They did amazing work on my car, which was covered in bugs and dirt after a cross country trip. I think I arrived at one of their busier times, so I waited close to an hour, but they had free coffee, pretzels, and cookies. For about $30 (including tip) I got a wash, undercarriage, wax, and fragrance. But they also took care of some trash (definitely wasn’t expecting them to!) and all staff were super nice and very helpful. Next time I need a good wash I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the best car wash’s I have been to. They even have 100 octane racing gas at the pump along with all the other gas. Inside is a very comfortable lounge with comfortable couches and arm chairs. Very well stocked with all the items you accessorize your vehicle with and free coffee and cookies to boot.

I don’t really understand all the good reviews. Paid $35, it took less than ten minutes and it looks like they didn’t even bother with the interior. These photos are after I asked if they vacuumed the interior and they told me to take it back up front. I’m not looking for perfection but I don’t even think they wiped down a single surface in my car lol.

I’ve been coming here regularly since 2019 for the basic wash and wax and was always satisfied—until recently. Prices have gone up by about 20%, but unfortunately, the service quality has declined. They do offer coupons for off-peak hours, but you have to print them out—it’s 2025, and requiring printed coupons feels outdated. At this point, given the cost and the drop in value, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere

Simply negligent I have been a customer for quite some time with nothing to complaint about the service or quality, I was a happy camper until I took my 06 scion with some bird droppings on the hood. The person who cleans the tires with the pressure washer decided it was a good idea to be lazy and just blast it off little did he know it would also take off the clear coat off my hood. As soon as I noticed I asked to see a manager who very adamantly decided it was my fault that my car had sustained the damage. I asked for the information of the owner and was only given the regular telephone which every time I call I get the same answer "the owner is on vacation". I have been trying to get in contact for nearly a month with no success. I'm not disappointed by the damage but the lack of responsibility taken by both the manager (Victor) and owner.

Horrible job. Never coming here again. It is expected that you get what you pay for. Which is why I paid for the most expensive wash on their options menu. Platinum. Well, this is horrible. Take a look for yourself. Pictures speak louder than words. These are images of their "Platinum" Wash I rather have my truck washed by the private mobile carwash people that charge $30 and do an outstanding job

They damaged my car! I took my car to be washed this morning and had the worst experience from the general manager called Victor of this facility. They punched a hole in my gear console I noticed the hole when I got home and put my car on park. When I went back to report the damage 3 different people came to see my car and the last person was the general manager called Victor. He basically said it's my fault and they're not responsible for fixing it and he said they can't even clean that area and the only way it could have happened is if the gear got stuck. He even said if I had noticed the damage after it was washed while still at the facility, they’re still not responsible. I asked him for his name and he said Victor I asked him for his last name he said Victor. He said he's called Victor Victor. He was clearly being a jerk. When I left I called the car wash and asked the lady who picked up the phone who the manager was she said Victor and when I asked for his last name she put me on hold and a man came on the phone which I assumed it was him. I just hung up the phone because I've had enough of his belligerent gaslighting behavior. I got the platinum wash and even tipped the guy that washed my car 10.00. Now it's going to cost me 580.00 to have this replaced. That car wash of 50.00 has now cost me an additional 580.00! I've been coming here for almost 15 years I cannot believe this was my experience. Stay stay away from here!

Fifty-four dollar car wash, was not crowded, windows/mirrors half cleaned, and the inside not cleaned at ALL. I've been a long time customer and continue to cone back to support local businesses. But not at this price. Disappointed customer 😡😡😡😡

I used to come to this place for nearly 4yrs straight. It was always worth the extra money to get my oil change and car wash in the same place while I sat back and relaxed in a classy quiet area. But ever since the price hikes due to inflation, their customer service and fulfillment or work rendered has gone way down. I understand if prices increase but it doesn’t give them the right to attempt to rip me off for what I didn’t ask for. My oil change service was upgraded without my permission and when I specifically told the service men and oil technician I didn’t want it. I was argued down to shame, and it was very uncomfortable. I don’t doubt they’re a decent business but enter with caution and make sure you aren’t being overcharged. They aren’t afraid to get away with ripping you off here. The integrity of customer & service relations should be respected at all times. I really miss the value and quality this facility used to have. Sadly I won’t be coming back.

