I got a 10 dollar car wash today...got home and had to wash my car...they missed all sorts of spots..back wasnt washed at all it looked like...alot of missed spots on both sides...wasnt bad in front...prob wont return...I think they did such a crappy job because they were really busy and they were rushing it...causing poor service

Got top carwash for $12. No soap, no tires cleaned. Car is not clean or wiped. Terrible waste of $..I will not recommend or return.

Car washed was terrible. Gave a tip but worker didn't prescrub car, was too busy on their phone. Went through a second time and still have a dirty car. Manager said 'Oh well' and refused to give me number to their owner/Corporate office. Worst car wash ever!!

Twice now in the last week, the dude that opens in the morning sitting in his red car doing nothing. 840am and tells me that he'll open in about 20 minutes. Uh, you open at 8. Never had a problem until now. Managemrnt better get this one under control. I bailed both times.

I got a car wash today paid 10 dollars for it after letting the staff know to clean the spots in the back and front got out and saw that the spots were still there I turned around went to the staff and told them about the spots the guy who claimed to be the manager was upset. He refused to let me talk to the supervisor after telling me that he has his number but will not let me talk to him he and physically threatning as well.

We just went through the car wash, it wasnt busy at all. We paid for the third best option out of 4, as we were going through we noticed the side brushes were not even touching the vehicle. So upon completion we noticed there was a lot of poorly cleaned spots. We brought it to the attention of one of the workers, and he explained that they turned off some of the cleaning equipment because it might get caught in the antennas on SUV'S. Although he was apologetic he offered to run it back through. If it didn't clean it the first time, why would it clean it the second time. Never did offer to give us our money back. Why should we have to pay full price if you're only using half the equipment, definitely should inform customers of that. We definitely won't be back and won't be recommending this place to others who have trucks or SUVS.

have used this wash several times, last time I used a couple months ago the drivers mirror on my truck was broken going through the wash, not a huge deal, should be simple to take care of but managment was impossible to get a hold of and will not return calls to take care of it. several weeks later I finally got a hold of the manager and was told since my truck was 16 years old they wouldn't do anything because my mirror was probably worn out anyway. will never use the pos business again and will warn everyone I talk to against doing too.

Took my wife's car to get it washed and paid for the $12 top car wash, they we're supposed to do the tires as well, didn't even touch them or use anything other than their brushes. We were just rushed through really quickly and they were not very busy. Probably will find a new car wash.
