They kept raising prices, so I'm out. What started as a $20 promo rate, became a non-promo $30 monthly fee went up to $40 and now it's $50. This price creep only took place between 2024 to 2025. The facilities are fine, like any other auto wash, so the price doesn't justify constant price hikes.

This place used to be the Hill St Car wash, now under new ownership. The place is Nice and new, but does not provide air freshener, just wipes. Vacumes are ok standard not the skinny ones so it's kinda hard to get into the tight spaces like in-between the seats. Also the location does not have the air hose blowers to dry or blow dirt/dust out inside those hard to reach places.

I have a membership, I paid $50 a month I go at least twice a week to get my car washed... I work from home so I park outside so it does get dusty. Every time I go every person that works there is so nice and friendly and personable.

Feel that maintenance to this facility although fairly new it’s starting to decline. I use to wash my car at this location monthly but it’s a bit more expensive than fast 5 and car doesn’t come out as clean. The blower doesn’t dry the car the same, it’s just not the same but I do use them because it’s less busy than other places.

This place is great. The cars move quickly through the waiting line, even when busy. The wash is fast and thorough and the car comes out needing only a small amount of drying. I’ve never had to wait for a vacuuming stall. And almost all of them are well shaded.

If you have a new car I highly recommend going to the mobile station that is touch free on Allen/ Colorado. This car wash had left spider scratches on my car. The gentleman with the glasses is great. The overseeing manager is unprofessional.

Great place to get a quick wash. Employees were nice and very helpful. Wash was good. My truck was filthy and came out way better. Best quick wash i have been to in a long time. Others have nothing on this place. Keep it up walnut hill speedwash, please dont change.

They always hand me wipes for the inside of my car if I’ve left my house at home if I have any trouble at all setting my car in neutral, he always helps me.. it’s always nice to have a Clean and shinyshiny car!!!

Excellent Customer Service. Entering the speedwash moves quickly. Love that I can vacuum my own vehicle. Facility is nice and clean. Associates always make sure tires are aligned to enter the car wash experience. I generally do the speed wash.

I became a member and I love that I can go anytime and as many times as I choose. If I just need to vacuum - no problem just stop by and no additional cost. They give you a wipe for the interior detailing. They also have available the terry cloths to dry. I only wish they have out a tery cloth with each wash. I am so glad they opened in Pasadena! FANTASTIC

For a self-serve car wash, they get 4 Stars. However, the attendants are so friendly that I'm giving them another star. I have a white car and have the basic unlimited wash membership. I've never had an issue with the way the car comes out. I also like that they have a huge area to pull in and vacuum your car. I go weekly and have never had an issue with finding an open spot. As to the poor reviews, I think people are reviewing the wrong place. They talk about how "they" did not detail their cars well. This location does not offer hand wash detailing. I also notice that a few pictures that were posted is not this location. If you are looking for a quick wash membership program, this is a great place.

What a waste of $15. Try to wash my suv, but just doesn't cut it. Top rollers are quite garbage. The "brushes" are about 2 inches wide with a pointed end, like a pointed paint brush so when it spins and contacts with your car it does not clean the entire surface but rather leaves my car still dirty but with visable brush whip marks of attempted clean spots all over especially if your vehicle has dirt film on it. You would think it would still cover the entire surface, but no. The top roller, as well, does not come down to brush the rear of your vehicle, so forget a rear bumper cleaning at all. Of course, they offer the $20 a month unlimited wash deal, but it's pointless. I am befuddled by the garbage automation system they ordered it from. The place is tight, and no clear way to move to the vacuum cleaners before or after the wash. 05/2025

Quick, convenient, and effective! I went through the drive-thru car wash and was in and out in just a few minutes. The system did a great job cleaning the exterior—no missed spots or leftover soap. The attendants were helpful in guiding me in, and the dryers at the end worked better than I expected. Perfect option for a fast clean when you’re short on time. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love the upgraded wash, super quick and such friendly staff. I love the unlimited vacuum access. No more rushing to get my car nice and detailed to my liking. They also give you wipes for your interior and a nice green microfiber cloth when you sign up for a membership. My kids also have such a blast going through the wash and enjoy seeing the “unicorn soap”.

It's kinda pricey, I got the premium and you don't know for sure if they are adding premium services when it's just a drive through. It's fine and all. But definitely just a self service kind of place. It's clean and well kept. There are workers out there always. It's fast and convenient. Vacuums work well and the bins are always empty. Easy to follow were to enter and exit. Saturday and Sunday morning are very busy. Afternoons have less traffic. Open until 7pm which is nice.

Taking my Tesla model s plaid here is amazing. They also provide instructions on what to do while getting in the car wash with a Tesla because of the seatbelt and etc. overall the people and staff are nice and experience is amazing aswell.

Ive been coming to the walnut hill carwash here in pasadena for almost 10 years. Originally the walnut hill carwash which few years ago updated to the speedwash . Ive been very happy and pleased on how well my cars are washed. They have powerful fans that dry up the car real well and awesome powerful vacuums. I highly recommend this spot. Oh yeah the staff here is great and very helpful also.
