decent place people working always treat you with respect. only complaint i have is no vacuums and its a little tight getting in. found this place on my way to work one day after 3 or 4 visits i paid for the monthly.... tip the kids well and they will go a little further out of there way to make sure you shine

The wash ripped off the rear window wiper on my Jeep. I filled out their report form and was assured I would receive a phone call the next day. It's been three weeks, still no call. I have also made an attempt to reach the manager, also no return calls.

The reason for the 5 star was because I brought in a car we took to Wisconsin and it was covered in bugs, worse then I every seen on one of my cars before. First time didn't get the job done and when I came back a few minutes later the gentleman who waited on me was so kind and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. Apologized and ask kindly that his associate take his time and run it through again. Nice job guys. Thank you!

Pretty good car wash. Your receipt gives you a dollar off next visit. Decent prices with quick and friendly service. However, after the wash i do notice spots that aren't even touched by machine or by hand.

All locations are excellent. I suggest getting the monthly package. I pay about 43 dollars a month for unlimited washes at the premium level. Don't forget to tip if you do this. Those kids work hard year round.

The vacuums were broke and there was trash overflowing and trash on the ground. I understand that people using the trash cans could help out by making sure their trash goes into the can but when they are overflowing that is hard to do. I have been here more than a few times and the vacuums and trash are always an issue. The carwash itself was great. They were fast and friendly and did a great job drying off the car.

Buy 4 get 6 wash is a steal. (Not available all the time). Works comes with a 72 hr, no questions asked rewash. Good for when you come out to your car after shopping and find the birds targeted your vehicle. Now have car vacuums available. All in 1 stop for getting car ready for the weekend activities. Have been going here for 7 yrs. Have yet, to have a bad experience.

The only car wash i go to (along with their Central Ave. location). I always use my receipt for the $1 off. I get the "Works Plus" washes. I should probably get one of the package deals to save a few bucks. The free vacuums at some locations are a bonus as well. I've never left unsatisfied.

Prices aren't too bad. Only thing was my truck had soap or water streaks on it after getting washed. I've had it happen at several car washes. Otherwise went pretty well. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This place was horrible. 20bucks for a wash they didn't dry the whole vehicle off only the sides,they forgot my tire shine even after I gave them the ticket.funny part is they made it look like they did it before he told me to pull off. I didn't figure that out until I pulled over and asked them to wipe all the water out of the door jams. The kid gave me nothing but attitude the whole way. I can get a way better car wash for the same price. I will not be returning there.

Worst car wash we have ever had there! They have been terrible for the last year, But this one took the cake. Had the rims chipped because the girl looked like she hated life and didn't care how we were guided in, the two girls drying did not the car at all and left dirt streaks on the car. Was so very disappointed, considering we give them a lot of business and have trusted them with our sports car in the past. Unbelievable!

I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. For good reasons. I wash my car at least twice a week and I have never had an issue, these guys do a great job and are friendly and respectful. This is my spot and I tell my friends. If you utilize the coupons on the back of your Kroger receipt it’s affordable to get the best wash. Just FYI

I wash my car at this location often. The service has been non existent in the past couple of years. The employees are kind but are not thorough. They barely spray it off at the beginning of the wash and at the end they haphazardly push a soggy towel over it to dry the water off. I always come home to dry it and most of the time I find residual dirt remaining on the back of the car. In season, bugs as well. I will drive to another location, going forward.

This could be the only car wash in Toledo that still hand dries your car. Because of this the quality of the finished wash is vastly superior to any other car wash in Toledo. I feel like a jerk 90 percent of the time that I come here because I never have cash to tip the car dryers. The best car wash value in Toledo. EDIT: see photos. Not so sure that I will ever go there when they have a line again.

The car wash itself is fine, but whatever they use in the “tire dressing” is terrible. This is no more than 10mins after getting the wash. Might want to find a dressing to use because this is bad lmao

It's hit or miss everytime l go there. Staff doesn't care and try to rush you thru even when there's no line. Service is not consistent at all. Sometimes they'll mop your windows (etc) sometimes they won't. With all the new car washes everywhere in town you'd think they cared more. Photos below are from the last time l went, on my lunch break and didn't notice the tire shine allll down the passenger side, hood & tailgate until l got back to work. Smh. My truck sat in the sun baking for the next 6hrs w/ this crap on my paint
