I recently bought a tool box here for work and more tools and had so many questions about payment plans and the harbor freight credit card and the thing that stood out the most was Cindy. She was so patient and extremely helpful to me! I just want to show my gratitude and appreciation for her excellent customer service which nowadays is a rarity! On Saturday, December 7, 2024, I went to Newport News, Virginia, Harbor Freight, looking for a specific item. It turns out that it was not in stock. The first young lady I spoke with was helpful - the second, whom I never met before, was not. It was clear from her body language and response that she did not care about me, the customer, or the one question I asked. In fact, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for attempting to spend my money at her workplace. This is unusual, as the employees are typically topnotch at the Newport News store. So, I drove to Hampton, Virginia, Harbor Freight, where I was greeted with a smile by a young lady who willingly answered my question. Furthermore, the young man at the cash register was friendly, polite, and charming. Overall, it was an "A+" shopping experience. Wow, what a difference at the two stores. Hopefully, my review will serve as a reminder to businesses that employees from the same organization, regardless of store location, do truly make a difference in each customer's shopping experience - good or bad. Thank you Hampton Harbor Freight for helping turn a terrible shopping experience into an outstanding one.

Doesn't need much introduction. Cheap tools for the right price. Their icon tools have gotten significantly better over the years. Definitely a good stop for the DIYer and pro looking to buy tools that aren't used much so it won't break the bank like snap on.

Was in the market for a bench top drill press and did not need to spend a ton of cash on it. Was able to getvone that will meet my needs along with a 2 year warranty for cheaper than a big box store was gonna sell me one. Also used a coupon which reduced the price even more to where the 2 year warranty was almost free.
