Great prices, and my wife loves this place. However, if it's busy, don't plan on being any kind of an organized queue for detailing. Whoever gets into the slot first gets tended to, regardless of the order of service. If I can find someplace more organized in this area, that's where I'll be going. The quality is good, but their organizing skills suck.

When you get a full service wash , the quality depends largely on which person gets assigned to your vehicle. Ive had my vehicle washed there many times and all but twice they did a decent job. I cant speak as to how they would have handled the two times the work was subpar had i complained because i didnt have time to point out the things they missed. Only twice out of the many times ive been there and their generally good attitudes, service and pricing would have me recommend this car wash.

Best place I have been to wash my car! Everyone is great and Miguel is a wonderful manager! Would recommend to all my friends and family. They really paid attention to detail on my car and it feels great driving away with a fresh feel. It will brighten your day coming here really fast service!

I would like to point out staff washing the cars are friendly and hard working. Not sure if their work is affected by time frames in car washing being implemented or the business caring for their staff. I had been going to this car wash for at least 5 years. About a year ago or a little over a year the customer service and detailing has deteriorated. Staff cleaning the cars are friendly and overall try their best, but management not so much. There have been a few times dirt spots have been left on the paint, finger prints on the window, and dust on the dashboard. Last visit I asked the Staff to borrow the cloth to clean off the hood of my car as stains were visibly there and water marks would damage the paint of my car if left to dry.

Love the service here, everyone works hard and always really happy with the end result. One of the guys today took extra time to brush my car before the wash since it was pretty dirty from a previous road trip, really appreciated the extra effort and didn’t just send my car thru right away.

Great car wash, would definitely come here again because it’s close,cheap and they do a fantastic job, however giving this place a 3 star because of the service from the beginning at kiosk. The heavy set man with glasses went straight to the service details not asking what kind of wash I would want he said I’ll give you the 50 dollar option and something else for the price of one since it’s slow rn anyways. said this my first time here I’ll just get the 10 dollar wash. With an attitude just grabbed my card, swiped, sighed, and said here. The workers doing the actual grunt work are fantastic prewashing and drying .

Today got my car washed here. The auto wash machine rail punctured my rear left tire. It costed me $320 to replace it. Very bad experience. They should have checked their rail. A big nail or something in there caused the issue. Won't come back.

I would NEVER go to this car wash again! they are ridiculously expensive and do a horrible job then they stand there with their mouth open expecting a tip. I shouldn’t have pay for my car to get detailed then I have to go home and clean my car the way they were supposed to. I paid for air freshener didn’t receive it. I spoke to the supervisor about my horrible experience and he insulted me by giving me a five dollar discount to come back and waste my time and money. I rather go down the street to Colton Hand Car Wash for better service and a reasonable price. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I came up was not sure what to get he offers me something for $45 once I came out no one tended to I waited for 10 minutes as all the slots were taken. They made me wait on the side. Everyone here looks mad. I asked the person in charge he told me someone called off and that’s why no one is directing people where to go. He did not offer an apology or care that I took his expensive offer. This place sucks. They use to be so kind and generous with time and assistance. Won’t be returning. There is to many other places that offer same services and don’t make the customer feel this way. My biggest issue is since no one was directing it looked like the third car behind cut in front of me and got a slot.

Went to have just the inside vacuumed and wiped down. They dont have a price for that so i paid 25$ for a whole was just to only get inside done. These were the results. Wont ever return.

The staff drying the cars and vacuuming very nice the issue was the machine you put your car through chipped my car paint. I have been calling for the last hour and no answer. One of the chips it looked like they tried to cover it by buffing it out.

This place used to be nice. I liked it better when cars were handwashed. Waiting room used to have a store. Now, it only has two old sofas and the A/C was off. Prices increased. Staff are friendly and service was quick.

This car wash does a great job. Great staff. If you pay for a little more than standard, you get your bang for your buck, they give more TLC and detail your car. Wait time is 30-45min. I trust them with my car.

These people have absolutely no integrity. How i have a $15 bottle of car freshener that was full before I had my car taken in for a $45 car wash mind you, but when I come back to my vehicle the bottle is now down to almost empty. That is beyond upsetting after the money I spent on the wash as well as the tip given to the female employees that were vacuuming the car. Beyond upset and will never be returning. Don't bring your vehicle here unless you want something stolen from you.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because if you are looking to get a basic car wash they do the job but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GETTING “DETAIL” service. They will charge you for it but still give a basic car wash. Granted my car is old and I did not expect them to form a Miracle but this basic stuff simply just being ignored is not worth the $$$ they charged me, and it took over 2 hours and they still missed BASIC STUFF. I’ll take this one on the chin for anyone who was ever thinking about going to them for this service, DON’T DO IT!

I recently went and purchased a $15 express exterior only wash at this place. Unfortunately, I can't say I was completely satisfied. There were a couple pieces of equipment not working (two of the rocker panel brushes, and 2 of the rinse arches). The air dryers don't do a good job either. And unfortunately, if they use reverse osmosis spot free water, it does not work. It's because the small areas that weren't dried are all spotted. Everything else was good. They do have a lot of employees here, and they were doing a thorough job from my perspective on the cars that got the full service. If you're going to get an express wash here i would not advise going from the top package.
