Sometimes in life you just fall behind. I’ve been wanting to clean my car for awhile now. Having 4 kids and not having the time to clean the car it got pretty bad. The team at St. Charles Auto Spa took care of us, and got our Sienna looking brand new again. They did a great job, really professional and great attention to detail. My family and I were amazed at the amount of detail they put into the cleaning and in my opinion SUPER affordable. I highly recommend them and will be my go to place for car detailing.

My car has it’s sparkle back! I heard from a friend that they service some of the local used car dealerships and thought if it’s good enough for them then I’ll give them a try! They are very prompt and thorough. I park under a pine tree and they suggested a decontamination treatment and it worked wonderfully! Very reasonable price and they spend a good amount of time detailing my car for my allergies. I 100% recommend getting all of your detailing done here:)

I came here to get a full detail interior and exterior, staff was very polite and professional. Car looked awesome and looked like it was new. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced. Bill, Manager was very knowledgeable and thorough and it shows how the facility operates. He walked me through my whole car before and after it was finished to explain to me everything they were going to do and to ensure I was happy with the final product.

I decided to try this business again after I realized that they were under new management. They did such a great job on interior/exterior car washes, that I dropped off my minivan (aka The Mom-Mobile) for detail service. They did a spectacular job! And, they could not have been more polite, more accommodating or more friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a GREAT experience here. The owner, Bill, was very attentive!! And I can tell he likes to be hands-on with his clients. He has incredible customer service skills which is very important to me. The crew he has is a hard working group of guys that made my car absolutely beautiful!!! I have a dog... So dog hair is hard to get out but I swear I don't see one shed of hair!! SO happy with the results. My car smells like NEW. Highly recommend. Great experience.

Highly recommend, I just got 2 of my cars detailed inside and out. They leave the inside and out immaculate! Their finished product is ‘clean and consistent’ across vehicles. For what they deliver they are reasonably priced. Honestly, my 2013 felt like the first day I bought it. The wife is happy too! (of course I brought hers in first.) Thank you Bill, your shop is accommodating, easily to work with, and will be coming back.

I can not say how amazing this place is. Clean, Professional, and Efficient. The manger is super nice and well informed on what the each product and service does. I took my car in for a Buff and a Ceramic Wax, it took a few hours but it was all worth it, the color in my paint became super deep and vibrant, even better then when I bought it from the dealer. I will happily take my car back in the future and not think twice about it.

I highly recommend St. Charles Auto Spa! I had 3 automobiles detailed over 3 days and they look like brand new. My dad's Lincoln sold in one day after i had it detailed by them.

I'm glad for people who got great service in this place. It wasn't up to me where to clean my car. Toyota dealership in St Charles gave me complementary wash. I know. I know! U gonna tell me: complementary is nothing. I agree. I didn't pay for service. But I didn't ask much: just clean my car (outside only). No interior. No detailing. Nothing special. Anyway. These are pictures after I left the car wash station.

Hector at the front entrance is great. He is great employee. Monthly membership prices are very reasonable. They offer free towels to dry your car, compressed air, and 2 different types of vaccum attachments per stall. They also work with local businesses for giveaways, such as Andy's, mochi donut and more.

I love this spot! The owner, Hector, is a really nice guy and works really hard. There are many vacuums and compressed air to clear out dust. Cleaner sprays and towels as well. Cleans my car great which is especially needed in the winter. They also offer auto detailing. Their monthly prices are great! Best in the area.
