I waited 10 minutes while the display flashes processing. I pressed stop on the device and moved to a different bay and like I lost my mind I decided to swipe my card again. That bay treated me no better and after an additional 10 min I left with my dirty car. After wards I found 2 $10 charges on my account.

Doesn’t even work used my card to pay. It charged my card but the car wash didn’t even start and it said I had to insert money. Tried to call to get my money back.... They don’t answer the phone.. crappy don’t go here

Below average. 1. It needs $3 to start. 2. There is no screen to show how much time is left 3. You cannot use soap bucket/micro fibre towel to wipe any debris on your car. Instead use their useless soap. Using their foam brush will most likely ruin your car's paint.

Set up was good. Has a touch less wash bay that many of the customers used and cleaned well. I had space to wash and wax my truck. Ppl were friendly and it's literally right next to the RedLobster

This site is one of the few in the QC that has undercarriage wash. This is critical in the winter. Required to purchase Deluxe package to get this option. Deluxe also has shampooing. Unfortunately, the shampoo cycle and the spot free rinse cycle only do the right side of the car. It doesn't hit the left side.

Good and affordable place to wash your car yourself. Only drawback is that they don't have a blower to blow off excess water after you're done washing your car. Other than, it gets the car clean. Will recommend to all.

Went through the self-serve part and when I was finished, I pressed the STOP button. I know it stopped because everything turned off and it said it charged my card x amount. I checked my bank statement and they charged me $10 when I pushed stop around $3. Tried calling many times and no answer. Lost a customer due to poor customer service. EDIT: After the owner explained this to me and how the credit card gets processed, it makes complete sense. Changed my review from 1 star to 5 because the car wash does a very nice job and the owner seems very friendly and willing to help. Thank you!

Extremely overpriced. It is a $3.00 start up for the car wash and lasts maybe 4 minutes. There is also no sensor or alarm to let you know that you are almost out of time, so if you plan on doing anything more than quickly spraying your car then expect to spend at least $6. Only reason this place is getting two stars is because the vaccums work very well and last about the same time as the water for just $1.00.
