I brought my car in with a pretty substantial amount of "child and pet" damage. I wasn't very hopeful anyone could get my carpets and seat anywhere near back to a decent condition but these guys blew me away. My car looked as if it came off of the factory floor. I HIGHLY recommend them for any small or major detailing needs you may have. There was a very nice gentleman named Joe who took care of me and he seemed very knowledgeable and detail oriented. 10 stars

I bought a second-hand car which had some stains on the seats and a weird odor. So, I decided to get in touch with Luxury Auto Detailing and Chris suggested that I bring it over. Surprisingly, he managed to extract all the seats, eliminated the smell, and got rid of the stains within just an hour. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Detailing as they can handle any car detailing task.

I feel a little bit bad leaving a less than stellar review because the guy does seem nice enough, but this is absolutely not a five star business. Got my car detailed here and paid for one of the more premium services. It was clear that the guy didn't even know what service I had booked, even though I booked it a week in advance. And I mean, he didn't know what service I had booked, AFTER he had finished. Because of this, he clearly didn't do a lot of the stuff that I had paid for. Additionally, I don't believe he even did a lot of the stuff that comes with the standard detail. Now, I don't know for sure, but I don't believe that he shampooed the carpets. Shampooing carpets in a car leaves distinct lines in the carpet which were not present and there is a nice clean smell after shampooing which was not present. Which gets to my next problem. The car did not smell better after the detail. There weren't really any particularly bad smells to begin with, but the expectation after a detail is that the car smell essentially like new, especially when you pay for one of the most premium packages. Additionally, I found crumbs still in the crevice next to the seats. This is just totally unacceptable. Then with regards to the outside, there were water marks in numerous places. The detail overall was not the worst, but definitely not great. Three stars is an accurate reflection of the service I received.

Came in with white paint overspray all over my black car, knowing how difficult that is to remove properly, I wasn’t expecting perfection. But the service I received from start to finish was incredible. The car came back absolutely spotless, completely free of any white overspray. A quality detail job is easy to find, but an exceptional detail combined with genuine five-star customer service is rare. They delivered both, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
