Had to purchase another card because this location doesnt recognize Soaps N suds cards from other store. Crowded location. Rude employee, pushed my cart into me while I was getting clothes from dryer. He was cleaning the bottom rows, couldn't wait for me to finish, just kept pushing the cart into my legs. Multiple sized machines, took longer to dry in these dryers though.

Glad there was another location close by since my regular spot on j. Clyde was closed to get work done. Harperville was great to setup my card to use here and get started right away! We can use more rolling carts, it was very busy but I was in and out fairly quickly. Thank you to the nice attendant too

This establishment was clean and quiet. I visited around 11:00 am on a Thursday and there was only about five to six other patrons doing their wash. Staff was friendly and helpful. Need to add funds to a laundry card that charges an initial, non-refundable $1.00 charge. Dryers worked great. A week's worth of laundry dried in 20 minutes.

This is THE laundromat to go to. It's clean, it's organized, and more importantly - the staff are crazy helpful (something that I'm not used to, due to living in Hampton) First time I came? A super sweet employee showed me how to work everything, the soap dispenser didn't process one of my orders and she immediately fixed it for me. Second time I came? I lost my card trying to figure out which washer would take my load - the employee was kind enough to point out where I lost it, and held onto it for me. Like? Where do you get that amazing service like that? Normally it's a "finders keepers" situation or a "sucks to suck" situation. No. This dude helped me and saved my day. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Do not go to the car wash at this location. If you use cash and are owed change back, the machine will take your money and will not give any change back. I got a 6.00 wash and I only had a 20 bill. The machine gave me back 50 cents. I called the attendant at the laundry mat. They refused to give me my change back. The lady then gives me customer service number that is closed on Sunday. DO NOT USE CASH !!

The signs all say they are open until 10:30. They won't let you come in after 9. They lie about their hours. Eta after owner comment. I was there Monday, Feb 17. The only worker there was a man. Him and his sign said they don't let people in after 9. I only had to dry clothes as my dryer died. He had 1 other customer there. I can understand 1 hr prior to closing but at 9pm exactly we were turned away. He had a sign that said it too.

I haven’t been here in years but had to come in because my washer is under repair. I was greeted immediately by the attendant at 7:00 am. She was very sweet and provided a warm, homely welcome. Surprisingly, I didn’t need any assistance this visit but if I did, I believe she would have been just as intentional and resourceful as her welcome to myself and all the other customers in the facility.

As much as I hate the fact that I don’t have my own a washer and dryer inside my apartment, I really enjoy the fact that this location is a convenient distance from my home. I won’t even use the community washer and dryer my apartments provide. It’s always super clean and the attendants Alice, Tracey, Pat and Sly (forgive me if I missed anyone) are ALWAYS SO PLEASANT!! They make the experience even better!! Nice job upgrading the washer and dryers!! If I could suggest anything I would say add more dryers or if possible make the location bigger and this could possibly be a Mega-Mat!! Also love the fact you earn money as you add money on the soap and suds cards! Great idea!!

Since upgrading some of the machines and dryers it’s much nicer. The staff has been incredibly kind. The area is convenient and gets a B for cleanliness. If they would upgrade 3 more. Making a total of 5, giant washers that hold up to 90lb it would be much better. There’s sometimes a line. One particular employee who has been there about 20 plus years is always so helpful and clean and stays busy and has a great attitude no matter the situation

Ms. Alice at the Harpersville location was very helpful. I was in town on a business trip and needed to use the facilty to wash clothes due to extending my trip. Where I'm from all the machines are change only, so it was nice to be able to use debit card because I don't typically carry cash. Great place and well maintained. Thank you Ms. Alice for you help.

Super clean. Sweet staff always around to clean, speak with and answer questions. They have no hot water currently (11/28/25) but I know that the new part has been delivered and is waiting on install. Machines work extremely well and arent super expensive. This place also offers a drop swrvice.

Best touchless car wash in the area. That being said the system is not calibrated correctly or something is off. I watched my own car as well as the three in front of me get soapy water dumped on them at the end of the rinse cycle. Followed immediately by a weak blow dry that just spread the soap all over. So if you only do touchless washes, go here but bring detailing towels for the water and soap.

I went to this location just to try something different and came into an employee of 32 yrs who was bad mouthing a new employee to another tall male caucasin employee, bad for business, instead of degrading howabout uplifting. People are so heartless, show some compassion and whats really sad is that the vet employee kept saying she dont like the new employee and was encouraging the young man to keep his eyes open. SMDH
