Fast and Easy car wash! The car came our really clean and shined just right! The vacuum stations are large and there a bunch of them. Vacuums are powerful and the compressed air wand is a nice touch and helpful with those hard reach areas. Will definitely be back.

First time using the car wash I got a giant screw in my tire going through the wash. I immediately went to the front desk to let them know and to fill out a claim after my tired pressure dropped immediately after exiting the wash. The manager left a vm saying they were not responsible. The manager did not offer anything to make up for the money spent to repair the tire nor offered to make up for the first terrible experience.

Hi there, Im a regular here and i’m disappointed. Today I came in to get my car washed obviously, however i didn’t get a proper clean and on top of that they were being very aggressive at the rear of my car before my car went through the wash. Please tell your long brown hair boy to do a better decent job and not be lazy. Thanks

I usually go to Bucces but didn't want to make the longer drive and needed a wash. I paid for The Works ($20) and felt like I shouldn't have to check it based on my experiences at other places. I was very wrong. There were multiple sections of my vehicle that were missed completely. The front end and windshield are still covered in bugs, side skirts not cleaned, wheels and tires not cleaned. The back end was not cleaned at all. I noticed this when I got home but was not going to drive back that night, and I read online that Katie's (just like almost all others) had a 5-day guarantee. I guess that doesn't apply to this location as I went back and asked what I could do, and they said nothing they could do since I didn't say something on the same day and that they had no such guarantee. If I wanted it washed again, I would need to pay again even though it wasn't done correctly the first time. I'll just ensure I go to bucces to get the quality needed as this place does not ensure quality, and then when shown their issues, they don't stand behind their policy stated on their website.

Wash is very rushed. They won’t let you go back through if your car is super dirty. I went the other day, I have two vehicles on my membership, and the guy came out very rudely and said your membership is cancelled. I asked him why/how did it get cancelled and he couldn’t tell me. He kept calling me boss which is patronizing. I was going to ask him to fix my membership, but that was the second time people were rude to me there after just one month of subscription.

This used to be unlimited washes, then it went to 2 times a day and now it's only if it is still dirty. Guess what!!!! It's always still dirty, the guy that does the pre scrub doesn't get the bumper and the car is rushed through to fast and it skips major areas of the car so you have to go back through. Too many rule changes, I am not going back.!!!

Best car wash I've been thru in Fort Worth. Brand new, just opened. $20 wash was incredible on my truck. Always bring my own towel to wipe it down afterwards, but the wash itself left it 95% dry which is really nice. Wheel/rim cleaners in the wash are actually effective. Really a 10/10 wash (no idea why negative people on here are going to a self-drive wash and expecting a hand-detailing service, relax lady). Vacuums were powerful and the location is perfect after hitting the driving range! Will have my business for a long time to come.

Really great place, and I highly recommend! My car has a 4 inch ground clearance and did not do so well at the last self-wash I went to and was delighted to find out that their track supports my low clearance. With that said, the best way to describe this place is as such; convenient. There are multiple options and levels of wash, and once you're done you can vacuum your interior. 10/10 amazing place, and it just opened in April.

I have never in my life written a 1 star review, however after being a loyal customer for 2 years (Since it was Katie’s) I had a run in with a “manager” this afternoon who was hands down one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. Having a multiple vehicle monthly account, one of my vehicles is having title issues so I am constantly receiving new temporary plates. When I set up the account for this car they gave me a paper pass so that I could use the wash instead of it reading my plates. This “manager” got out of his blue pickup (after boxing me in) and snatched the pads out of my hand and stated “I can’t let you leave the property with this”, I then asked if my account had to be cancelled or not and he immediately had my account cancelled in the middle of the billing cycle without so much as an explanation. After shutting himself back his truck and refusing to answer any further questions, he motioned for me to pull forward, so pulled forward into the lane that bypasses the wash expecting some sort of answer. The “manager” accelerated past me within inches of vehicle and sped off. Absolutely flabbergasted. I work with 16,000 other people in my building, and I will make sure I share what an absolute disappointment this business is.

