Very pleased with the quality of the prep hand wash and auto wash. The hand dry is also of great value. A little extra money will yield a great clean, including a hand wash of the wheels with a nice tire shine. It's relatively quick and easy to get in and out with a nice wash.

Good bang for the buck! I usually just get the basic cuz I feel there's no need for all the wax and stuff unless it's hand waxed. They do a pre-clean before you go through so that's very nice. Staying at the end you have the option to let them wait quick dry off which is also nice. Sometimes I feel sorry for those workers that are drying the cars. I always tip them a couple of bucks

I'm usually satisfied with my experience here, but about 10 minutes ago I paid for the premium option and my tires look like total crap. I also heard the two gentlemen hand drying/cleaning my tires talking about the guy in the blue truck they had just wiped down before mine, saying they wish he'd have gotten out, checked the tires, and said something. Welp. Now I'm kind of wishing I'd have done the same. But... fellas... your customers shouldn't have to double check your work. Get it right the first time. If I wanted a basic wash, I wouldn't have paid for the premium. You're conveniently located so I can get my car washed during my lunch break, so please don't lower your standards like this. I really want to keep coming here. But anyway. Big thanks to the kid who took my card in the front. He's always smiling and very polite.

Stopped by for a car wash, like I do frequently, but they were a little busy and the water started drying on my windows and mirror before they got to my car. Then i start to notice water spots were drops are drying. I tell the associate that came over to dry my vehicle and he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I told him I did, so he went to find the manager on duty while the other associate attempted to dry my entire vehicle alone. By the time the manager came out there were a lot of water spots. He said that it wasn't from their car wash and that it must have been from somewhere else. I told him I have only had my vehicle washed there, and he told me he didn't know what to say, but it wasn't caused by them. Now I have to find a way to get water spots off my entire vehicle! I recommend checking your vehicle very carefully if you dare use this carwash. It's too bad, a lot of good experiences wiped away with a bad one.

The car wash is priced well but the cleanliness of your car when you get the interior window clean, wipe and vacuum will depend on who is working. The last time we went and got the $40 package, the left side of the car (inside and outside) was cleaned great, but the person who was responsible for the entire right side of the car did a horrible job

Got the best wash I could and it didn't get all the dirt off it. My truck wasn't even that dirty. They went to dry it off with shammy towels and I was happy until I got out and saw they completely missed spots. They didn't bother whipping the front or rear bumpers. They also only got half the front and rear windows.. The was also came with a wheel cleaner lol that definitely didn't clean the wheels. I don't go off road but I do park in a dirt parking lot so the dirt wasn't even bad. Pretty disappointed.

This is a pretty decent car wash. No complaints about the quality if wash you get here. What I really like is the fact that they dry your vehicle off after the wash. The price is a little high in my opinion; especially for an on-post facility $10.50 for a basic wash. A few of the car vacs could use some maintenance for low suction. Other than that pretty decent facility.

If i can give 0 i will. I Waste $45 plus $20 on tip and seeing my back seat they didn’t vacuum. my rims still dirty they just put something to make it look like shiny. If i can get my money back i will get it back for unfair service. NOT COMING BACK

Weren't able to try it get all the way up to where you check your height and pay truck was too tall and then I had to back all the way out because that hate thing is not said anywhere else until you're almost at the building that should be moved out to the beginning

My first and last time visiting this place!! After they washed my car I noticed that one of the whippers was missing (literally, not there). So I called them but nobody had an answer for what happened. I paid for the vacuum too and they didn’t even open the truck. It was all dirty. Very disappointed and will never recommend this place. They already have multiple bad reviews so please read them

I come to this car wash pretty often, and it gets the job done. It’s definitely worth it if you’re on the monthly plan—it’s much cheaper and convenient if you wash your car regularly. The only small thing we’ve noticed lately is that we make sure to turn the air off when going through, since the water sometimes has a noticeable smell. Not a huge issue, just something we’ve picked up on. Overall though, it’s a solid car wash and we’ll keep coming back.

The car wash went very smooth, n the people were very nice, but one thing I was slow to realize is that the car wash itself gave my car scratches along the drivers side. I unfortunately didn’t realize this till I got home a few hours later. I hope the JBLM shur-kleen sees this so we can talk, as I tried calling the phone number google maps has n it doesn’t work. Had not been for the scratches, I would have given 5 stars.

I’m very happy to support the working youth at JBLM. Today I came with a not so typical request as I just wanted the interior cleaned and not using the self auto-service option. The manager and team were very nice and offer the service. The team did a great job! I see them working hard every time I pass by. If you’re not in a hurry, I recommend giving the 15-30 min for them to get your car clean.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional behavior I experienced today at your car wash. As a regular customer who brings in two vehicles weekly, I’ve never encountered such disrespect. While pulling into the vacuum area to get the inside of my vehicle wiped down, I received conflicting directions from two employees — one motioning me forward while the other indicated I should reverse. When I asked for clarification by saying, “Could you please make up your mind on whether you’d like me to move forward or backward?” one of the employees rolled her eyes at me and responded by telling me I had an attitude. I was taken aback by her rudeness. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, not condescension. The lack of communication between your staff should not be blamed on your customers. This interaction was uncalled for and extremely disappointing. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately so that future customers don’t have to endure similar treatment.
