👍Love the Tuesday discounts!!! 3 stars for: 1. The underbody wash isn’t on long enough to do an entire van, unless you drive in too fast, overshoot, then back up for the wash to start. Enter slow or fast, it’s not getting underbody clean. 2. Tire cleaner/ shine.. not so much. 3. Many times one of the stalls are closed or there is a mechanical issue. They have refunded when I contacted call company. Overall it’s nice to have and in a convenient location!

first off, I'll just say this place is a total rip off. I spent $10 there last night in the first bay. $6 to begin with. I waited over 1 minute for the tire option to start with the green soap, there was none. then I went to the pre soak which should have been pink another minute wasted with nothing that came out. so I switched to the high pressure soap another 45+ seconds for it to kick in and it was so diluted you could barely see any suds at all. $6 for it to move dirt from one side of my car to the other. which leads me to the second part as I go to use the dryer, it had air blowing out of four different spots. The upkeep on the place is the worst car wash I've been too how do I know? IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURES I WAS THE ONE THAT PUT THE FLEX TAPE AROUND THE ATTACHMENT TO THE HOSE MAYBE 8 MONTHS AGO OR SO AS A TEMPORARY FIX. as you can see they still haven't fixed it. all of that combined with you need to spend $2.50 for the wash to even start. and unlike most places $0.25 only gives you 22 seconds added on while most places give you 30 seconds. as for the vacuums and automatic wash I have no idea. this wasn't the first issue I had with that place either. the owner didn't get back to me then either. word of advice: go elsewhere

Dangerous, stay away!! Car wash wasn't working correctly and moving very slowly once I went inside; like ten minutes passed and the mechanism barely made it to the back of the car where it stopped completely just spraying soap with no travel. I tried to leave and drove forward but the door wouldn't open, tried backing up and that door also wouldn't open. Had to get out of the car while the wash was running (it didn't stop even with the car off the pad) and there's a sign for "emergency exit hit button" and that button wouldn't open the door either. Tried opening manually and it wouldn't budge. Found another button for the front door and managed to get out that way. I find this to be a potentially dangerous situation and completely unacceptable. Tried to call the "help" phone number and the mailbox was full so couldn't get any help. Will not be back to say the least.

Everytime I use this car wash i never cleans the rear of my van or the bottom half all the way around except for the front. Also the receipt never Prints if it does it's rare. Anytime I've ever contacted them there is never a response. Extremely overpriced and you can get the better car wash at almost any other place. I amd so many other people will not be going there again.

I don’t even know where to start - honestly I’m debating contacting visa and reporting this location. I tried to first pay with cash but the machine wouldn’t accept the quarters the location gave me so I had to put in quarters AND my card. It overcharged my card 3.50 - it keeps racking up what you owe until you go to stop and hit the cancel button 20 times. I paid more than twice what I used for time. The shop vac has less power than a Dustbuster from 1970 and has no warning when it stops. I put the spot free rinse on … yeah it’s got more spots than the Normal rinse - just avoid this place ! It’s worth it to wait in line somewhere else ! I always wondered why NOBODY ever was at this car wash and now I know why !

I went to do the automatic car wash, paid with my card, then nothing worked. I called the number “for customer service” and they were “out of service”, so I never got my money back. Then I came back a few weeks later to just use the self rinse, and their “sprayers” have like no power. I used to use them all the time and they were much more powerful. You’d be better off using a spray bottle.. very dissatisfied and simply a waste of money

The face of a satisfied customer I was having trouble with the vacuum hose and not only did Neil the service man refund me my quarters he also threw in a platinum wash. Get your car clean somewhere you can trust :)

Don't like leaving 1 star reviews BUT, the Kicking Mule Car Wash on Secor in Kroger Gas Station is completely out of soap? I watched 3 cars go through it with no soap at all, just water? The Kroger Worker said the Owner hasn't been by in a long time to check on it? It's the only Touchless Car Wash around that people know of. Would be nice to have it working properly, even though it's a little chilly outside. They should fix it, or sell it to someone who cares about that wash and get it running right. The other Kicking Mule Car Wash on Dean in front of Forest View Lanes...looks like a Dump cause that one has been closed awhile. Gotta get these washes fixed. Bedford is too nice to have stuff like this breaking down and not looking good. Just my opinion.

Good wash when it works, it has a history of breaking down often. Ive never seen a person woking there or trying to help customers avoid looking money when its out of order. I think Bedford would support it if the owner would just charge a price that would make him profitable so they could keep it in working order. Its usually a wasted trip driving there.

Worst carwash experience ever. Emailed and called them with no response. Their carwash barely gave any soap and no dryer for the basic wash. Price listed was also not what I was charged. Will never go back there.

WOW. Car wash looks amazing with all the new renovations so far. I’ve been driving by and can’t help but to notice the bright lighting at night, clean bays and walls, nice new vacuum islands, garage doors and the new touchless machines within. Cannot wait to try them out!!

Car wash malfunctioned. These things happen, however I forwarded pictures of the failure above my truck to the email provided and to date no one have contacted me to address the problem. Clearly an equipment failure that should have resulted in some form of customer service.

I go to both locations! The one at K rogers and by the bowling alley. I go to the Tuesday 2 dollar days and for the laser was at K rogers 11$wash with the 72 hr guaranteed rain wash. I love the fact my large truck fits in the bay. My kids love the triple color soap!

Glad to see this car wash back opened but disappointed with the touchless car wash. The owner did contact me to make it right after he basically called me a liar about my vehicle not being cleaned. I took pictures. He again tried to make it right. I told him I’m good. I will try the spray off bay but that’ll be to just clean off mud from this spring melt. I just won’t use the touchless wash bay. Don’t really want to be negative due to him reaching out to me. I just hate being called a liar.

Being a new business that had previously a lot of bad reviews I want to leave you with my honest opinion. I just left the car wash. I used the vacuum , the price on it was $2 what did not say how long it is on until you deposit money. The 3 minute 12-second allowance for $2 is a little stingy in my opinion. I have a minivan and could barely get through my floors in which I did not even remove my mats and definitely did not have time to do my seats so that was a little disappointing to 5 minutes and then if somebody needs the extra time they can deposit another dollar. That would be reasonable. The basic $8 car wash it's fine. It left a little soap as almost every Auto car Wash does it was fine overall.
