Don't come to place, The idiot behind the counter has skimmers on his ATM checkout stand, and when I called him out on it he stated he was going to call the cops on me for telling him about it. This happened at 12:15 today, 10/08/24

If need to remove dey stains from a long ride, not a good car wash no matter what type of car wash you take. I was told by the cashier that its a machine, doesn't remive dry stains. I wouldn't go again here.

So I came to vacuum my car, get gas, an cash a $60 lotto ticket. The guy was about to cash the ticket when a lady told him "we don't have enough money". This is the 2nd time this place will not cash winning lotto tickets. I came at noon time so there is no excuse. Stop being cheap, IF YOU SELL THE LOTTO, THEN PAY OUT THE WINNINGS. The funny thing is I have had this issue with the Morgan Hill Chevron as well.

I interacted with Glen today to get a car wash. When I got to the counter he gave me this lecture about being patient because I wanted a quick car wash on taking a break from Uber. Glenn took his time knowing my urgency to go. I ended up staying at this car wash for over 40 min trying to get the car wash to work. I called for assistance many times but go no responds. Glenn had no consideration for my time and he seemed to let his ego lead him in decision making. I’m upset in all the time I waisted in dealing with Glen when, I could have saved a large amount of time with better customer service, knowledge of the product and better communication. What a waist of time, when the employee had no consideration of my time. I stead of giving lectures about patients he should increase his speed and offer better service.

the night employer behavior is very bad . he speak with me in attitude behave they act like he is a owner of the store when i go to store at night tym for propane they said i don’t have key for that and after some time i go there to fill up the gas i saw they gave propane to a customer whats that behavior why they don’t gave me when i tell them why you don’t give me they ignore me and argued with me i never go that type station again thats my whole lyf bad experience ever i think u need take an action to your employer.

Jan 20, 2026 My husband and I came at this gas station to warm up our Rd snacks, after I walked back to the car with my husband still inside the store, the staff members told him "it's 25 cents each for a sauce packet", mind you! it said no where that it was priced n we all know sauce packets at gas stations r free, when my husband said "okay I don't want them anymore", they rudely told him to "put it back" pointing at each section. I was about to walk in & buy one of their bottled water. But after how they treated my husband I'm not recommending People to go there at all. They were Definitely not happy seeing a Indian woman with a white man. I Don't appreciate the 2 Indian men cornering my husband right after I walked out the store. Those 2 men are not good examples of what us indians and Punjabi people are like. Smh...

I live near this Chevron gas station, and it used to be extremely convenient—especially during cold weather when tire pressure drops quickly and you sometimes need to inflate your tires. I used this option very often because this location is the closest to my home. For a long time, I could always stop by and quickly put air in my tires whenever I needed. All I had to do was walk in, ask them to turn on the tire air, and they would activate it. I’d inflate my tires and be on my way. For me, this service was very convenient and comfortable. I also regularly bought gas at this station because it matched the level of service I expect from Chevron. Today I came in, and they told me that this service is no longer available. They didn’t clearly explain why. As I understand it, the employees probably just got tired of pressing the button and decided to stop offering the service altogether. That’s why I’m leaving this review. I like Chevron, and I used to appreciate the service the staff provided here, but now they no longer offer it, and because of that I’m giving this rating. I believe service should meet customers’ needs. Now what do I have to do? I have to drive around the city—and even to other cities—looking for a place where I can inflate my tires. Please bring this service back, and customers will be grateful and give you 5 stars again, not what you’re getting now.
