Found some mold in my Dad's Explorer and needed help immediately. Sol, Robert and the crew in Lakewood were so great and so responsive. Got me in the same day, remediated the mold and detailed the interior and exterior in about 30 hours. The service was excellent, and the Explorer hasn't looked this good in a decade. Very happy with this experience, would recommend to anyone.

Copied and pasted from my Yelp review. In 10 years of Yelp, this is my first 1 star review. I thought I lucked out by getting in due to a cancelation by calling since I was in the area. Usually appointment only. Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the rating is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

We are very satisfied with the service that has been performed. They were able to clean areas that I think others would have missed, it has been stated that the detailing was better then when the cars were bought from the dealership. We will use them again. The gentlemen that showed up and did the work were professional and courteous.

It's rather a crapshoot, trying to find a good auto detailer among all those who advertise on this platform or that. But I came up a winner with Steam Green. From the first, communication (in this case, through Yelp) was fast, courteous and comprehensive - excellent in every way. On site, the two-man crew worked hard, cut no corners, took obvious pride in their work and left me with a 5-year-old car that looks almost showroom new. None of this comes cheap, but it's worth every dollar and there were no surprises at invoice time. One word of advice that I'll follow myself next time: book a morning appointment. I was scheduled for afternoon and the crew was delayed in their morning detail, so were late getting to me -- but I was advised of that and given updates and it all worked out just fine.

Efrain and his helper arrived exactly on time, explained everything clearly, and then proceeded to clean my car inside and out to the same state it was in 3 years ago when new. While this is not an inexpensive service, it is fully worth the cost to preserve my car and keep it in tiptop shape. I recommend them to anyone needing to refresh their car.

I cannot recommend Stream Green enough! They did an amazing job on my car—it looks absolutely brand new, like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Good experience here. Urgently needed an interior detail and found these guys. Quick responses via text and they were able to get me scheduled right away on the weekend. They took care of transportation so I could get my truck to their shop since it was too short notice for the mobile service. They also acted quickly because my son had spilled two quarts of engine oil in the back footwell. They got it all out and back to where it was supposed to be, right away. Jeep Rubicon After having the doors off the prior summer and going offroading, and the usual PNW rain mixed with notorious T Top Jeep leaks. It was time for a good detail. Efrain did an amazing detail. When we bought the Rubicon from a dealership in 19 , it had dried Detailing powder in the fenders and all the lovely places a Jeep has for dirt and grime to get stuck. As everyone knows that has a Jeep you can clean and clean and clean and there is always something missed. Efrain got in ,under, on and around everything. Very impressed. Now it's time to send the other cars in.

This was outstanding work. This was probably the filthiest car they ever worked on, and now it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I used to call the car a rolling Petri dish, that’s how dirty the interior was. The roof of the car was loaded with several years of green moss . These experts spent more hours than originally quoted in order to “get the job done. Since I am disabled, they even drove my car to and from the shop. They were also very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service thank you.

We recently had our 2001 Truck detailed by Steam Green Auto Detail. They had an appt. Readily available. When they arrived at our home , the workers were on time, extremely courteous and very professional. When I say our truck was a mess..that is not very accurate and very much an understatement. Dog hair, horse hair, dirt, hay, food. 24 years of life! When they were done, the ole beast almost looked brand new! Job well done!! Thank you so much!!
