I think that where 5-6 crew members working -they ALL worked as a team, were so friendly, explained all work being done clearly and made me feel so comfortable while I was there. I even learn a few new things about my truck for future maintenance! All of them 110% were above and beyond! Thank you all so VERY MUCH!

I had a 25% off coupon in my email. I got the $85 oil change and also flushed my radiator. I was told I could get the 25% off my radiator service as well. When I looked at my receipt it had 10% off oil change instead of 25% and I only got $10 off my radiator flush. I went back immediately but they were so busy that they didn’t have time to talk to me so I left. If you want a copy of my receipt I can send it

Top notch service! I cannot recommend the location on Warwick enough. I got right in, got my oils and filters changed, and tire pressure checked. They even washed my windshield. I was done in less than 20 minutes.

Went around 4 (they close at 6) for an oil change, and the person there told me they weren’t doing oil changes. Called another shop that closed at 5, and they actually recommended this place (due to closing). Decided to call them, a woman told me they were doing oil changes and it was first come, first served if I came now. I didn’t go back—just very inconsistent and strange, especially when oil changes are what’s mainly advertised.

My experience was horrible. I waited 30 minutes for an oil change. They did not check any of my fluids, windshield wipers, air filter or cabin filter. They never explained any of the pricing. They said they had 5w-30 and 10w-30. I said I preferred 10w-30 but was never told it would cost $150 for that oil. I am very disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

I have been coming to this Take 5 for a few years for oil changes. After an hour of the crew working on the vehicle, they informed me they could not get their own oil filter off. A little alarming to say the least, but the shops recommendation was to take it to ANOTHER Take5 or the Honda dealer. I'm not sure why another Take5 could have helped me when this location obviously couldn't. I took the vehicle to the Valvoline Quick Lube, and explained the situation. They had me in and out in 15 minutes. The technicians at Valvoline were confused as to why this location could not take the oil filter off as it came off as it should normally. I'm sure you can guess where my business will be going from now on. Very disappointing, but I'll take it as a blessing in disguise.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for oil changes for the last few years and have noticed a consistent decline in customer service, urgency, and quality. The last few times some of the mechanics have poor attitudes. On one visit the mechanic had to be pulled aside and spoken to about his attitude with me. On another occasion the mechanic spilled oil inside my engine bay and by the time I got home the excess oil was burning and smoking under my hood. We called the customer service and they basically just threw a bandaid over the situation by saying we could return to get it checked out by the same people that had just made the mistake. There was a plastic cover under my car and after getting my oil changed I noticed that the cover was partially coming off because one of the fasteners was removed and never replaced. I’ve had an air cabin filter (overpriced) changed and afterwards my AC makes a noise when on high. My boyfriend took his vehicle and was there for over an hour with only 1 car ahead of him in the bay. When his car was being serviced the mechanic kept dropping parts inside the engine bay and he said afterwards his car was making a rattling sound he hadn’t heard before. It’s not worth paying over $100 (even with discounts) to get poor service and poor quality. We will be getting our oil changes elsewhere in the future.

If* I could go lower than a 1 Star, would! This was an absolutely Horrible Experience that last for close to an hour and half for Me... not for the others around me that pulled up After me. For some reason, I was singled out early on to purposefully be treated poorly. It was SO OBVIOUS! 2 cats that pulled in on the left of me were tensed to before me and then, when the little person with the dreadlocks Finally decided to come to pull in my car, they left me sitting there for nearly 15 minutes before ever speaking to me. The person that pulled in to the garage, 10 minutes after me, got tended to promptly, and left about a hour hour before me. This person was clearly having their fun at my expense. Then, when it came time to check out this person kept telling me that my 25% off coupon had been applied to my tidal and I kept saying, no, it hadn't been. I told them that if my bill was 100.00 Before the coupon then I should have 25.00 off... they argued with me that the coupon was for 25% off, not 25.00...I told them that with a 100.00 bill it was one and the same... they argued, NO, it wasn't. It goes on, but, it drained me and I had to just leave. I told the guy that usually takes care of my car, as I WAS a regular, that it really was horrible and he laughed at me.

Staff was present but service was slow. The company philosophy needs to be renerated to the team. "Quick Service" that's why we pay extra for your service. It seem like only one person was knowledgeable of what to do.Every month there is a new service team, not a good look for take 5 as an organization. I am a big supporter of business in my community but my take 5 is not hottt at all.. also, there was an oil spill in the engine from the filter been removed from the top of the engine. Never seen that before.. I had to endure the strong oil smell burning off the engine for number of days.. they were honest to let me know and I did witnessed it.. Y'all can do better because I have received excellent service there over the 5 years I have been going to the same take 5.

I visited take 5 off Warwick by CNU twice this week. Both times my suv was serviced by Sean. He was very professional, checked everything over and told me what he recommended. Anytime I take my suv here I am usually in and out in 5-10 mins depending on the service. It’s the best Take 5 in the area with the kindest employees. They make me smile just watching them interact on the job, we need more people like them in this world.

Visited this location right after work on Thursday and I was very pleased with their service and teamwork! The guys got me in and out in a good time, helped with my oil change, and windshield wipers. They gave me some water and told me to relax while they went to work. The team was very helpful and respectful. Will be coming back for future service!

I like that you can sit in your vehicle and wait and most times they offer a bottle of water when you pull in. They do check your wipers and air filter to see if you want to have them replaced. But don’t try to make it a hard sale pitch if you decline.They also top off your other fluids and before you leave they remind you that you may stop in between the next change due to check tire pressure and fluids then as well. The technicians work well as a team and are polite.
