I had to find a exterior and interior detailing for my car since it’s been a while and I come across this highly rated place. And it was worth all the hype and how! How do you know that exterior detailing was done right? When your car looks just brand new! What’s impressive at this place was that they offered to get rid of few scratches on the front of the car as part of the package. How do you know that interior detailing was done right? When you actually are able to experience the treble on Harmon/Kardon speakers better than before! And that indicated the level of detail they took in cleaning the car. Sandra was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She does take great care of the car. I surely recommend their platinum car detailing package.

I’ve owned too many cars, had a lot of them tinted. I have to say that Double take Auto Spa is on another level. If you care about quality and service, this is your place. David was on point with all my questions, knew what he was talking about and very thorough. I would not hesitate to come back here for PPF work or anything else that they do. This has been by FAR the best auto detail shop I have been to date, and I have been to dozens of them over the years. The service was absolutely immaculate, extremely professional and the staff were practically family. Sandra was so amazing she made me feel involved and welcomed through every step, and fought like a lioness to get my insurance to cover the paint damages of my car. I don't think I could recommend this shop enough, if you're in the Bay Area and you need your car paint corrected, detailed, film wrapped, ceramic coated or more, PLEASE PLEASE go to them, I can GUARANTEE they'll take extremely good care of you and you will NEVER be disappointed!! I will never go to another detail shop again, this is it :)

I had my car windows tinted here and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. David was incredibly professional and patient,he spent time helping me choose the right tint color without rushing me at all, which I really appreciated. The installation team was also great, efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly experienced. The final result looks amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for quality work and great service!

My review is divided. I ordered over-spray removal from my car and their decontamination work, paint correction and buffing efforts were all well done. However, my car has a number of chrome plastic pieces which they managed to strip off in sections, while removing tape. This car is a unique 1983 Cadillac and its parts are pretty impossible to replace. I was not happy about this. They offered me no compensation or interest in repairing the damage. They didn’t even mark down the job. Not great for business. Be careful.

I'm very happy with the job Doubletake did on my brand new Lexus LC500 and Genises GV80. The installation of the PPF was very smooth and seamless. Cleaning the Genises that sits out all night is so easy. Bird poop comes right off with a wet towel and does not dull the shine. A real spa experience for your prized possession.

This is where the Tesla app took me to get my front to wrap. To be honest maybe it's just a holidays or whatever or miss communication but there were these swirl marks Left behind. Not really sure why because I only had the front wrap and not the sides or rear. Customer service could be better as David took a long time responding to me. A friend told me that Teslas have had factory issues before but when I did my check in Fremont in the light I didn't see anything so who knows. Not a big deal but it's not worth the time to go to the shop to have someone buff it out I know how to do all that. I also don't appreciate the cheeky attitude.

Everyone was really helpful at DoubleTake Auto Spa. We chose to get the full front PPF and Windshield for our M3 Comp. The work looks flawless. It’s hard to tell if there is any PPF on the car.
