Spotfree took away the wheel blaster service on the Works package while increasing cost to new customers. Old monthly customers should keep the grandfathered cost (which they are so far) and service (the wheel blaster service was removed) since it was what they paid/signed up for.

"Touchless" car wash broke my front license plate off my car. Manager took no responsibility, offered no resolution. I won't be returning.

Day 3 of trying to get my car washed. The line takes absolutely forEVER. The first time I tried to use the service, I waited at least an hour. When I finally made it to the front and it was my turn, it wouldn’t accept my barcode/voucher, even though it says to scan the barcode. Thinking it was just my barcode, I quickly purchased a monthly pass and tried that. That also did not work because, without disclosing this information, I wasn’t aware you had to go inside and fill out paperwork to get a RFID chip tag and THEN you’re able to use your monthly pass. With tons of people behind me wondering what was going on, who have also been waiting a very long time, I was forced to just drive through as nobody inside assisted me. After speaking with the attendant inside and letting him know what happened, he then informed me that I had to get the physical pass to use it, all the while it says you’re able to use your code as well as the barcode via phone (see pictures - this is directly from the email you receive with your code). There is also NO WAY of paying via Apple Pay or Tap, as well as a physical card. This station only accepts cash or gift/wash cards. The example picture of them scanning the phone is not accurate regarding the payment options. I’m likely going to cancel this pass and avoid using this service. While I understand touchless is the way to go, I was simply purchasing this for convenience and it’s anything but convenient. I should’ve heeded the warnings of other reviewers about the wait time. I now know to dedicate at least 2 hours of my day to getting a wash here, should I return. Should I actually manage to get a wash, I’m happy to update this review.

by far the worst car washing experience i have ever had--- i was in line for an hour and a half with only 4 cars ahead of me. should not be advertised by a quick car wash by any means. vaccuum did not work well. after all that, i still have dirt on my car. do not recommend even for the price.

The car wash does an excellent job cleaning my car without any brushes. I typically opt for the "works wash", which is the first tier that offers a monthly plan. The lights during the wash process add a fun touch. However, there are two downsides to this location. First, each car takes at least 3 or 4 minutes to get washed. So, if there are a few cars in line, you could be waiting 20 minutes or more for your turn. Secondly, while a vacuum is provided, there is only one and it's situated in an inconvenient location. You might get blocked in if there is a line of cars entering the car wash.

I wish I read the reviews before I came. I cannot stress enough how ridiculously slow this car wash is. It’s a gas station car wash so you figure it’ll be quick and convenient. Wrong. I could wash my car by hand 10 times before this thing finishes. It does an OK job, but not coming back here.

Absolutely horrible place to wash your car. Twice Ive come here at night before closing and both times they closed way before 9pm. In my most recent visit, I was waiting in line with four other cars for over 30 minutes to enter the car wash when the car wash machine turned off on its own. It left everyone waiting in line for over half an hour without a wash. No respect for their customers time or money.

I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews, people need to use a little common sense. Touchless and brushless car washes are hard to come by these days and this one is a gem. Yes, there may be a line sometimes and it might take a bit longer than a standard drive-thru carwash, but that’s because your car is actually being cleaned properly. Plus the price is incredibly reasonable especially for the unlimited monthly or yearly passes. Some hours are busier than others, some are not. Just left this carwash at 9am on a Sunday morning and there were only 2 cars in front of me. And if it takes a little longer, I see that as a good thing. It means the system is taking its time to do a thorough job. I'd much rather wait a bit and leave with a clean car than rush through a subpar wash. Highly recommended for anyone who cares about their car’s finish and wants a quality, damage-free clean I have a black vehicle and I can definitely tell it does an amazing job washing it. Plus, this gas station sells the low sulfur diesel - the only one that I can put in my car and the one that's hard to find nowadays. Solid 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Car wash is glitchy and often I have to get out of the car and walk to the inside of the store and ask them to fix it. Meanwhile angry people behind me are honking expecting me to just forfeit my place in line that I waited on for 45 mins to an hour

I use a subscription every month. Every time I went there, the place was closed or the vacuum cleaner was unavailable. So I had to go to the Monrovia branch. I bought it because it is close to my house, but I am not using it properly. And I am really unfriendly to the mobil staff. Maintaining consistent service availability is crucial for customer satisfaction. Regular access to necessary equipment should be a priority for any business. Recurring closures or unavailable amenities create inconvenience and frustration. Addressing these issues promptly demonstrates a commitment to customer needs. Reliable service builds trust and encourages continued patronage.

