The drive through part put a great finish on the exterior, but the interior wipe down was very minimal compared to, say Central Car Wash on Central Parkway. For exterior only go to Express on Winton Rd.

Good bang for the buck. Team does a quality job with interior and exterior. Almost like getting your car detailed for about 25% of the cost, without the hassle of appointments, etc.

My girlfriend was kind enough to take my car for a wash for me, only to come back and tell me how extremely rude the guy there was as well as how despite paying for their most expensive wash, they managed to leave my mirrors filthy. Probably would never go there again.

Friendly service, the wait isn't too long. You can watch tv or read the paper or current magazines and have coffee while you wait. The waiting room is sparkly clean, smells good and uncluttered. The staff always forgets to clean noticeable crumbs in cup holders every time I visit but overall do a great job.

Love this place, they are always quick and my car comes out looking shiny and new! Also love that they vacuum out your car and dry it off!! Price is pretty average for the service.

Terrible job for a $30 wash. Nobody behind me was very rushed. Skipped my window treatment. Didn’t vacuum my consoles. Bugs still on windshield. Left rubber floor mats wet. Won’t be back

This car wash broke a mirror off my father s car, he's 86, then told him that wouldn't pay anything for the repair. The repair is $600. You're not going to want to use a car wash that tells an 86 year old man to go to hell after damaging his car. No customer service and bad equipment. Stay away!

Well, initially it's been a great place to patronize. However, upon my last visit, an employee was too incompetent in understanding how power mirrors work and decided to pull my mirror out by hand and broke it. They have yet fixed my situation now, and it is nearing three weeks and no one is responding. I don't think bringing a Mercedes or anything you regard as something valuable or nice to this place. Not all of the workers are incompetent, just the one who decided to pull out my mirror and leave a Mercedes with a flappy mirror.

Update 10/10/2016 The owner after a week has yet to call me back and tell me he is sorry for the damage done, or to pay for the damage. This owner is never there and says he is in Chicago and is unwilling to travel to Cincinnati to fix this problem. We have already got an estimate to fix this damage, but are waiting until he pays for it. I do not understand how as a business owner how you are completely unprofessional in your actions. Not returning phone calls, not handling a situation you know you are responsible for as you have stated that your employees remove antennas. (Which are impossible to remove by hand without some sort of tool.) That again your employee used and scratched my vehicle. Update 10/5/2016 As the manager expressed below and on the phone when I spoke with him today. They take the antenna off prior to going through the tunnel., that is when this damage was done as the employee used some sort of (RUSTY!!!) channel locks/wrench to try and remove the antenna. Once he realized that he had scratched the fender he left it on. The antenna did go through the wash as witnessed by me. This vehicle left and no one stated anything about what they had done. The vehicle was then parked in my garage at home, this is when I noticed the damage and tried to contact you but the business was closed for the day. There is no possible way this damage was done anywhere else.. After speaking with you on the phone I would hope that you will rectify this situation and pay for the damages. My vehicle was damaged after going here. One of the employees tried to remove my antenna and ended up scratching the paint off of the edge of my fender. This is a brand new vehicle. We witnessed the employee messing with the antenna and noticed it when we got home what he had done. This happened this Saturday October 1st. We have tried to call 6 times today Sunday with no answer, and no way of leaving a voice mail. I will be trying again tomorrow to get someone on the phone as this damage needs to be fixed.

This used to be a decent place, but now they hire complete trash. I paid $25 for a job that looked worse than my 8 years old son could do. When I told the owner about how they didn't even vacuum it out all the wya he offered to vacuum it out again. Then had the trashy amazon woman come run her mouth to me. Lucky for them my son was with me so I kept it cool. Had to leave with my car looking terrible like it hadn't even been washed either. I'll be back once I calm down to get a refund since the job wasn't completed.

Thank God Jeff is back! After two new owners - neither of which knew how to run a car wash in my opinion, Jeff, the old manager was brought back to "fix" the place. He was the reason I always went up there - because he made sure the job was done right, and done quickly. If you stopped going there because it had gone downhill - and it had - give it another try.

This use to be my go to car wash but not anymore. I paid for the worked car wash today and I had to ask the attendant to wipe the windows because they were not clean, dress my tires and clean my console. All of this is part of the package. I also had to take one the attendants rag and wipe my driver door because there was still dirt on the car. This is unacceptable. The last time this business will get my business.

Don't do enough cleaning on the car for what they charge . I asked for ultimate service was charged 30 dollars for a vacuum left alot of spots on my car. If I wanted just a vacuum I could have done it myself for less. I will not be returning.

So I purchased the works for 29.95 and there was no wax on my car or tires. My interior is still dusty and something in that car wash rubbed against my car. I'll wash my own car from now on. They got my money today but never again. My co worker went in after me with a white car and her back bumper is still dirty.

after lot of googling i went to this place .Customer receive was good I opted out for the Silver wash , once i left the vehicle and reached reception to pay my bill. It started to rain , the receptionist gave me a slip saying if it rains before today midnight then i get exterior wash at the price of 3$. I found it good . After 7 to 8 minutes i got my vehicle back , as it was raining i headed back to my place .After getting i inspected the exterior wash was average there was some places where water was not fully dried out . The interior they vacuumed,but it was not done thoroughly i see some particles here and there .My trunk was not even touched . My dash board and my cup board was not wiped out , i dont know whether it will come with the package .

First time I went there decent time got a relatively good wash. Went there a second time and was greeted by an extremely rude greeter employee. Even worse I paid for their ultimate wash (whatever the most expensive one was) and still had dirt in my driver's mirror afterwards. The interior vacuum I honestly could have done better myself (whatever expected for a place that doesn't detail) but at the very least I expected the exterior to be completely clean. Will NOT be returning.

This has always been my go-to car wash and they have always done a great job with my cars. But today I was disappointed that the young man at the vacuum asked for $2 extra to vacuum my hatch, a service that I have always received with my Works wash. I know there have been some ownership and management changes but please return to vacuuming the entire car. The Works price should more than cover it! Didn't get hatch vacuumed today:(

I passed this place so many times and finally decided to give it a try. It was terrible. I tipped upfront and paid extra for the interior. The interior cleaning consisted of only spraying off the floor mats, they didn’t wipe down anything. When I inspected the car after it was supposedly clean, I found bird dropping still all over the exterior. They “cleaned” the car again with practically the same results. Ill never take another car here or recommend their services to anyone.
