My bf and I came here and were extremely disappointed. This was around 5:30-6pm. The self serve machine did not stop counting time the first time I pressed the stop button, thankfully I noticed eventually but not until after it ran me up to twice the amount of time I actually used the wash. There were tweakers walking around who asked us for money while in the middle of washing our cars. This place only has 2 vacuums, and they were covered in trash. My bf went over to use one, but I noticed used syringes with needles on the ground! I should have taken a picture but I was just so blown away all I wanted to do was get out of there. So we did not touch anything else and just left. So much for all the good reviews.

I do not recommend the automatic wash for trucks. At first it seemed great because my truck fit nicely without having to fold in mirrors but as I exited through the dryer, the air forced all of the soap that was apparently still in the bed of the truck up all over the back window and even flung soap up onto the hood and side windows. I spent $17 for the works and now I have to rewash it.

Very disappointed with the machine wash I got this morning. Paid for the most expensive wash and both sides of my car were completely missed. COMPLETELY MISSED, BOTH SIDES!! Unfortunately when I got there at 0830hrs there were piles of trash all around with literally hundreds of used syringes everywhere. Glad I didn't have my children with me. More than likely would've went to a different car wash so I wouldn't have needed to make them stay in the car. Extremely bothered by the poor wash I got here🤨😒😠

Never had an issue with this business until their automatic car wash damaged one of my vehicles. I had to call and email multiple times for weeks, before I was contacted back and the business will take no responsibility for any damage that occurred. The video of the vehicle entering the wash before and after was not retained and staff treat you horribly when you speak them about trying to get your vehicle fixed or even share the cost of the deductible. Called the owner and he had one of his employees call me back, the same employee who had been dodging my calls for two weeks. I don’t believe this business values its customer base and they definitely don’t respect them enough to even give them timely follow up and basic customer service. I suggest spending your hard earned money at any other car wash or detailing service.

BEWARE, if you use your credit card machine to pay for your manual wash it may not work and will take your money. I used my credit card and the car wash failed to work. $4 was removed from my bank account and I was unable to wash my car. I called the company to request a refund and they said they would investigate and get back to me. They never got back to me and I called back three more times requesting a refund and a follow-up. When you call you always get a voicemail. I did receive a voicemail from them but they never provided an extension number so I could not leave a voicemail for a specific person. It's unexceptionable to steal money from a customer and not try your hardest to resolve the issue. This car wash also had garbage on the floors of the wash bays. I have lost faith in this company and will no longer support them. I am writing this review two months after the issue occurred, allowing the company sufficient time to resolve my concern and avoid a negative review. I hope this does not happen to any future customers. (TO OWNER: I EMAILED YOU BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS)

Out of ALL the Car Wash options throughout Tacoma my hubs will only visit this car wash at this location. He enjoys the friendly staff that greet you as you pull up to pay and immediately they begin to wash wheels & windows prior to even entering the car wash. The Car Wash experience is enjoyable and offers touch free features so that even the newest of vehicles can enjoy getting clean without getting scratches in a new paint job!!! After experiencing a 10 step wash and hot wax you can then pull right up to a Vacuum Station that allows you to get your carpets back to clean. Also on sight are several vending machines that offer a variety of interior and exterior car needs such as Armor All, Air Fresheners, Tire Cleaners, and more.... The parking lot also offers a Coffee Stand and across the street is a gas station, so if your car needs a wash Classy Chassis is your 1 stop shop!!!

Best part about this car wash is it's open 24 hours, and you can take your time really cleaning your car at night if you are intimate that. 3 stars for the fact every single time I've come there, the vacuums have been completely emptied everywhere right there at the vacuums, not in the trash or anything. Done by the less fortunate looking for valuables accidentally vacuumed up. Have had two lady workers get extremely angry and kick me out and threaten to call the cops because I was there when they opened and had been for 2 hours. Detailing my car before sale. Other than all that they OK

$4 minimum for 4 minutes self wash. Couldn't find a change machine and the machine wouldn't take one of my state quarters. It did take the one I didn't want to use that was a national park one. There is a credit card reader there. I used my Venmo debit card and it pre-authorized $15. I used $5.50 off that after my $4 in quarters. Took about 30 minutes and it charged the correct amount. I scrubbed quickly to get my truck basically clean. Everything worked well, but I was disappointed there was no change (or even tokens) machine as I had expected. I had brought some cash to use...maybe that's becoming the norm?

