I was in the area and noticed their $5 car wash promotion, so I decided to give it a try. For the price, I didn’t expect much at all, but I mainly needed to vacuum my car, which was included for free with the wash. The wash was decent for the price, but my only two complaints are that the vacuums didn’t have enough suction power and I didn’t see Gucci Mane on any of the art outside. Otherwise, the service was informative, friendly and welcoming!

Don't waste your time or money here for a "regular" car wash... most of the machines in the auto-wash area don't spin and aren't working. The kiosks for payment don't work. The prep-area folks don't really "prep" the car for the wash especially considering about 80% of their machines aren't working when you go through the wash. RIP OFF!

Alex, the manager, provides some of the best service you'll get (from any industry) in the metro Atlanta area. I came in for a wash for my car and he signed me up for the perfect plan for the Spring season (with all the pollen and leaves) that allows me to start my commute clean and refreshed. The car wash is like a 5 min oasis where I can orient myself after rushing out the house. And with the QuikTrip right across the street, I'm refueled and ready to go. Alex also set me up with a referral for mechanic and buyer for a car I wanted to fix up for resale. He scrubbed away years of buildup for under $50, and even offered to do the interior for a reasonable fee. I got an offer on the car THE SAME DAY I got it cleaned up. And with a good mechanic next door, whether it's personal or commercial, cleanup or tune-up, there isn't a better spot for car maintenance in this area code.

Been a member for all my vehicles for a couple months now and I’m satisfied. I love the guys who hand dry and provide extra tire shine afterwards. I make sure I tip them every time.

I have been coming to this car wash since it first opened under the first owner, NFL football player. I have seen it sold multiple times and have been a monthly paid subscriber under each new management. I came in this past week and I signed up for the $30 monthly subscription. I decided to give them another shot under this new owner. The young man that signed me up was very polite and knowledgeable. I paid the extra $10 for the inside to be cleaned etc. Mirrors were still pushed in so they weren’t wiped off. The rims were still dirty and had not been cleaned. I will give them a couple of months, but they have not started off well. In the meantime I will be investigating the new car washes that have been built on Campbellton Rd. Totally disappointed with the lack of detail. I won’t be paying for that $10 extra service and if I find an all inclusive monthly service, I will likely switch. The new owner should be commended for the upgraded equipment.

Dude, my first time there was awesome. The prices were good, the staff was cool, and they advertised interior cleaning for twenty bucks. I thought it was a steal and got it. They told me to go into the garage next door and they'd let me know when they were done. It was great and I wanted to go back, but the last two times... they said I'd pay at the end, then said the interior wash was forty bucks because they are not a part of the attached Soak City Car Wash and then the last time, they said sixty, but after I asked a bunch of questions 'cause I was confused, he changed it back to forty. Sketchy if you ask me

I just left the car wash and this by far was the most unprofessional car wash experience I have ever had. I paid an additional $20 for an interior cleaning and not only was that not performed well, I got in my car and found this weird cleaner in my cup holders and stains still on my car. I would not recommend soak city. I am extremely disappointed with my service and the fact that on multiple occasions I had to point things out to the car wash employees. I still am finding things and spots that they missed and after spending $40+ the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Soak City Car Wash is the best car wash in South Fulton, GA! They have the lowest prices in the city and you don’t have to worry about their equipment scratching your car’s! All their services are done in a timely manner, they keep the lobby clean and everyone is friendly. I enjoy coming here because when I became I member, getting a wash is simple and quick and they don’t put stickers on your car!!! Y’all should check this place out!

