30 am. When I finished washing my vehicle, a man was in the parking lot with a leaf blower, raising a Great amount of dust into the air and the dust was sticking to my wet vehicle. The individual with the leaf blower knew I was there, he could see with his eyes, he did nothing to change his pattern of blowing the parking lot to avoid sending dust my way. I will never return to this car wash and if you go here to wash your vehicle, Beware!

Went there to vacuum out car. Cost me $2.00 for about 15 minutes, suction was so poor that I only was able to complete front floor board and 1/2 of rear floor board on 1 side!! I went to another car wash to finish the job for $1.00.

I used the 2nd automatic bay to have my car washed. Spent $10, it stopped in the middle of the rinse cycle! Still had soap on my car, noone in the office to report it too. Had to pay at another car wash to rewash my car. Not pleased

Used this car wash 2 weekends ago, 12/21/19, on a 50° Saturday. With the weather being so nice, the line was long, but it kept moving pretty fast. The wash itself did a good job, but we ended up getting charged twice for the wash! We tried calling the local number multiple times, which did not answer. (This really frustrated me) So I found a number for corporate online, called them, and within 5 minutes had the issue resolved, and our money returned within 4 business days. So, great car wash, but just keep an eye on the charge. Corporate was easy to deal with and easily resolved the issue. So, 5 stars!

I was there this past Sunday used my card in the self wash middle bay and it would not work kept saying deposit money. But took $10 off my debit card. Tried calling the number but it hangs up. Emailed them. There was a gentleman there at the time and I told him about it he checked it but he did nothing and left. Then I realized it charged my card $10.00. ridiculous.

Was very happy to find this wash. It was below freezing but I had to get the road grin off the truck. This wash provided great water pressure and plenty of soap for the wash.

Nothing works. Vacuum doesn’t work. Pulled into wash select soap to begin wash. Trickles water. As my credit card continues to rack up money. My usual stop. Will find another. Excuse is the guy that maintains it didn’t show up this morning for work.

Extremely horrible place one time I went there to wash my car the owner was harassing me about the quarters that I was going to be distributing into his machine😂😂 washed my car. It’s not even clean and the whole five dollars of quarters that I spent on the rinse. There was a tiny bit of soap coming out the whole entire time. I’m sure that’s their way of tricking idiots in the continuously putting quarters in their machine to “rinse” their car

So far out of 15+ touch less car washes I've been to in davenport. This one by far has best results. Leaves a great beading. The older gentleman that comes by has always been so nice.

This is the 3rd time my husband has come to this car wash and never got any soap. The phone on the door is a 1-800 number that you leave a message, and no one returns your call. I know because I've called it 3 times now, and today will be my 4th call. We talked to the gentleman who works there but honestly has no clue what's going on. He offered a free rewash and a free wash later, then decided soap was being dispersed, in the other bay so he wasn't giving another free wash. His boss would be in some time today. You can clearly see in my video that it's only water, no soap. Sometimes, closest to home may be convenient but not always the best.

So superwash is still up to the same old BS they always are. For $3 you get a measly 2:48 of water. Less the. 3 min for $3!. This is the.ladt time I use any superwash. There are many other choices to wash your car In Davenport. 53rd and jersey ridge is my favorite, E Locust st, division a d 53rd. All offer more time for less $. Shame on The owners of this Superwash.
