The first week when they opened it, they really did a good job. My car was clean and shiny but now I’m not happy with their service anymore. They put very little soap on my car and and they let the car go through quickly so after my car go through the washing process , there’s still lots of water on my car. . So disappointing 😡

Great car wash, but it's going to get bad because of the bums lingering around asking for money. The hispanics come and leave their trash outside the trash can which makes no sense to me why this happens. Being lazy messing up the car wash that provides a good service. Please clean up your parking lot and you'll get 5 stars from me.

Horrible customer service. Vacuums were not on so I asked to get turned on and worker said someone stole their connections. Asked about another wash or discount to come back and was told I paid for the wash, but vacuums are free so no remediation offered. I said they should put a sign out before people pay and worker pointed to “free vacuum” sign and said we have one. I said put out one that they’re not working so others can go to another location and not have to leave with a 1/2 clean vehicle. Pathetic!!!

So far, I've had a great experience each time I come here. Usually, what happens with new car wash is they start off good and then the vacuums start to loose their suction power, and then one day they won't work. I hope that's not the case here.

I went to cancel my subscription to the car wash and the assistant manager said he could not give refund only the GM who just happened to be on vacation for a couple of weeks and had tried to call before I went up there and when I went up there was told the only one that can answer the phone is the same GM that's on vacation for 2 weeks. But he gave me a card with the email address so I can email. I don't understand why you can take money but can't refund it and you can't answer the phone. So unprofessional. Will see if some one gets back to me.k

This place is not beginner friendly at all. If you’ve never been to a car wash before, I would not recommend you to come to this one. The entrance is weird. You have to figure out a way to get into the actual car wash with no help or guidance towards the actual entrance. Plus once you get there if you don’t know what options to select from and other people are behind you, you can’t take your time to decide. You have to hurry up and pick something then go. I will also add that it would have been nice to have more information on what to do when the driver enters the car wash and when it’s time for the driver to leave the car wash. It was my first time ever being to a car wash and I had to ask for information because I had no idea how everything was going to work nor did I have an idea what I was supposed to be doing from start to finish. So it would have been nice if someone would have given clear instructions on what to expect and also what is expected of the driver from the start of the car wash to the end of the car wash.

In Fort Worth Texas on Seminary dr The problem that I have with this particular car was is that you paying $15 for a wash and tire dressing but the tire dressing never work I came to this particular one 5 times in one month and they said it does but when I go to Katie close to Everman pkwy and south freeway my car always looks good coming out of that Katie Carwash!!!!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

This morning I went to the car wash there was a black guy who was super rude, 1: first of all I don’t know what he did but the conveyer belt took my car through the washing tunnel without washing , 2: when I come around and explain what happened and asked him to give my car a wash he was very loud and yelling , 3: even the second time he never touched my car and was saying something with himself. The owner must fired him as soon as possible. I ish there was something less than one star for today.

Usually, I have no complaints and service here is good despite the area it’s located at. My husband and I both have “unlimited” wash passes for both of our vehicles, Turns out you can only run your vehicle once per day now, according to one of the staff members. Paying top dollar to only be able to run it once a day, is just not worth the money when I only come by here once or twice a week to wash my car. If you can come by here every day for only one wash, it might be worth paying for the membership but if you come by here once a week just to be able to go through it one time, definitely not worth it for me. Vacuums work fantastic early morning but don’t work as great later in the afternoon. Wash is okay, does leave spots on car from not drying all the way.

I asked staff to cancel my membership on December 22, 2024 and they are Still withdrawing $50 from my account every month and it’s now August 2, 2025, I cannot get these people to answer the phone… I don’t even live in Fort Worth anymore.. Worst customer service… Does anybody have a number to contact that actually answers???

Very much satisfied every time with my wash & vaccums work Sooo Much better than zipps & caliber car wash that I’ve also had memberships at..Today The attendant Lomorrio was very friendly, greeted me with a smile. He was attentive and guided me right away through the wash. With service like his I will continue to be a member and recommend my family and friends 😃

After about 5 years, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Had a horrible experience at the Star Express Car Wash next to Taco Cabana. I won't go into the details but the manager treated my wife and I horribly, he refused to help us, he refused to make it right, he refused to give me his name, and he refused to even listen. We are taking our 4 cars to a competitor. Sadly most of the good people who where there at the beginning are not there no more and sadly this very bad manager running this wash, has a lot to learn about customer service at least in my opinion. Anyway, I feel sorry for the owners because more competition is popping up and if customers have similar experiences like my wife and I The Car wash will be losing much more business. I feel bad for the Car Wash again because many great people work there but many times it takes one bad experience to ruin it. We certainly don't ever want to see that manager again and in order to do that, we are the ones that have to move to another car wash company. So sad! Well things turned out for the best, the competitor car wash has treated me very nice and have had zero issues. I'm glad at this point that I moved from Star Express.

Worst car service ever! Went to the car wash paid for the highest tier option and came out same just wet. When we tried to advise the attendant he was very dismissive and offered a free “go again” we obviously declined assuming we would get the same results. Think convenient location had potential however the poor customer service and up-keeping needs to improve tremendously! Not only was the bed of my truck not looked at but there was a small shovel and other object in the floor in the drive over areas. Will not be coming back to this location anytime soon. Management please assist!

Regular customer at star express car wash seminary street Every since they open up two days ago, use the car wash, and the brushes broke the back of my windshield blade , The vacuum cleaners doesn’t work terrible experience turned in the claim they denied. It said they will not repair it. I am very disappointed. They only offer me a couple free car washes.

I went dec-27-25 and it was the only place that i have given my debit card to pay during the week. Same day night i received a bank fraud alert notification, somebody was trying to use my card. Just be careful people.

Be careful going to this car cash one of the workers is highly aggressive and will damage your windshield while cleaning before the actual wash. He cracked my windshield in several places on the driver's side from how hard he hits it. White paint chips are stuck in the glass from the mop he uses. I went to the cash wash twice in 2 days and he it hard everytime. I tried speaking with management about it but they don't value their customers.

I had been a member for over a year until today. Bad quality washing now and customer service is the worse. Used to be able to have unlimited washes with memebership, then got cut to once a day. Then if your vehicle didn't get washed properly they would let you run it through again. Today something must of not have been working properly but my vehicle was left with a lot of dirty spots as you can see in pictures. I drove back around to show the guy at the window and he told me that at least it was cleaner than it was before it went through the car wash. I asked him if I could run it through again to see if it would get cleaned the second time and he said no and if i didn't like it to cancel my membership. So I did. I asked for the manager and he claimed to be the manager and said his name is Jesus. It's the guy in the photo posted on this review. I will be going to the brand new car wash directly across the highway and recomend everyone else do the same thing.