This places machines will steal your cash and you will not be able to get refunded,today at 10 am I came for the automatic car wash and it cost $11 I put in a $20 and it said I put in $10 and they won't give refund. They called me today one day later after I scanned their bull crap QR code and filed for a refund and said they would not refund me . Believe all the people here in the reviews that say they won't refund you because they won't.

Kinda surprised. I’ve been coming here for almost five years now as my go to wash spot. For the first time the lady outside got snippy with me. I didn’t see anyone as I pulled up to the auto wash so I used the power washer around my rims for a second. She comes out and tells me about a sign that says not to, but there was no sign anywhere? I said okay don’t worry about it. I had my drivers side door open and she dropped the window scrubber on the windshield getting soap allover The inside of my car door. I told her not to worry about it and to stop. She responded “oh you don’t want me to do this?” I ignored her and got back in my car, thankfully the charge went through so I could pull right in. I’ll never come here during attendant hours again, if at all.

Been coming here 20 years. I love how it’s touchless. Best car wash and only $11 for the cheapest. Car consistently comes out clean. After wasting money at The Wave in Frederickson, I’ve been known to drive over here to Hilltop just for a wash. Touchless is so much better for your car and somehow it doesn’t miss spots like the cloth/scrubber car washes.

Poorly maintained car wash location. Unfortunately this is one of the better facilities in the area, but the bar is pretty low for Tacoma car washes. Machine ate my tokens. Used their “easy” online reporting which resulted in 3-4 phone calls while the “investigated” my claim. Finally they agree to give me my $6 back. In the form of tokens. 7 miles away at the Lakewood location during regular business hours. I told them to go ahead and keep the $6 since I won’t be using their facilities or frequenting the coffee stand any more. If they cared a little bit more, they would offer me a one-use code for the automatic car wash to make up for their faulty equipment.

I had a very bad experience here. I inserted $7 in coins, but the machine did not start. It only showed that I had inserted $3 and kept asking me to add more money. After that, I used my debit card instead, and I was charged $15 for only 10 minutes of self-serve car wash. This is extremely overpriced and feels like clear exploitation. Between machines not working properly and unreasonable pricing, I do not recommend this place at all

The touch-less automatic car wash unfortunately does not clean or dry properly. Photo #1 - was taken right after my car wash at Classy Chassis, I paid the highest package and even had an add-on. Paid $21 and you can still see the dirt separation line from where the windshield wipers were. It also does not dry properly at all and leaves my car with a bunch of water on the windows. Photo #2 - was taken the same day after I went to Brown Bear since I clearly needed a proper car wash. I got the cheapest package which cost me $11. The dirt separation line is gone! It has two sets of blowers at the end, and even though it does not blow all the water out completely, it still does a better job than Classy Chassis. PS: the dried up water droplets you see are from the inside.

The staff here are always very nice and when it's staffed, they spray the tires and side down before pulling into the wash. I come here every time I'm in Tacoma since this is the best touch less car was in the whole Puget sound area.

Been around for a long time in this area. They've made some improvements as far as upgrades but has always been affordable and open 24/7. Would like to see the manual car wash spaces give a little more time but aside from that its a great place to clean the ride

The vacuums are always seem to be in good service. Trash cans can be an issue but that's everywhere and I've never had any of the machines. Rip me off so four stars for that. Since it is 24 hours, do you expect some people to just be wandering through asking you weird questions at 3:00 in the morning? If you're just trying to get something done late at night, that's what you get for being out at 3:00 a.m.
