This is one of a few touchless car wash places around Fremont and I was initially skeptical when Google Maps recommended it. This is not an exotic wash shop, but they did a decent job on my Tesla. I would have given them 4 stars for the effort, but comparable services in San Jose charges twice what these folks charge... so upgrading the rating to 5 stars to account for the price efficiency. This is not close to my home, but if it were, I would consider visiting this location for my regular car wash needs.

The worst service I’ve ever seen, don’t care for customers one bit. Lady on the phone promised service for $150, and when I showed up, a guy shows up and says he is the owner and that the lady on the phone had “no right to reduce the price”. This is after I called twice to confirm the price before going. Owner is rude and egotistical, stay away from this scam!

I've been going to Brothers Car wash regularly since the last couple of years, and they always do a 3-star job. Always something or the other is amiss. Sometimes they forget to clean the cup holder, or leave spray on the windows that they forget to wipe up or don't clean the side view mirror that ends up with water stains. They are close to my home, so I just fix the small details myself and let it go. However, last weekend I had the worst experience of all. I paid them extra for their service for waxing my car. I reached there early in the morning when they didn't have many customers, and told them I'll be back in an hour. When I picked up my keys, I even tipped the guy before I even went to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, I saw that the entire front of the car had not been cleaned at all, and certainly not waxed. The front grilles still had dust in it, which I could wipe off with my finger. The front of the hood still had white spots from bug splats. I calmly pointed it out and told the guy to clean it. Some of the other staff came around and started to clean. I asked them how I can trust that they waxed the car as it still had dust and bug splats on it. At this point, the main guy started to gaslight me, telling me that those are rock chips and I need to get clay service. I got super mad because anyone can tell the difference between bug splats and rock chips. If they missed cleaning and waxing the front of the car, the appropriate thing would be to apologize, and make it right, maybe offer a discount or extra service. However, not admitting your mistake, and gaslighting the customer is not acceptable in my book. I asked for a refund, and the guy refunded the tip, but refused to refund the cost of waxing. I asked to speak to the cashier/manager, but the cleaner guy said his name was Porfirio and that he was the manager. His name was also on the receipt as the greeter. Seems weird to me why the manager was keeping tips and why he claimed he cleaned the car. Anyhow, don't trust them with any kind of detailing service, they don't have a passion and love for cars, and do a shoddy job on regular cleaning.

I came in for a car wash. I choose the wash #2 which costs around 35$ But I was billed 42$ because my car has bugs on the front grill. What kind of surcharge or nonsense is that? I came for a wash because my car needs cleaning. If my car doesn’t need cleaning why would I come? I have frequently visited this car wash service for both my cars. But I think I am done with them. I will not be coming back ever again. They just lost my business!

Too expensive. I’ve been coming to Brothers since they opened several months ago in my SUV. Flat charge $35 interior / exterior and as of today they wanted to charge an extra eight dollars due to the size of the vehicle. In addition I have a little sports car that’s too low to go through the tunnel, and needs to be hand washed “off-line”. Again flat charge $35 and then they wanted to charge me an extra $10 for an off-line wash.. It’s a great place to come if you can afford it. Beware of the fine print. Otherwise I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I paid 80 dollars for interior cleaning, mats , and also wheels , and wax but when we got out the mats were clean but the interior wasn’t I even asked her if she cleans the dash board she said yes nothing was clean inside this was a waste of our money don’t waste you’re money on that car wash

They do an amazing job!!! I live a little north of Sacramento and I’ve never been to a place that genuinely cares about your car, the people were friendly and the entire building in and out is very pristine, I never let ANYONE wash my car, I usually do it myself but after seeing how they cleaned my dads car I felt more than comfortable bringing her there. I would highly recommend Brothers.

