Told I could buy a battery but they couldn't put it in my Ford fusion because it is considered "labor intensive" and then referred me to pep boys. I went to autozone instead and was in out in 10 mins, they tested my battery and replaced my battery all in just 10 mins. Disappointed in advance auto today

I won’t be using advanced auto parts anymore. The online catalog and the in store staff repeatedly pull the wrong parts or the “correct” part doesn’t fit my vehicle. When I attempt to return said WRONG PART “it is company policy not to accept returned items” I will be contacting Credit Card company and the Commonwealth’s Attorney General and reporting this theft.

Went here to get my car battery tested and the associate was very kind. I forgot his name but I will be back at this location and hopefully will update with his name. This location is convenient and easy to locate. I will be back here for my future car part purchasing needs!

If i could give this store zero i would..Went into the store last night around 8ish.I wanted them to check my battery in my vehicle . so when the Spanish lady came out she said where is your car and i pointed to it . then she said you can't move it to the front of the building i said no she just left me standing outside and never care back. I went inside again and i seen a short Caucasian man and asked him was he scared as well to come outside and give me a jump like the lady was.So after he took care of five other people before me even though I was there first he finally came and asked me where was my car i pointed to it again and he was like you can't move it here (the front of the building) i said no.So finally he decided to check my battery and said "we are not allowed to go across the street". I said this is the parking lot right in front of the building

I wanted replacement wiper blades for my hatch back. The prices were much higher than expected and the clerk would NOT give me the size information I asked for. Then after finishing the sale I was told they didn't have one of the blades. I wanted to return everything but my husband didn't so we had to drive to another store that did have the blade. I found the whole experience a bit annoying

I tried calling a few times at different times of the day and every time its the same thing... ring, ring, ring, please hold and after holding for almost 10 mins I hang up. When you go inside no one wants to peace from behind the counter because they are to busy in their own conversations to help out. Yes, I must say they will yell out "do you need help finding anything" but unless someone is stocking something on the shelves that's as far as someone coming to help you will go. I would have given one star but when you do find what you're looking for they are friendly when it does to ringing you out to get you out the store, plus they will put your car battery in if you get one from there.

I would give it a zero if I could. The service both times I went was bad. The first time the employee sold me the wrong size belt. Went I tried to return it the other employee started to say they didn’t carry that type of belt until I told him I purchase it there. He then proceeded to tell me the time expired to return the other belt I told him I wanted to exchange it. He said no. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but he wasn’t in. They had order the belt so I returned the next day to 1. Get the new belt and 2. To speak with the supervisor. The supervisor wasn’t in so I left my number for him to call. He never called.

Hi, I recently came here to return a tool kit that I had bought not knowing that I didn't need it. Upon entering the store, I addressed that I need to make a return due to the fact that I didn't need it. I don't know the name of the individual but I'd describe her as a "dike" that told me I couldn't return it due to it not missing pieces and/or if the item was defective. Basically, I suggest if you need to return a item(and want your money back) go to the one down the street in the CHKD shopping center. Their more friendly and don't make you want to leave the store once you enter it. But lastly, I have to say the other gentleman was very nice and made me feel welcome.

I just wanted to say many thanks to Chris for his help & awesome customer service!!! I had an online order for a battery & was planning on taking it home to change it out or putting the significant other to work rather lol 😂 But Chris said he could do it, no problem! Which I am so thankful he did because he had the proper tools including a device that made sure my vehicle didn’t lose its “memory” of preprogrammed radio stations, Bluetooth devices etc! AND he even supplied me with anti-corrosion washers for the battery terminals from his own personal stash!!! I’m just blown away by such incredible professionalism & true blue customer service! It’s becoming a rarity these days! Chris was the bee’s knees!!! Somebody give him a raise!!! Thank you 🙏

I come in with the details of a specific tow wiring harness I need. Employee I believe was a manager didn't even look up in the system, took me to tow wiring said "its all generic" and walked away. Had to figure it out on my own. Choose what I think may work. Get home. It doesn't work. Turns out I needed the specific GM one after all. Wasted $40 and 30 minutes of my time. Sticking with Autozone forever more

They've always been helpful. Their computer system works great and can help with any service questions. Prices are reasonable. Some animosity between store locations. I purchased a battery at one location, had to go to another location to pick it up where they installed it for me, then had to go back to the first location to return and receive credit for the core of the old battery. There should be better team work between locations. Next time I'll purchase from the store that has the available stock.

Yesterday, I bought a top-of-the-line battery for my 2003 Grand Marquis. The employee was courteous and installed and checked the battery. When I got home, I read my email and discovered a 25% discount I could have used by ordering from my phone and picking up in store. I have been getting my batteries (and other supplies) there for 30-40 years. I had always considered them to be honest and honorable. When I went back today, the same employee told me that my right to use the coupon ended with the transaction(!!!) I could have stood in front of him, ordered the battery online, and he would have put the very same battery in my car for $50 less. I told him this and asked why he didn't mention this. He said, "I didn't know you wanted to do this.". Translation: "I didn’t know that you would have preferred to pay $150 instead of $200!!” I still hope this was just a bad or untrained employee and that the company will make this right. Otherwise, I will find another source for my needs and warn my friends One day later: I contacted their corporate HQ and spoke with one of the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. She took care of things and assured me that I will soon receive my refund. I am happy. Next time I will make sure to check for coupons.

Unexpectedly having a dead battery is never fun, even less so after a snowstorm, but Joseph made our experience much more enjoyable! He installed our new battery quickly and was so positive and friendly the whole time. This was after being turned away from a competitor due to short staffing, so we were even more grateful. Would highly recommend this location for friendly, prompt service!

Had to have them test the battery. The guy came right out, very nice and helpful. Tested the battery, said things were fine and suggested what to do next. He was really nice. The store is in a good location. The store is in a tricky part of the shopping center, it's right on the corner. You have to be careful when backing out. It can be dark on that side when the other shops are closed. But you feel safe in the area. Nice size store, and lots of parking.

Thank god I knew what I needed cause Ryker was as pleasant as a rainy day! Couldn’t be bothered to even say welcome in for hello, but what did get was a “sup”. Maybe we should be more pleasant or not work in customer service.