Today i was carrying some additional trash in my car. More than usual I’ll give you that. I had 2 trash bags that were stuffed animals i was throwing out. However i was aggressively approached by a heavy set Hispanic individual (turns out to be the GM Mark Noriega) who claimed i could not throw my trash away here. I pay for a monthly subscription that has 3 vehicles on it. I spend over $100/month for car washes and this guy had the nerve to not only tell me i couldn’t throw my trash away (which is not written anywhere given they provide trash cans for what’s in your car) but he then took down my license plate and threatened my family. I had my young daughter in the car. Needless to say I’ll be canceling my families membership here as it’s clearly a space where they are ok hiring anyone who wants to get violent over trash.

Doesn't get the car as clean as Katie's used to. Employees also not as friendly or attentive to getting the front and back bumper of the car. Also seems like they used a different tire shine. Also price increase. Will find another car wash. Definitely not a "premium" wash worth $20.

I came through with a 2025 brand new vehicle and it knocked my emblem off and I have to go back to the dealership to get an an emblem. I called several times trying to get a hold to somebody and the supervisor or manager Hispanic guy Mark Noriega who is very mean and rude every time I talk to him he is rude he's at the one off of 30 and he's also at the other location. He's very rude and very unprofessional and I'm looking for how to get ahold to corporate because there has been damaged to vehicles and he doesn't care. And that type of behavior should not be tolerated

They don’t clean their equipment, I stopped by on a low day and got some nasty scratches on my paint. I would not recommend.

I needed to stop my membership while my car was in the shop. I was told they cancelled it, and then a few days later they charged my card. I was told to reach out to the owner who said they don’t do refunds. Now, I’m having to dispute the charge with my bank because I did not authorize this because I had already cancelled. It has been such a pain. My plan was to renew membership once I get my car back, but I think I’ll be going elsewhere since they don’t care about their customers or even try to fix a problem. Whatever you do, don’t call to cancel, you need to go get a receipt in person. I made the mistake of calling to cancel, and now it’s just headache after headache.

On 09/26/ I visited the Express Car Wash located at 8500 South Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76134. During the car wash process, I discovered that the black cloth hanging from above had removed my windshield blade. Upon realizing what had occurred, I turned on my windshield wiper to confirm my observation. I was broken off. As soon as the car wash was over, I immediately proceeded to the office to report the incident and retrieve my windshield wiper, which was found to be completely broken off and left in the car wash. The level of accountability from management at Express Car Wash was disappointing and unprofessional…..Not only do they damage your vehicle, but they also fail to provide adequate resolution. There should be a way to give -0

I usually go around from car wash to Car Wash, and after going to this one, I noticed damage to the vehicle after parking and inspecting. I've seen other photos of different customers' vehicles getting scratched from this particular car wash company, but I thought what were the chances... until I got scratches of my own after my first time ever going to this car wash. I'm very disappointed. I highly recommend other people look at the other photos of other customers' cars getting scratched from this company.👍

Twice in this car wash has broke my back windshield wiper. And no I made sure it wasn't running when I went through. I don't know what it is I don't have that big a car but something about this car wash is not good. And my front windshield never gets fully washed I have to come home and wash it.

I'm not understanding these reviews. This is a great car wash. I've never had scratches on my cars or issues with monthly payments. You can visit once a day if you're a member. Some of these bad reviews seem fake. I've never once had an issue in the 10 months I've been going here. If you go more than twice a month, get a membership. It's the same price as two individual visits and once you're a member, you can go everyday if you want. On to the bad reviews here....correlation doesn't equal causation. Just because you see a new scratch, does not mean the car wash did it. The more likely cause is your car is now clean, you're paying more attention to it when you're drying it or wiping windows and you can now see where the shopping cart crashed into your car when you were grocery shopping last week. 🤦

I stopped going here because my car was so dirty with front grill bumper never cleaned. I think they run the cars through too fast and don’t scrub front and back enough. Note: I went through an auto car wash in North Platte, Nebraska on an roadtrip. They did a really good job. They spent time scrubbing the car and the wheels before it went into the auto wash. The car spent a longer time going through the wash. I wonder if there are any decent auto car washes here in DFW?