Let me just say- I don’t enjoy going to the car wash, waiting in the line of cars, waiting for my car to come out of the wash… you get the idea. The only thing worse is waiting for the guy to finish wiping and drying your car after it exits the wash- is he done, did he just wave at me to come get it? Oh, no he was just snapping the towel. Anyway, if I have to go get my car washed, and I often do- Pasadena Car wash eases the pain. They have comfortable couches and love seats, made from the finest fake leather. What’s that, you forgot it was your step-uncles birthday? Well don’t worry, they got you covered with rows and rows of senseless greeting cards for every occasion. And if you are feeling some hunger pains they have those danish cookies that used to be popular back in the 80’s. Most important, they do a good job on the car which is why I’m a repeat customer.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I paid for a full wash, but my car still came out dirty. There was visible dirt left on the sides, and my wheels and back bumper were barely touched. It looked like the job was rushed or incomplete. For the price, I expected a clean vehicle not something I’d need to go home and wipe down myself.

First time coming. Never again. If someone thinks this is a 55 dollar job, it's a joke. Before I pulled out I asked them to wipe mud off the seat, and I had to pull trash out of the sides of seat and showed a lead attendant who muttered sorry . I'm not particular, but a 6 year old could do a better job. I was there for 45-50 minutes waiting and then had to turn back around. Manager wouldn't give a refund, gave a free voucher and also said if they knew if it was my boss's car they would've done a better job. Like what. Nothing I'd love to do than waste more time coming back. AVOID

Great detailing service, great quality, poor customer service. Oswaldo made the mistake of providing the wrong price, as their pricing structure is confusing, and adjusted it upon my arrival. Originally quoted $110 for mini detail and was charged $210 without any notice. They should have called at least called acknowledging their mistake, not leave it till after the card is swiped. Would highly recommend if you want a great car wash and or detail, but also highly recommend that you walk out with the receipt before departure so that way they do not screw you over.

Update - Still the best place to get your car washed. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. And they are totally efficient and the place is so clean. You can relax while your car gets washed. Now that’s a treat! I’ve been going here for about 14 years! The best car wash in this area. While your car gets washed, you can peruse through and buy birthday cards and things for your car. Great indoor waiting area. They also have free coffee, cookies and pretzels to snack on. You can relax while your car gets washed.

You are better off going to a drive-thru car wash at a gas station. Even when you specifically point something out on the inside like asking them to vacuum your trunk, they still refuse to even though they tell you yeah no problem we always do that. This is not a one-time occurrence I have taken multiple cars there, but I will not be going back. That is with purchasing the gold package SMH!!!

I've been bringing my car to Pasadena Auto Wash for about ten years, which should tell you that I was happy with their service in the past. For the most part, I was satisfied with the quality of their work. However, in my most recent visits, I've noticed a decline in attention to detail. Each time, I’ve had to go over the car myself to wipe up spots they missed. When I get home, I notice areas that weren’t vacuumed or interior surfaces that weren’t properly wiped down. I understand that no one will clean your car as thoroughly as you would yourself, but for $51 for the "Platinum" wash—plus a $10 tip—I expect a near-perfect job. Unfortunately, Pasadena Auto Wash falls short. That being said, the facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience while you wait. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, great customer service should extend to the quality of the car wash itself, and lately, the results just haven't been up to par. It’s no longer a good value if I have to finish the job myself, especially when I find bird droppings still on the exterior or interior areas left uncleaned. What’s more frustrating is that this happened on a slow day—Thursday at 11 a.m.—so it’s not as if they were overwhelmed with customers. Sadly, it seems they prioritize speed over quality and customer satisfaction. While I’ve enjoyed coming here for years, I’ll be looking for a car wash that takes more pride in its work. If you're considering Pasadena Auto Wash, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I paid for a hand wash at Pasadena Auto Wash, and honestly, I have no idea what I even paid for. When I got home, I had to clean the inside of my car again because it was still dirty. While I was there, I noticed a few other people complaining about their cars, which should’ve been a red flag. This was my first time using their service, and I trusted them to do a thorough job—especially since it was a hand wash and not just a standard wash. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.
