The location was convenient and so were the hours of the business. The quality of service was also acceptable. However, the waiting room was filthy. The carpet and furniture was disgusting.. If a customer was in the bathroom, one could hear all the bathroom noises in the waiting room. Not a pleasant experience. It was difficult in making an appointment via phone. Sometimes you would get a return call and other times you would not. Even receiving a text message was trying. Getting the business to open on time was like sitting in a dental chair. Painful. I was informed that the family has a sick family member therefore, that is why they are late. They then should have hired someone whom can open the business up on time. Should I or others suffer and be late to our appointments/work because they can't open on time? The staff with the exception of the daughter were all stoned faced or had a scowl. You were never greeted with a good morning or good afternoon. A smile, forget it. A thank you for your business wasn't even a thought. It is not a welcoming environment. There are too many other places to have a hand car wash in the area. I wish them all the best. I hope they read this and learn from it.

Careful everyone seems like this business has lawyer cards ready if you come pick up your car and they damaged it. I mean the place already looks shady I would stay far far away and they barely speak English

They wash and dried my car in 15min. They did a horrible job. I requested the new car fragrance, but instead got this horrible smell in my car. Also when the sprayed that horrible smell they left sprinkled spots on my dash board and cup holder. Will Not recommend or go back there again. Now I see why they have NO customers. This people don't want to work. Also check your car before tipping them. I tip them before big mistake.

The Only Place We Trust for Car Wash and Detailing We’ve been taking our cars to El Diamante Hand Car Wash and Detailing since they opened, and they never fail to impress us with the amazing job they do. This is the only place we trust with our cars, and we don’t mind the waiting because the quality of their service is worth it. Their customer service is outstanding, always friendly, professional, and attentive. On top of that, they are incredibly honest. Once, they found money in our car and returned it to us, which speaks volumes about their integrity. Just left El Diamante. Not crowded. Minimal waiting. DYNAMITE JOB as always!!! Everything is fresh and clean. No complaints at all. Everyone was working hard but very friendly. Very reasonable pricing! Altima looks like new money. If my Altima looks this good, imagine what your Benz, Rover, or Porsche will look like😉 Thank you Alejandra Sanchez!!

This place deserves 0 stars. Dropped off my vehicle for a detail to end up taking my vehicle home to find damage to the dash. Went back to tell manage it about it. When I spoke with the woman in charge she started talking to one of the guys who worked on it. Asked them in Spanish what happened his response was he didn’t know anything. They went back and forth about was he did to the vehicle for her to turn and tell me the damage wasn’t caused by them. Furthermore that she was the one who worked on it and that if they did do it they would have called me right away. Unfortunately for her I understand Spanish and for her to say she worked on the car when she clearly was asking the other worker what he did. When I told her that I understand stuff happens and all I wanted was the damage to be repaired. She replied with they weren’t going to do anything about it. She then called my girlfriend who the one that set up the detail to give her there attorneys info. What kind of business tell a client of over 5 years to contact their lawyer. Guess good honest business owner are hard to find.

I am so glad I checked this place out. It is the only place I will take my car too now. Do know that you are on a first come first serve basis, so this means you might need to wait awhile before you can leave.i usually only wait an hour-but recently waited over two hours. The wait is always worth it, and you can’t beat all of the nearby adventures you can hit up while you wait!

I just bought my car and I left a watermelon in the back seat by accident. It exploded and was in there for days. It smelled so bad, I wanted to trade my car in. Alejandra and her team did such an amazing job. My car honestly honestly looked nicer than when I bought it and smells phenomenal! It really smelled like sour fish after the watermelon fiasco.

