It's a generic car wash, not extra nice or anything but they do have a touch less car wash that I do use for my polished car if I have to use it. It does an ok job, I guess what you'd expect from touch less. Drive into the stall slowly to get better coverage on tires and wheels, drive out slow for fan but take a towel if u are particular. You have to wait to pay until nearly the previous car wash is completed so u have to wait at the kiosk it's confusing imho

Waste of money unless you're car just has dust on it. Does a decent job but I got home and my car still has a layer of dirt on the paint. Might as well just wash it myself and save the $15+. Not to mention the dryer shut off halfway through drying my car so I drove off with a half wet car and potential dirt/waterspots. Unimpressed and won't be going to that location as often.

It costs $10-$12 to get mats pressure washed or $4 to use the machine and do it yourself. I have paid extra in the past to save time but on my most recent visit they didn’t wash all of my mats (evidently you now have to pay an additional fee for more than 4 mats) and wouldn’t wash mine when I stopped by later to inquire why it didn’t get done. Not great.

Always works as expected. Super easy and quick. This is a touch-less , quick wash. Keep in mind it’s never going to be perfect. If you seek a perfect wash and want every section of your vehicle spotless spend more than $15.. this is great for a quick wash and does a pretty good job for the money. 100% worth it! 👍

Disappointed! I’ve been going to the Sprague location for years for the Touchless wash and always had great results. I’m closer to the UP location on 27th now and it’s terrible. I paid $21 for a wash and it wasn’t even close to clean. I contacted them and after their review they said they would give me a gift card for the $21, but I had to drive to Lakewood. I go to Lakewood and got the card. Today after a bird hit my car I decided it was a good time to use the card and learned they only gave me $16 of the $21, AND it did t get it clean…AGAIN! I drove out to Lakewood again and the employee was friendly and tried to get me better assistance but the manager could care less-and not even considerate of the two trips to Lakewood…he just said “ oh, the Touchless isn’t always the best.” Then advertise that it is t and don’t charge $21 for something that doesn’t deliver!

Not easy to use for first timer to a car wash. No one was there to answer questions. All the bugs on the front dash are still there after the wash. Only removed some easy dirts….

Im only writing this in hopes it’ll help you guys improve I’ve been to every location and they’re all solid except for this one in university place which is surprising given UP is way nicer than tacoma and Lakewood Every single time I come here half of the car wash tools don’t even work, there’s no triple foam in the tank, the car comes out dirty everytime. As a company you guys are awesome I think you can do better.

WTF? How do I come here to WASH MY CAR and it does not get washed? I used all levels of cleaning????? The foam brushes OBVIOUSLY need updating. I got ripped off for $15. #gotobrownbear

Came here because I'm newer to the area and had a good experience the first time. This time, like last, I was asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined and went through the wash. The girl who had the position of doing towel dry at the time just walked by me and stared as I sat parked - obvious that she was annoyed. She noticed I wasn't moving so she then came over and asked for my receipt - which I didn't have (because I was given the option not to take it). You can get better service from a group of children washing cars for fundraising. I do my interior at home, but apparently, the vacuums and other cleaning services don't work well either.

This will be my last time at this location! I gave it another chance and it failed once again. Actually, gave it two more chances. I paid for the most expensive and added the extra $5.00 ceramic coating. That didn’t happen! I have the wash system memorized and this coating didn’t go on my car! It did the exact same wash as last week. My car looks horrible, it has water marks all over it. It looks like it was never washed. This is highly disappointing for $21.00. Not sure why this location has fallen down the drain. Don’t waste your hard earned money here! Unless, you was leave with a dirty car!!

I would really love to like this business. I vacuum my work vehicle every morning before I return it to the office. This business is right on the way and would be very convenient to stop there and vacuum out the vehicle, but unfortunately I have had a lot of trouble here with monitoring of the equipment. I frequently find some previous customer has opened the back of the canister and left it open as the picture shows. This means the vacuum has no suction and I have had to hurriedly close the canister myself because I sometimes forget to do it before I put my money in. This is sometimes very difficult depending on how badly the equipment was treated by the customer who opened the hatch in the first place. I have several times wasted half of my alloted time just getting the hatch closed and then had to put in more money so I could actually clean the vehicle. The other issue is the vacuum nozzle frequently comes loose from the hose, as seen in the other picture, and since there is really no way to reattach the hose in a hurry, because once again the vacuum is running, I have just given up and driven away. I understand that since the business is not monitored 24 hours a day mistreatment of the equipment by customers is a deplorable situation, but there are steps that can be taken so that the equipment would be in proper working order for customers who come in after other people have trashed it.

This is a nice little car wash. Conviently in the middle of town. Easy to get to, easy to navigate everything there. It would be nice if they had more vending and offered more cleaning supplies for your vehicle. I do really like the place though.

Way too expensive for a self service car wash and don't use your debit card, it will overcharge you!!! For 4 minutes it charged us $15.
