Been going here for years. Have a senior wash price ...I appreciate that greatly. Very competitive price wise. Never had a problem with their cleaning either. Once my wastebasket didn't get emptied. Pointed it out and np. There's another car wash closer to me.I go to this one. It's competitive and thorough. Recommended.

Paid nearly $200 for their 'high end detailing' job, hour and a half later my car interior was slippery as all hell and covered in a layer of oily cheap car detailing fluid, the car seats were sopping wet (and still are nearly 8 hours later) despite my saying not to do any sort of wet cleaning on them. All over the interior, doors sills / frames, and exterior the were easily noticeable areas that had not been touched, and the exterior had a number of large areas that no attempt had been made to clean them other than just hosing off and wiping down. The wheels were mostly wiped down but no attempt was made to clean the easily accessible barrels or brake calipers. Going to have to try and clean off most of the interior so I don't feel greasy driving the car. Used to get cars washed or detailed here regularly, this was the last attempt at getting a decent clean here, not bothering with this place any more.

Decent cleaning outside and it can be bad inside most the times lately. The prices are ok and the service is pretty fast but the detail of cleaning inside is bad. The picture is from the center cup holders!

Didn't really clean the top of the car well or the trunk. Better to spend your money on a different car wash place.

Really disappointed with the service. I paid $30 expecting a full interior clean, but they didn’t vacuum or dust properly at all. I asked them to redo it—they brought the car back and it still wasn’t done right. There was clearly no attention to detail. It felt like they just ran it through the wash and skipped the interior entirely. You have to micromanage to make sure anything gets done, which defeats the point. Wouldn’t recommend.

I feel like I wasted $35 on a car wash. I am so disappointed. I was not expecting perfection, but my car was filthy after getting a "car wash" here. The outside was still covered in dirt that I could remove with my fingers and the inside was still covered in dirt and grime as well. I always wash my car my self, but thought I would treat myself today. I am so annoyed that I wasted my hard earned money here. I went home and cleaned the inside and out myself. I used windex and a white old tshirt. Look at how dirty it was after only 10 minutes of gently wiping down the interior and exterior....I didn't even wipe the tires or inside rim of the door. I wish I could take the tip I gave back.

I will never go back here. Most of the time they don't do a good job vacuuming, I mentioned it to the gentleman who took down my information. Then I am driving home and there is lots of dust where the dashboard and the door meet. I am handicapped and cannot manually dust and clean my car, that is why I take it to car wash. They even left sand in the back of my Nissan Rogue, I specifically left it there to see how long it would take them to vacuum it, wipe it out or blow it out with air compressor cord, it has been there since August and it will soon be February

I had been going to this car wash for 20+ years. Fill-up and wash every week. I had not been in for over a year, but did so on Monday, July 7. I had specifically cleaned out my trunk and told the tag writer to vacuum it. When done, I asked if the trunk was vacuumed. He said yes. I should have checked because it was not! No gas, Crappy job

I have been frequenting this car wash for years selecting anything from the lowest $29 to $39 wash and clean options. My vehicles are a Honda Odyssey, Nissan Frontier truck and Honda CRV. I have come to the conclusion that they provide a lower than most service to what they charge compared to others in the city of Fremont. Today is the perfect example, receive my car from the bench side of the area only to walk up and find smudge marks all over, door jambs dirty, The wheels are dirty, glass still smeared and water present all over the car. I expected this since, I have been observing the crew for years. The crew only gives the vehicle a half hearted effort to all their patrons. Today, I took my Porsche SUV home and spent another 30 minutes wiping the SUV down. I recommend going else where as the quality would probably be better. This will be my last wash from them. My picture is what I expect when paying for their services, but they never could achieve the quality I expect for my dollar.

I have been to this place lot of times. The service has declined. Had my van washed today. Still dirty inside. I pointed out and they said you need deep cleaning. Basic vacuuming, cleaning was not done properly. There were things in the doors.

bought package from Costco and when I wanted to redeem for a car wash, they asked me to pay additional $10 or use 2 stamps. Will not return. And when I confronted with them, they told me their equipment is broken and can’t serve me. The manager was really rude too and told me not to come back.

Drive away, keep your car dirty, don’t stop here for a car wash. Brought my car in for a much needed wash and clean. Should have just kept it at home and saved myself $50. Six people surrounded the car to “dry” and a hand wax. In minutes my car was deemed done. The interior was still wet, the dash still dirty, outside elements still on the hood, the back window still had a visible line of filth. Keep driving your dirty car. It looks better, trust me.

If I could rate zero stars. I would. Avoid this place. Payed 50 plus dollars for them to run my car through a basic wash and partially vacuum. So much was left dirty and unvacuumed. I cannot stress enough how subpar the work was and how insanely overpriced it is for the effort. Stay away. My car had dirt on the exterior after the wash. Visible areas that were untouched. This is so bad it almost feels like a scam.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I paid $75 for a hand wash, but the quality was completely unacceptable. • Interior screens still had fingerprints. • Trunk was not vacuumed. • Air vents had visible dust. • Hair found in the back seat. • Insect marks left on the bumper — staff claimed it was “damage,” but I wiped it off myself. • Dust still on the dashboard. For a premium hand wash, this level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is not acceptable. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting a proper detailing.

It’s my 1st visit here. Took top type was with ceramic coating, preferred lavender scent. don’t know what they did. Felt it’s just exterior car wash & normal vacuum. Not worth for $52+
