Cash only car wash should have a sign stating before/at the entrance of the car wash line. Wasted time waiting for 4 cars only to realize this.

Went there for a carwash, waited 20 minutes in line to get to the pay machine, that was not working. I asked a staff member about it, and he said it was broken and payment was only inside. Why wouldn't they have a sign for that in the entrance?? Wasted time.

well the car wash section for me is not that as of my experience there but when I usually was my car, if it's not that clean I talk the the receptionist and he gives me a second round and they always customer service but today at 10:20 I whent there to wash my car , it was so bad that I ask the customer service to come check the care and he told me that is not his problem that I should blame the car wash machine , I never meet this guy before I leave close by but have been see one old Indian man and a black guy who are so nice but today was another Indian guy age around 50 that was on believable no customer service experience acting so rude that guy is not good for morning hours because he can completely spoil your day he need customer service training

Car Wash machine BROKE passenger side mirror on my NEW 2020 Avalon. After video review they blamed me for trying cheat them by bringing a broken mirror to their car wash. They LIE & Cheat. STAY AWAY!!!! BAD Karma now surrounds them.

The very first time I stopped here the price advertised on their billboard did not match the price I looked at on my receipt after I was done paying it was literally $0.20 more per gallon I wish I had noticed instead of just driving away (the only reason I noticed was because I paid from the Chevron app)

Don't use Car Vaccum at this place.. You will get 3.25 minutes for $2.00 .I used stopwatch to time it . Suppose to get 5 minutes. Beware drivers, specifically hertz and Uber

These guys openly and unabashedly steal from customers. If you pay with a card (I used debit, but credit cards too), and you can't fit all the gas you pay for, you WILL NOT GET CHANGE. I will not use this Chevron ever again. I am also skeptical of the accuracy of the pump. It was twenty or thirty cents before I felt the hose jump as it filled with gas. There is another station across the street, and a Vallero down a few blocks.

I paid $8 for cash wash, only return what I paid compare with hand wash service. The stain still there and the air dryer not strong enough to blow away / dry the water.

I purchased a car wash for $10 then dryer stops at 1 minute and 20 seconds which supposed to be 2 minutes. I went to the office to complain the dryer then this Indian guy say's that's the way the car wash do and nothing to do with it. He even not apologized to me. This Indian guy is very rude! And this car wash station wasted my time, very rude customer service and it is not recommended for car wash.

Ghetto gas station. Sadly this station is the most convenient for me to get gas on my way home. Most of the time the first pump I pick doesn't work and I have to try another. 20-25% of the time the card readers aren't working on any pumps requiring a visit to the cashier. Many of the card readers on the pumps are falling apart making me worry about skimming. All of this has been going on for well over a year. But the gas is good.

Don’t waste money on car wash here. Machine does not clean well, not enough soap windows stay dirty. Worst is air blow is weird and spreads dirt spots all over. Manager doesn’t bother when reported, says no one complains why you do? Well I don’t expect money back but at least have some curtsey.

OMG BEST CARWASH IN BAY!! Seriously. I drive for Uber and get my car washed at least 3 times a week all over the Bay Area and no drive thru car wash has been this good! in fact, i challenge hand wash places to exceed this. I got the $10 premium, top tier and my car looks like it did when I bought it - no joke. Plus! A 2-minute dryer! Have you ever heard of such a thing?? Do you realize how long 2 minutes is? Unbelievable. I'm going to attach a picture of my car just to prove how shiny and nice it looks. The amount of work I had to do after I was done in the carwash was decreased by half from what I normally have to do. I barely had to dry the outside. I didn't even have to do the outside of my windows. It's so shiny and it looks so nice I'm so happy. $10 well spent. Inside store- a small quantity of a decent selection of stuff and customer service guy was really nice. not sure why it has such a low rating. hidden gem. trust me.

-5 rating if Google allows. Ok car wash, the owner loots money with the vacuum (says $2 for 5 mins, actual time is only 3 minutes, 10 seconds which is peanuts to vacuum a car. You put another $2 and the time for vacuum is the same). Another incident happened with my friend who paid $8 for the car wash and apparently the machine was broken. The person didn’t do anything but refer to call a number which never answers. Looting money!! Stay away from this place

Didn’t know this gas station got so much hate. Never had an issue with filling up gas here, although I’ve never talked to the employees so i can’t speak to the customer service. Car wash was mostly fine, no real issues there. Their gas prices are obnoxious but I mean it’s just the norm here in California…