Fix your pay machine. It charged me twice, it was super glitchy and slow. The car wash is great, brushless and does wash the car nicely. Because of bad reviews, I really wanted to put five stars, but I can’t, after I got ripped off for $15.

Waited. Paid for it. Didn't get a wash. Went inside to let the attendant know the wash didn't start. I was on the verge of being late for something and couldn't wait in line to try again. One star because I got a store credit... that I'll never use. I like being able to get my money back when the service isn't rendered.

Since there are alot of negative reviews, I feel I should balance this thing out with an honest positive review! First let me start by addressing the main issue most people are complaining about.......wait time..... Yes Wait time is long, you really have to know when to show up. The times that feel most convenient to you will likely be most convenient to many other people. There are not many touch free washes in LA so it is bound to be busier than most places. Touch free takes a little more time than a wash with brushes. But the problem is, going to a wash with brushes will scratch your car and put swirls in it. The quality here is what it should be. Wash the car and after the wash, be sure to gently hand dry your car with a few microfiber cloths if you want the best finish or if your car is really dirty. They offer free vacuums so that is certainly a major win. For a fraction of the price, you can do a basic wash and detail for your car yourself in less time than paying an auto detailer.

If you got things to do don’t come here. You’ll be in line for a long time, they should put a warning sign up (Works Slowest Car Wash. I’d rather wash my car at home. Get your patience tested here come drive up And wait for an hour . Seen a car come out with water spots all over it. Only one vacuum I don’t think it works, plus it’s in the worst spot towards the entrance of the car wash. Whoever designed the place was high. If no cars are in line that’s the only way it’ll be worth it. By the time my car was washed I had gray hair and high blood pressure.

An absolute waste of money! I purchased their membership during the July 4 sale. After waiting 45 minutes to get into the car wash I scanned my membership barcode and then was asked to pay an additional three dollars for the wash. What is the purpose of the membership if I also have to pay an additional three dollars? After contacting them three times for a refund request they have still not reached back out to me. I selected canceled membership, which they automatically canceled the membership, but I still have not heard from anybody about a refund. Other than their phone call AI program where you submit your inquiries, there’s no other way to contact for a real person. They’re supposed to reach out to horrible customer

every review i saw said that it was only the waiting time or the cash problems but all said their car was good. except for my turn, i bought the $17 package and when i left excitedly to check it out, it had not cleaned my car properly and left residues all over my car.

Used to be great, but now they nickel and dime you for everything. Wheel wash is only on the costly washes (used to be included on standard) and they've removed the prepaid cards. They push everyone now to their monthly subscription which has resulted in long lines 40 mins plus of clean cars just trying to maximize their subscription. I really appreciate the EV charging though and vacuum

Definitely five stars. Payment system works well. The contactless cleaning process is efficient, and my mini van is clean. Great price quality ratio. I’ll wash my cars here every weeks.

Absolutely abysmal service. This place is the definition of how not to run a business. They will very gladly take your money, but what you’ll get in return is a less-than-mediocre wash (and you can’t go twice in one day), constant frustration, and a complete lack of accountability. The posted hours mean nothing. They close early without warning and randomly shut down on days when they’re supposed to be open. When the payment machine fails (and it certainly will), the “call for assistance” button might as well not be there at all as it leads to nothing. The phone number they provide… no one ever answers. You’ll waste 20 to 30 minutes in line only to get a crappy wash and be greeted by the guy inside who is as rude as he is clueless. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s time, patience, or money. There are gas station car washes that do a better job, are way faster, don’t use crappy tags that will ruin your windshield, and will at least pretend to offer some semblance of customer service. Avoid this dump at all costs.

I literal disbelief to the degree of complication it takes to literally give this place money. Their credit card machine NEVER works so you have to go through this INSANELY convoluted process of booking a car wash that borderlines PRANK. Like I feel like this has to be a social experiment on the lengths to which we will go to make a purchase in the modern world before we go mad. If you could simply just pay and enter this place is would be great other than the very sharp difficult turn to get in, but I wouldn’t think about that if I haven’t been sitting here for 30 minutes just trying to pay. And their phone number goes to nothing.