The exterior was good, but the interior vacuuming and wiping were terrible. 😒 It appeared as though they used a dirty rag or something, leaving smears on the screen and dust still everywhere. 🤢 Overall, it was not worth it, and the car feels dirtier on the inside now than it did before the wash. #disappointed #badservice #carwashfail

The 45 was is amazing for the outside and I love it, but the interior is left untouched, I asked if they could clean it and didn't even ask if I was ok with a up charge. They just did it. On top of that, I had to get someone to tell them to re clean it. And still left it dirty. I'm ok spending a little extra, but for them to not clean all my doors was upsetting. My center counsel was dirty as well

Went in with my truck to get the $60 service and what a waste of money. They probably scrubbed my truck for 5 minutes and thats it. And I had a decent amount of bird shat on the front end and the tonneau cover. They gave me back my keys and it looks terrible, Water marks on the windows from the dirty towels they dry the cars with, they splatter the tires with shine and makes it look oily and nasty, not only that but my tonneau cover was not even touched! It was the same as when I took it in, covered it poo and dirt. I asked the lady why they didn't clean it and she gave me a sorry excuse. Lint all over my windows from poor micro fiber quality and there was still bird shat on the front end! If youre going to be charging this much, you'd expect a pristine job, id rather pay a homeless person to wash it, embarrassing. Never coming here again.

Attended the Grand opening of Brothers Car Wash that is under new ownership and had a completely different look. The owners and their staff are excellent. Prices for their services are reasonable. The place has a see-through viewing area with colored LEDs that is sure to please your inner child or your children. There is a waiting area and many snacks you can purchase while you wait for your car to be detailed. They will not disappoint you. Your car will look better than new. Highly recommended.

Have been going there for years. The prices are reasonable and have different packages/options to choose from. Just pull up, tell them which package you would like, then leave the keys in the car and they will do the rest. Just go and have a seat either in side or outside and wait for the car to be vacuumed first, then washed, then hand dried. Very convenient.

Initially unsure about this place due to the low stars, but I really needed a good hand wash place in the Newark/Fremont area since we moved here and a Reddit recommendation urged me to give this place a chance. First of all, their facilities are huge! Clear direction of incoming traffic and easy exit. I pulled behind other vehicles under the awning, and a woman came to the driver side door to ask what I would be getting. Time it took me from driving in to waiting in the lobby and then receiving my car for inspection was a total of 42 minutes — crazy fast! I was expecting a couple of hours at least, and when I came out to see my car, it was so beautiful. It had been 6 months at least since the last wash so dirt was built up, but they did an awesome job bringing it back to life. The car smelled amazing (jasmine), the inside was spotless (crumbs, dirt, and leaves gone) , and the exterior was shining. There were a few missed spots, of course, like under the side mirrors and spoiler but a quick wipe took care of those. For the price of the Platinum and how fast it was done, I was so pleasantly surprised at what a good job they did! Service was also very friendly and efficient. It was slightly chaotic to me because it was a new place, and I wasn’t sure of the process here but I learned quickly. They also don’t push you to buy more than you need or even ask for a tip (there’s a box though so I wished I had brought cash afterwards!) Highly recommend and will return!

Drove in from Texas. Needed a hand carwash since I just had my car wrapped. Spoke with Jasmine. Consulted and assured me all their washes are handwash. Clean venue. Fair prices in my opinion. They have snacks inside and play jams for background music! Would only recommend they consider installing a fast EV charger so cars can charge while getting wiped down / detailed. I could literally use a charge right now lol 😅

I haven’t been back in a little while (purely due to personal reasons, but I’ll be returning soon), but I’ve always had a fantastic experience here. The first time I visited, I was ready to mention that I didn’t want my car going on the track because of my aftermarket splitter. Before I even had the chance to speak, they noticed right away and took extra care, offering to do a hand wash to ensure it was handled properly. I was more than happy to pay the extra fee for the peace of mind. The interior of the shop is sleek and comfortable, making the wait a pleasant one. I love how they’ve laid everything out. Watching them carefully wash my car, which is my pride and joy, was a real treat. They paid special attention to every detail, from thoroughly cleaning the wheels to opening up the trunk to get into every crevice of the exterior. They even use different towels for different sections to avoid any risk of gravel or dirt damaging the paint. This is the car wash I trust most (aside from washing it myself, of course), and I highly recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their vehicle!!

I've been here several times. Either getting basic combo or just exterior. I tried their best combo for $80. I was sorely disappointed. It's the same basic effort with losely applied gloss. It's a "pig with make up" at best. Stick to the basics with this car wash. Thier staff isn't trained to do more than minimal effort. I hear they do offer good value for their vacuum services as well well.