Disappointing Detail Experience, Poor Quality for the Price I recently took my 4-year-old truck here for a “premium” detail after having a mediocre experience with a different vehicle at the same shop. Unfortunately, the second time around didn’t go any better. I paid top price for a full detail, but when I picked up my truck, I was extremely disappointed with the results. The exterior paint felt rough and grimy, and the finish didn’t look any better than a standard car wash. In fact, the hood and roof were still covered in road grime and dull, while only the sides of the truck seemed to have been polished or buffed, which looked and felt smooth. The interior was also a letdown. It was far from the thorough cleaning I expected for the price—there was still dust, dirt, and grime in various places, and the seats didn’t feel properly cleaned or conditioned. When I mentioned these issues to the owner, they blamed it on a new hire but promised a free car wash as compensation. However, when I asked which car that would apply to, she said it would be for a basic wash—definitely not what I was expecting after paying for a premium detail. If you decide to take your vehicle here, I highly recommend inspecting both the interior and exterior thoroughly before leaving to make sure the job is actually done. I’m not sure I’ll return after this experience.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m FORCED to. I’ll start by saying I used to be a fan of this place, but after my recent experience, I’m done. I scheduled a premium detailing service over a week in advance and dropped my car off at noon, the time we agreed on. The entire experience was a mess. They couldn’t even finish the job on time because of poor scheduling. I had to Uber to work, which was fine, but when I called at 4:20pm, I was told my car would be ready around 7:00pm. At 7:04pm, I get a call saying they hadn’t even started the “detailing” yet and couldn’t finish the job that day. I explained my work situation and how inconvenient this would be for me. A mere 23 minutes later at 7:27pm, they called back to say the car was suddenly ready. I arrive to pick it up and pay, only to find it’s clear the work was rushed in those 20 minutes. Even though it was so dark outside, you could tell! Everything was done sloppily and without attention to detail. The cup holder was broken, there was dust all over the seats, the trays weren’t cleaned, and the windows were smudged. This is not the “premium” service I paid for. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the manager promised a callback the next day with a solution. After waiting days without hearing anything, I called again, only to be told the only solution was to bring the car back for another cleaning. I made it clear I wasn’t willing to do that. Once trust is lost, especially after wasting my time and money, it’s hard to regain. They offered no real resolution and said they couldn’t do anything to fix it. On top of that, they blamed me for taking the car in at noon! They blamed me and my wife on the phone for their poor scheduling! A partial refund would’ve been the only acceptable solution, but honestly, even that would’ve been too much for the level of service I received. I won’t be returning. If you value your car and your time, go somewhere else. I paid full price for a service that barely met basic standards, and I’ll never trust them again.

Unfortunately my experience here was a nightmare. I dropped my car off Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025 at 12:30 to have it detailed prior to a trip I was taking to Michigan on Thursday. I pulled around and a lady came out to look over my car and let me know the price. All was well; I handed her my keys and she said she would call when the car was done. I went home. Around 3:00pm, 2.5 hours after I dropped the car off, I received a text (screenshot below) stating they were working on my car but noticed my car came in with the windshield cracked and sent a picture. I called the number immediately because my windshield was NOT cracked prior to dropping it off. There is no way I would be worried about getting my car detailed before a road trip if my windshield was cracked. When I called, the same lady I met stated that they had JUST pulled the car in to start working on it (the video below proves that was a lie) and wanted me to be aware of the crack before they proceeded. She said it had to have been cracked because there is “no possible way” it could’ve cracked there and they “just started” working on the car. 2.5 hours later? She also stated that she was the one who pulled the car up the ramp and didn’t notice the cracked windshield. How could anyone not notice this? We should have been called immediately. She continued arguing with me, denying everything and saying the windshield cracking at their facility was impossible. We told her we were coming in right away to speak in person. When we arrived, we were absolutely shocked at the size of the crack. We told her there was no way she wouldn’t have noticed the crack when she pulled it in if it were there when I dropped it off. We also asked why they don’t do a walkthrough of the vehicle before letting the customer leave without signing off on any prior damage. She just kept saying “we are a hand car wash, nothing in our garage would damage your vehicle, this did not happen here, you did this, not us.” It was astounding. It was also very apparent they hadn’t “just started” working on my car. The entire dash was completed, they took all the mats out of the entire car, and the entire front of the car was vacuumed. They had clearly been working on it for quite some time. We believe they cracked the windshield mid-clean and didn’t know what to do which is why it took 2.5 hours for them to contact us. We asked to see cameras and she said they did not have any but the business next to them did. She said if we wanted to see the cameras we had to contact their lawyer. She went inside and got us his card (it felt very automatic for her like this is something they do quite often). That same day, in the parking lot, my husband called not only the lawyer and left a message, but the owner of the car wash as well. We then left and obviously did not pay for our services. He called the owner and the lawyer again the next day and left more voicemails. It is now July 28 and we have yet to receive a call back from either. My insurance company said unfortunately there isn’t much more we can do besides leave reviews like this one to hopefully help people in being more aware in case something like this happens. After reading other reviews, it seems if this place damages a vehicle they will unfortunately deny it up and down, give you their lawyer’s card, and push you away. Luckily my deductible is only $100, but having to take my car with a damaged windshield on a road trip was a major inconvenience that I wasn’t expecting. It wasn't even the fact that they cracked my windshield, it is the absolutely terrible way they went about handling it. I have never felt so disrespected by a business EVER. I hope others will see this review and stay far away from this place. If you do decide to take your car here, I would recommend taking pictures of your vehicle in the parking lot in front of whoever you are leaving it with. If you don’t, and they damage it, they will deny it and blame it on you. Needless to say we will NEVER be coming back here again and hope others think twice as well.
