I took my moms car here today, as a present for her birthday....her car was just ugly. My parents have a dog and it was pet hair galore. We decided on the #2 package. When we picked up this car, all she could say was WOW! The car is 11 years old and looks like it just came off of the showroom floor! The attention to detail is amazing! The staff is so friendly and they communicate well. You know what you're getting, before you drop your vehicle off, so there are no questions later. I highly recommend!!

My truck was recently stolen and the bad guys smoked in and stole things with it. I recently got it back and after i threw away all the things they left behind i was displeased with the smoke smell. It was recommended that i try this place by a friend who was also pleased with the work they had done. I called and was able to work out an appointment within the week! Very professional operation they have going. I don’t know their business plans but they could use a bigger place and if they keep up the work they will have it soon. My truck smell gently of nice shampoo, is cleaner than the day i bought it and at a very reasonable price. Particularly because there is no way i could have done that quality of work. No dout I’d refer anyone in a heart beat.

Pleasant experience with the whole team. Even so much to call out that upon cleaning out my jockey box, they found some cash and wanted me to know they pulled it out and made sure I knew where they put it. Very honest! I purchased the FATZ Daddy Supreme Package - their #1 premium detail valued at $225.00+. This includes a full interior, exterior, and engine compartment detail. Mike did an exceptional job detailing the engine compartment. It looked like a brand new car from this standpoint. Amazing! He even admits cleaning the engine is his favorite part of detailing and it's obvious from how it ended up looking. Have him detail your engine and you will not be disappointed by any measure. The exterior and interior detail were also good. I needed an acid wash due to the amount of water spots that were present on the car. This costed an additional $45.00. Although most of the water spots were taken off; some still remained. Still not bad. Mike did a great job cleaning and dressing the exterior, making the car pop. The only aspect that was left to be desired was the carpet. I was hoping more of the dirt would have been extracted, but otherwise I was satisfied overall with the work done.

Clean and very professional looking. My boyfriend got the interior done and it looked better than when he bought it! It even looks like they were able to get a scratch out of the touch screen display! He was extremely happy. They even bag any stuff in the car for you and leave it in your trunk. They cleaned the trunk and mats as well. It looked truly amazing. Will be back with my car and maybe back to get the external done in summer!

I took my car in a couple weeks ago, and still can't get over how good my car looks! It looks better than when I bought it after the dealership "detailed" it. My headlights were completely fogged, and I was about to buy new housings until I took it here and they're clear again. My cup holders, dash, steering wheel, seats, etc., all look flawless now! When ever I need a car detailed, I will always come here.

Let me tell you I’ve had my car for 9 years and got it when I was in high school and have never gotten it detailed!! It looked horrible and I mean horrible I knew there was probably something’s that would sadly not come out! But FATZ literally made it look like I just bought it off the lot again everything I thought that was gunna stay was gone! I am soooo happy I chose to go here for my first time, they got out everything and I mean everything! Dog hair, major stains that have been there for years they put in work! I will be coming here for all my vessels! Thank you again!!! And on top of that, they even dropped me back off at home and picked me up when my car was ready. 😊

Did a great job with interior detail of my car! A temporary mice infestation in my garage had left me dreading driving my car due to the smell and mouse droppings in the center console. For a reasonable additional fee due to the unhealthy nature of that, FATZ restored my car to a state where I am happy and comfortable driving in it again! It's even better than I ever remember it being. And there isn't any unpleasant chemical smell or anything!

The detailing was done well, but we received our key FOB back with the back missing. After coordinating with them over a couple of days they went the extra mile, checked in the shop vacs, and eventually found it!... They also gave us the wrong mats because there was a similar car in the shop. We exchanged these a couple days later too. The work was good and these honest mistakes were addressed over the couple days following.

Great experience and service!! They were able to fit me in same day to get interior detailing. I bought my car second hand and have never seen it look so meticulously cleaned!! They charge extra for pet hair but they tell you upfront before your appointment which I felt was very fair. A little over $200 to make me feel like I am driving a brand new car! It looks and smells like it rolled out of a dealership, thank you FATZ!

My car was next level filthy. I work out of my car, haul teenagers, dog and friends everywhere. I’ve had broken windows from theft, just a lot. Winter was slow in work so I haven’t been able to bring in my car in a long time. (And I don’t like cleaning my car as you can see oatmeal spilled in the back like a month ago. So embarrassing ) Fatz gave me back my car like new. On top of that, her customer service was awesome. She wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Didn’t make me feel bad for being dirty and I even had an emergency (had to take my niece and her mom to the ER) so couldn’t pick up my car till the next day and she worked with me and kept my car safe. That meant a lot. Not to take advantage of that, I’m sure they can’t overnight cars for everyone since they don’t have a lot of space. So thank you and I’m not advertising that. Lol I also love the smell. Usually car cleaning or fragrances give me a headache. It smells clean and fresh and no headache! No slimy parts that make my hands feel dirty. Just clean and I feel like it’s been a boost for my accomplishment and stress. Will be returning and referring.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from FATZ Detail! They were professional, easy to schedule, and incredibly detail-oriented. My 10+ year old car looks brand new—it’s unbelievable! Days later, my car still smells amazing. They managed to completely erase all traces of pet hair from my dog and the mess that comes with having two toddlers. You’d never know my car had ever seen a crumb or fur after their detailing. Highly recommend!
