A little too pushy about selling an unlimited wash plan. Initial scrub was fairly useless. They did not use the brush on areas with caked on road debris. Had to spend an hour in the vacuum area using hand towels and window cleaner cleaning around side mirrors, windshield, and other areas of trim.

Something bad happened here, about a week ago I received an email from this business, but I live in Pennsylvania which is a red flag, then on Friday, November 24th there is a charge on my Capital One card for 128.00 from this business. I called this business and spoke to someone who said he was the manager and he said there was a Mastercard used for 128.00 for detail of two vehicles, and he described the two vehicles but could not tell me anything else. Not buying this, don't know if an employee or someone related is involved, and my credit card info was then used in Arkansas, then California. Just wanted to give everyone reading this a heads up and watch your credit card charges!

Stopped by for the first time on my way home and decided to try the $20 dollar handwash and detailing. My car came out looking clean as the day I bought it. Very pleasant attendent and fast service. Definitely recommend to anyone with a dirty car...you won't be disappointed...

One of the things that I hate most is paying for something and what you receive in return is garbage. That was NOT the case with Shiraz Car Wash. I could not have been more pleased with the job that was done on my car. The person working on my car was conscious enough to pay attention to detailing the car properly. It was well worth the service that I paid for.

The self service car wash equipment is relatively new but there was grease on the sprayer handle (that stained my hands and won’t come off) and the pressure was poor. I basically lost $8 and the car is still not clean due to the lack of pressure (even though I was the only person there). The soap seems to be good though.

I came to wash my car here and I have before. This time I used the credit card swipe cause I wanted to wash my floor mats. It charged me $10 dollars and the guy I was told was the owner said HE couldn’t do nothing about it. I showed him my card transaction so he could see it. I won’t b using this place again and I advise U not too. This is the only problem I had and I been spending my money here and I will not ever again. ✌🏾

Great place!! Did my car detailing done here. Wish I took a picture of before and after of my car. Did not have to take any prior appointment. Just walked in with my dirty messy car and walked out with a brand new one smelling fresh and looking squeaky clean. He did a great job. Only wished it could have been done sooner. Reasonable price. Must go.

I want to start by saying that I know what comes with places that offer self serve washes. Some are good, some are bad so I always temper my expectations before I arrive. The star rating is based on the 3 aspects below which I then added the stars and divided by the number of aspects to give the overall star review. I felt this was the best way to review this place as I do not want to give a poor review simply due to every takeaway. Appearance - 3 [The place looks like it’s been there quite sometime and while it didn’t look trashy, it was teetering the line between ok and needs improvement.] Pricing/Payment - 5 [I paid a total of $15, including vacuuming, and while the vacuum doesn’t take credit cards, the wash does] Equipment - 1 [I was in the 4th bay from the entrance, including the emissions bay, and the vacuum there had little to no suction. It took 3 rotations to fully vacuum the car as I had to go over the same spots several times. Total cost was $4.50 which is still not bad and it did get the job done. As for the wash bay, the brush worked perfectly, the triple foam did not work at all. The sprayer worked for what I needed however the tire cleaner and pre wash did not.] Overall it wasn’t the best but definitely not the worst.

I usually don't leave bad reviews unless somebody really got it to me. But this place is by far the worst car wash I have been to. I left my car there to get washed inside and outside. Upon returning to pick my car up the inside was not even touched and the personnel boldly had the guts to charge for a full-service car was $120. I had to stand there for another 30 minutes pointing out some of the things I wanted to take care of. If I wasn't in a hurry I honestly would have made them re-clean the car. The interior was filthy dirty after them the front windshield was not washed and the door panels which were supposed to be cleaned we're not touched. All of the staff that was working there look like this was the last place on Earth that they would want to be. Just overall a really horrible experience. And to add to the experience they lost one of my rug mats. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

The employees were nice but overall I don’t think a good job was done. I went for interior and exterior, did a good job on the outside but I don’t think there was an attempt to clean the inside well at all. Which was my main priority

Sketchy. Dirty. Rude. Went to wash my car at self wash. The place was dirty and trash was everywhere. Got as far as removing my car mats and went to get change. Neither machine would work with any of my bills. When I went to ask about it was told, "Change your bills." I did. Twice. On both machines. Don't patronize this place.

This is my first time at this Car Wash. Glad I found it as I always prefer to be Hand Wash. Carlos gave me prime service. I wanted a full detailing and he didn’t disappointed me. My 2014 KIA Optima now looks brand new and all for an excellent price (great value). You can also become a member for additional discounts. Definitely I’ll be back. Thanks Carlos…

I needed my car detail cleaned and I decided to try to find someone who specializes in this area of work. I ended up coming across this business on Google so I called and a gentleman answered the phone. He gave me a quote and asked me to come up there, which I did. He was around 2 minutes away from me which was great!! Once I got up there, he greeted me and took a look at my car. I did express to him that I really wanted my mats, carpet and seats deep cleaned also. He agreed to that and told me that he'll be done within 2 hours which wasn't a problem. Once he finished, he told me to come take a look at the car. It looked really nice. The seats were cleaned (my children destroyed the backseats, lol), the car was shiny, the carpet and mats were cleaned also. Overall, he did great but I did notice that he didn't do a great job with the small details. I'll add pictures to show all what I'm talking about. His costumer service was great but I do think he should improve with the small details to make visits perfect.
