First time at this car wash, and I have to say that I'm very impressed. I usually go to Fast Express on Colorado blvd, but have been disappointed with the results – my car comes out dripping wet and dirty. I thought I'd give hand washing a chance and I'm SO glad I did. I Paid $30 for the silver package and the results are fantastic! I think it's well worth the price! Wash, wax, tire shine, and vacuuming/interior cleaning are all included in the price. I went on Saturday morning and expected a long wait time, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no one in line. My car was washed and polished within 25 minutes – the exterior is gleaming and the interior is spotless (for reference, I have a long haired German shepherd, so my seats are often covered with fur). The hand washers did a thorough job! There's also a nice, covered seating area where you can wait as your car is being cared for. Overall, I really recommend this business and I'll definitely be back when my car is looking dirty again!

I searched for hours for the perfect hand car wash for my car and I came upon this one. I just moved from miami where full details cost $20 but I’m not surprised it’s a little more expensive in California. I paid for the “work” option which was almost $30 and was satisfied. They were extremely helpful and told me where I could go to pay and sit. The only thing I was hesitant about was the automatic thing that brings your car out. I immediately assumed my car was about to be “automatic car washed” but it wasn’t and my car felt like it drove okay afterwards. The guy Sergio I think that’s his name took care of my car afterwards and shined the tires, cleaned the mirrors, scrubbed the rugs and sprayed Black ice air freshener. My car was great just a few water drop marks after I drove off. Overall, I’ll always go back!

I love this hand car wash! I love the manager Rolando, he does an amazing job. I used to go to a car wash in Norwalk because of him and now he moved to Pasadena and now I travel 18+ miles just to get my car done with Rolando… Love the amazing job❤️

The interior cleaning leaves much to be desired. Aside from what's shown in the photo, there are several details that clearly show a lack of attention to the interior cleaning. I paid gold service. I am not coming back

Very disappointed with my experience at Pasadena Hand Wash. I paid for a premium wash, but my car came out with streaks on the windows, missed spots on the interior, and water spots all over the exterior. For the price, I expected attention to detail, but it felt rushed and careless. I pointed out some of the issues, and the staff seemed uninterested in making it right. Customer service was lacking, and overall, it just wasn’t worth the money. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service.

Save your money and go to drive-thru car wash. It’s about the same quality. You have the pay $7 extra here to get the inside of the car cleaned. They only vacuumed the floor and did nothing else. As for the outside wash, the windshield is still spotty (as in debris, not water droplets) and you can see bits that just weren’t washed at all. Not even a little worth it.

I have a bigger vehicle so those automated car washes aren’t for me. This place is an excellent hand wash spot with great customer service. The prices are good but the deals are during the week or in the morning hours. It takes longer but it’s worth it. I did the silver deal and I’m very satisfied with the results every time.

Very disappointed with my experience at Pasadena Hand Wash. I paid $27.99 expecting a quality hand wash, but my car was left with multiple dirt spots and the interior vacuuming was barely done. They only cleaned the visible areas and completely ignored the nooks and crannies. For a place that specializes in hand washing, you’d expect better attention to detail but this felt like a rushed, half-done job. Honestly, you’re better off washing your car yourself. Definitely not worth the price. Please do better.

My boyfriend and I came here to wash our cars and got more than expected. Gorge was really helpful and pleasant when recommending what we should do for our cars. My boyfriends car is a few years old and made it 5+ years younger with the wax polish. He did amazing job with the interior with vacuuming and also cleaning!! Very happy customers ! :) #tesla #toyota

We visited the car wash and got an oil change. Unfortunately, by the time we got back to pick up the car, we figured out that the car was not properly vacuumed and washed. We try to talk to the guys who work where and they were all very rude! Finally, the manager came out and apologized and ordered his team to clean the car again! In any case, I doubt we will not use their services ever again.

Wanted to try this place out did the Manager’s Special which was $100. I asked the employee at the entrance prior if the interior is cleaned and he said yes. I got home and did an overview of my car and i’m not satisfied at all. I’ve taken my car to places that charge $50 for a better interior/exterior wash.

Really disappointed with the level of service provided today. My car windows had clear marks left unwashed. My side mirrors were not cleaned at all and still have visible hard water spots all over them. I won’t be coming here again.

I came in for the first time ever and they they did not do a good job. They said they would vacuum around anything inside the car but they couldn’t vacuum around a hair clip and left the center console dirty. The top of the car got only half washed and left soap stains on the hood. I came back the next day and the guy checking in the customers was very polite and had great customer skills. He said next time call, we’ll fix it for you. The other two, not so much. I understand they were angry at my review, but there needs to be a level of professionalism. Paraphrasing “if I wanted to be like you, you come I say no, get out of here I don’t wash your car.” They were also giving me a hard time about not calling or coming back sooner, bro I had to work! Should I have come back at 830pm? The nice guy did explain the situation and I was going to erase my original review. That is until the guy polishing my car threw my wooden chess board on the ground and gave me attitude when I pointed out that they did not lift the wipers to fully clean the windshield. Why not just say, “oh, let me get that for you.” I’m giving an extra star to the guy that greeted me and took care of me. My man, I really was going to give you a much better review, but after reading other reviews, I see that I am not alone on this. If you get your car washed here, be polite, and check their work thoroughly. If they mess up, they are more than willing to fix it and help you out if you come back immediately or find the mistake there.

Always have a great experience bringing my vehicle for a wash here, they vacuum and wash the vehicle and clean the interior for only 25 dollars. The wash and wiping of the interior is always great but do not expect to get a full detail for 25 dollars the staff is friendly and hard working I will always recommend and bring my vehicle here when able.

My car was in bad shape after months of neglect, I paid for the diamond treatment and the entire team went above and beyond in caring for my car. My car is absolutely spotless and the staff even handled a tough area that had a mystery sticky substance previously splashed on my car that I was unable to remove. Cannot recommend enough- wish I lived in the area and could easily return.

Brought my girlffriends car in today after she scratched up her passenger door pretty bad exiting my carport. Rolando and the crew took car of it with clay bar wax and polish and the car is as good as new again!

So disappointed, spent $50 dollars to get my jeep hand washed and was expecting good quality instead I was met with garbage, the first time I took it they barley even touched the interior and some how ruined my bumpers and didn’t clean my tires or rims, second time around they did a good job after complaining still leaving my rims tires and bumpers etched with that ever cheap products were used, and the lady who previously cleaned my car was complaining about not receiving a tip !! Would you leave a tip for this? Pictures included