Only giving it 1 star so I can write a comment, they deserve 0 stars! DO NOT go to Soak City Car Wash Atlanta unless you don't care about your car being damaged and having to deal with the rude, unprofessoonal owner, Alex Robert and his incompetent workers! His employee broke the antenna off of our car while brushing it and the owner refused to pay for it to be repaired. instead of stopping the automatic car wash, he sat it back on top of the car and continued to send the car through the tunnel. My son heard him say he'd broken the antenna and heard him scrambling on the roof of the car to attempt to put it back on as the car was on the automatic belt to go through the tunnel so he was unable to let his window down to stop him. After exiting the tunnel, my son got out to check and noticed that his antenna was missing and notified the owner that he heard the employee say "the antenna just fell off" but proceeded to send him through the tunnel. Alex rudely said to him "why didn't you say anything" then proceeded to have "his guys" look in the tunnel for the antenna. He claims they didn't find it and dismissed him. My son remained parked and asked me to come up there and we called the police and filed a report, Alex never came back outside. I went back a day later and spoke with Alex and at the time he was being "fake" nice saying how much he "always wanna do right by my customers" but he hadn't had time to review the cameras because he's always "so busy" "working 12 hour days" gave me his number and asked me to call him the next day to give him time to look at the camera "at home" because he couldn't do it at the business for some reason. I called twice the next day, and again the following day and did not get an answer or a return call. So I proceeded to go back up there, and luckily he was there. I spoke with him, and told him that I had called him three times and he rudely stated, "well, I've been busy!" Then he proceeds to tell me at this point he's not able to go back "that far" to review the cameras because of something about his servers. How convenient for him NOT to be able to check his cameras. And goes on to say if they had found it in the tunnel that would be different but he's not paying for it! Then shrugged his shoulders as if to say so what you expect me to do! I explained to him again that his employee was heard saying he'd broken it, and Alex lied and said that this was the first time he'd heard that! That was a lie because my son told him the day it happened, everything that had taken place! I reminded him of that conversation and what was put in the police report that day! He still didn't care nor take responsibility for damage that occurred at his business due to his negligent, incompetent employee. I was so pissed but instead of giving him the reaction he deserved, I walked off. This man is nasty, rude, unkind, unfair, uncaring and most of all a LIAR! He's come to our neighborhood and bought a car wash but he clearly doesn't care about his customers or our community because if he did, he would have done what was right and paid for the antenna to be replaced that his employee broke! "His" guy was at fault and they probably threw away the antenna to hide the evidence and I'm pretty sure Alex knows this, he saw the video footage but is lying that he didn't. Shame on his worker for not coming clean and admitting that he broke it! And how convenient for Alex to not be able to review camera footage "that far back" when we'd been asking him to do since the moment it happened, but he's always been "too busy" to do so. He even told the cop that he couldn't do it at that moment because he was doing something else. Now we're out of $900 and when I said that to him, he shrugged started shaking his head condescendingly and gave me a look that said "oh well, your problem not mine!" Not to mention, the car wasn't even clean after the wash!! DO NOT GIVE THAT MAN YOUR MONEY and BUSINESS! Go someplace else and save yourself money and a headache!

I have been going to Soak City for a few months now and, up until this past weekend (9/27/25), I had always received good service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing and upsetting. After getting my car washed and as I was driving away, staff members suddenly began yelling at me to back up. I got out of my car and discovered that a metal can of tire shine had been left in the pathway — something I could not see while driving forward. As a result, my vehicle sustained damage to the undercarriage. The employees were scrambling to assess what had happened, and the Manager came out. He apologized, admitted that an employee was negligent in leaving the can in the pathway, and told me he would contact the owner. The Manager even called the owner while I was there, explained the situation, and told me the owner would follow up with me the next day. The owner never called, so I reached out to him myself. Instead of being apologetic or professional, he was defensive, dismissive, and even rude — repeatedly cutting me off while I tried to explain. He eventually agreed to look at my car in person, but when I brought it back, he immediately became combative, denied responsibility, and refused to provide any clear resolution. When I asked if he could provide something in writing, he angrily walked away and then came back to shove a handwritten note in my car window. At that point, I had no choice but to call the police to file a report. What frustrates me most is not just the damage, but the complete lack of accountability from the owner. The Manager acknowledged fault and tried to do the right thing, but the owner dismissed it and handled the situation unprofessionally. I gave him the chance to make things right, and he chose not to. This was not the outcome I expected from a business I had been loyal to. Sadly, I cannot recommend Soak City after this experience. This is not ok!!! God is watching!!! "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,’ says the Lord." – Romans 12:19 See attached pictures for reference.
